We stopped by to get some air in a tire and check pricing on AC.Raymond and Cody looked over vehicle and tires. Had a small leak on a tire that was seperating. Found us a great deal on some new tire ( checked Discount's website). Repaired AC instead of changing compressor. Will use again.

Awesome experience. I took my car there yesterday for what I thought was a bad wheel bearing. They took my car for a test drive minutes after I arrived. They fixed the problem and I was on my way home within an hour. The cost was extremely low and Doug made me feel like I knew him forever. I am glad I found this shop.

Always hard to find an honest mechanic/shop. I've been here a few times and they have been polite and professional. The info given back has been helpful and detailed. I was broken down on the side of the road and they stopped to help me. They got my car fixed and back to me same day. They were so nice and I m so grateful.I just went there for a second time yesterday and they were just as wonderful. The service was great, prices were fair and the people were so kind. Highly recommend!

Everyone there is so down to earth and nice, they even took me home and picked me up when it was done. They were also transparent about what services needed to be done immediately and what didn't, including pictures of the areas in question.

Went in for an A/C servicing. Had an appoint and they seen me on time. Took a couple of hours due to lunch and just busyness of other customers. Great service and awesome employee attitudes. Being new to Terrell it was hard to find an alignment shop . Greens was able to get me in and get my 2002 Yukon aligned . They told me it needed hubs and a camber pin and showed me how the hubs were faulty and were the pin was missing. There price was the same as a family member that does my mechanic work and same warranty so that tells me there prices are very good. I came back in to get realigned after putting the new parts on ( I put parts on myself to save me money ) and they have done a great job . The level of customer service up here that I have seen is extremely great . Let me tell you the 2 times I have been up here they have really treated me like family .Definitely will be back and I definitely recommend.My boy Raymond is great .Thanks to all staff at Greens

I was visiting Terrell for one day to see my sister who just lost her husband on my way to Mississippi. was overdue on an oil change. Emily and their team got me in and out first thing last Friday morning so i could get on the road to meet my arrival schedule. they were great! Shortly after buying an 18-year-old Toyota Tacoma, which had worn tires and needed alignment, I went to Green s Tire for the first time. I already knew that good quality 15 inch tires are hard to come by. However, Shawn went to work researching where he could obtain a four tire set of quality tires at a competitive price. Green s Tire offers a very generous discount to veterans, and that helped my final expense to be considerably less. The tires arrived in a few days, and as part of the tire installation, they do a complete vehicle inspection. Considering this was a 18-year-it old vehicle, of which I did not know the history, they found it to be in very good condition, although it did need new rear brake pads and oil seals on the left rear axle. I was glad to have it checked by a qualified mechanic while getting my new set of tires. I had them complete all of the needed repairs. All of my interaction with Shawn and others at Green s Tire was very pleasant. They were very professional and I felt like my needs had been well taken care of at reasonable prices. I fully intend to continue doing business at Green s Tire.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair

Passing through Terrell Texas on my way out west, engine light came on. Stopped at the local Auto Zone for diagnostic check O2 sensor bad. AZ refer me to Greens Tire & Auto center. Went there the next morning when they opened. Auto Zone guy was right this was the place to go. Shawn and his whole crew were great, sitting in the waiting area I witnessed Shawn dealing with other customers besides me and his customer service is outstanding!! Finished installing new sensor and was on my way. Felt like I meet a new friend, two days later I got a text from Shawn making sure everything was going good.Who does this anymore? If you re ever passing through Terrell or even live near there take your car here they set the customer standard as far as I m concerned. I came with brakes grinding. I was given a quote of $931 to fix all my problems. What I needed fixed were what I knew already:rear brake pads, rotors and tire rotation. What I did not need was the following: Transmission fluid was found dirty and was low and needed to be changed. This is a sealed transmission on a Ford Fusion with 191,000 miles. You can check the fluid level with a hidden fill plug, but I knew they did not do that. If they had changed the fluid at 190,000 miles it would have ruined my transmission. Brake fluid was found to be dirty and they recommended an exchange, but a front brake job and fluid exchange was recently done and the fluid was perfectly clean. The air filter and cabin filter were noted to be really dirty. Both were recently changed and were completely clean when I inspected them. Car was said to be out of alignment and needed an alignment but it drives straight and there was no uneven wear on the tires. Serpentine belt was found to be worn and they wanted to replace it. That belt was recently changed and was in perfect condition. The AC belt was worn and needed to be changed, but they did not mention that belt. How can I confirm that all this was true? I asked my son who is a professional mechanic and he confirmed all the above. He ended up changing the rear brakes and rotors in about 45 minutes. Greens wanted $530 for that part. I was suspicious when they said they checked the transmission fluid in a sealed transmission and wanted to change it. When I told them I was not interested in any service the manager kept lowering the price, but I was not going to let them work on my car even if it was free because I could not trust them. Everything except the brakes were scams to drum up more business because they thought I did not know anything and assumed I did not maintain or know my car. I do not mind paying a high price for needed service, but I am not going to be blatantly lied to.Service: Auto maintenance

Check engine light came on. Fingers crossed that the issue is fixed. Been a couple of weeks and all seems good. They recommended some other things to fix thankfully! Like my front brakes I didn t know (or didn t want to acknowledge) were so worn down. Prices were fair. Customer service was great!

I will never send a friend to Green Tire & Auto Center. I paid them $5,000 cash for a tow package for my car and motor home. They never finished the installation. I've been told to take it up with the Better Business bureau. I also spent another $1,300 To remove and replace the tow package on the car.The question is why did you go to Green?? Honestly I don't know, they don't have certified mechanics. They also did a safety inspection on the motor home. Once again the motor home will not pass the safe inspection. Be for you go over,get a second opinion.

I recently went to Greens Tire & Auto Center worst experience I ve had with a Business manger I believe? I went there for a alignment took it in then I m being told by the mechanic that he can t preform the alignment he explains why and we ask him if he did any work to it he said no that he just checked it we asked if it was gonna cost is anything he said no we go inside figuring out we have to pay 40 dollars for a alignment check. I know as a business there has to be some profit I understand that there is being time used for someone to check the car and too see if anything is wrong with it and yes there should be a fee for that what I can t understand is why u guys can t put either on the website or tell the customer that there will be a fee too inspect it I understand you as a business must have some fees but also as a business You should inform what those fees are u failed in giving good information at least the mechanic was a very nice man but the manger not so much I felt a little disrespected by his mannerisms and words and I hope u guys can improve your problems and do better for future customers I will not be coming back too this establishment for this experience
