Hands down the BEST mechanic out there. He runs his business with honesty, and genuinely cares for his customers. He s not like many other mechanics out there that will lie about non-existent problems just to make a quick buck. Every time I bring my car in it s diagnosed fast, the work done even faster. I wouldn t trust anyone else but him, and neither should you!

Hector and his team are phenomenal in all aspects. They re very flexible on drop off and pick up with exceptional communication and customer service. They diagnose vehicle issues early and accurately and deliver high quality repairs in a timely fashion.

Be careful, if you plan to take your car with Hector, he does not allow you to look at what he is changing to your car, I don't really know what he is hiding, I suggest that you think twice before putting your car in in the hands of people who hide to work, I personally asked Hector for an explanation why he wouldn't let me see from a safe place what would happen to my truck and he answered me (we don't like people looking at us) yes this is real He should stay locked in his house, my humble opinion.Ten cuidado no contrates a Hector para reparar tu auto a el no le gusta que lo Miren trabajando es posible que no este asiendo lo correcto por eso no le gusta que lo esten mirando,,,,,Sobre aviso no hay enga�o no digas que no te lo adverti , para eso estamos para apoyarnos unos a otros lo que e escrito aqui es muy real

Hector and his team are the only ones I trust with my vehicle! Not only are they mindful of all the needs of my car but they are very fast! Hector is really good about communicating with me throughout the process of my car being serviced and making sure I understand exactly what they are doing. Highly recommend for all your vehicle needs!

Me and my fianc� broke down right near hectors place around 6 pm. It was too late for him to work on it that night but he understood our situation of being college kids coming back from fall break and having to drive another 13 hours to Clemson. He worked on it first thing when they opened and had it ready in an hour we can t express how happy and relieved we were. I would recommend Hectors place for anyone with car troubles.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I just want to give a HUGE Thank you to Hector and his team. It s so nice to know that Hector is only a phone call away. He seems to always be able to fit us in and willing to help fix whatever problem our vehicles are having. He has help us so much with our daughters car, my car and even my sister in laws car. I was traveling across the great state of Texas from Midland to Louisiana. I had made a stop at Buc-ee s and as I was hitting the road again my truck just up and dies.It would not start, no activity at all when I turned the key. After waiting for a tow truck about 10-15 minutes I tried the key again and it started. I got a recommendation from a local resident to go to Hector s and I m glad I did.Hector s ran the codes on the truck and found nothing current on the codes, so he investigated further by checking the fuses where he found a loose fuse. Can t say enough how great this customer service was. Didn t even charge me for the job because he said it took so little time. Any foreign car work you need done come here. Very thankful that Hector and his handy mechanics are one phone call or text message away. I had been working on my car for 3 months and couldn't figure out how to bleed the air from the coolant system. I messaged Hector, he asked me if I could bring my car to his shop. I was able to the next day early in the morning and by noon the car was ready to go. It has been a week and I haven't had any trouble with it. Thank you again, it wasn't a huge issues but he definitely got my car going a lot faster than I did.Definitely recommend his services.

Very knowledgeable and good prices . Honest company. Have had several of my vehicles worked on at Hector s Automotive and always A+ service .Highly recommend, would be comfortable sending my grandma in there and know he wouldn t over charge or make up problems with car. If you want An honest hard working mechanic, Hector is your guy.

While traveling from Nevada to Florida with 6 of my Grandkids my Grandsons car had a check engine light come on and some loss of power. We checked in to the Super 8 at Terrill. I asked the lady there where there was a UHaul so I could tow the vehicle the rest of the way. She told me about this honest great mechanic down the road. It was late so I called Hector at 8AM and explained what happened and he said bring it in. We drove over to his shop and dropped the car off. I couldn't fit everyone in the truck so I asked Hector if I could bring the boys to sit there so I could check out of the motel. He put the boys in his air conditioned office!! I went back gathered everyone else and went back to his business. I observed them working on the car and about 30 minutes later we were on the road!!!!! These guys are stand up Wonderful people. I was expecting a bill for about $90 a minute for what was completed, but that's not what happened. I actually started crying after all the stress of everything when he gave me the bill. He was not only professional and kind, but charged me for exactly what was done + a $50 tip I added to the bill! I can't say enough about Hector and the other person, I didn't get his name. Terrill is so fortunate to have them. If you want honest, great work they are your guys. Thank You Forever....we made it to Florida with no other issues. This is the best automotive shop I have used in many years, HONEST, quick repairs, not out to empty your wallet, they really would rather you return for all your needs. Would recommend them to anyone I run across with repair needs and have as much as I can. Any questions, just ask.

By far the best mechanic in Terrell and ONLY one who is willing to not cause further damage to get more business and is a stand up guy who stands behind his work. I have had bad experiences with mechanics in terrell but this guy is the best.
