This by far is one of the best Mobile RV services that I have dealt with. Taylor is very prompt, helpful and knowledgeable and knew exactly how to work with my warranty to get things done. Brad is a truly a skilled tech who works with a high degree of professionalism. I will be recommending them to all my RVer friends!

I received their name by someone on the TX RV ing and Camping Facebook group. I called them worrying that he wouldn t be able to fix our mechanical issue and I was impressed from the start. Taylor had a very professional attitude. He was very knowledgeable and his turnaround time is very quick while keeping us informed. He was willing to work with my extended warranty company. I will call him again for future services and recommend him to everyone in the Dallas area.

Taylor came out extremely fast!! He had my slide diagnosed and he adjusted the room to open and close properly. First call is very reasonable on pricing and they get out fast I was shocked! I recommend these guys to anyone who needs fast reliable work done

Taylor was great, I had an issue with leveling system that was a tricky one to say the least. He kept me informed along time the way and ultimately resolved my issue and was able to utilize my warranty for much of the work. I highly recommend!

I can't say enough about first call mobile rv repair and Taylor!!I had to get back home to California but my slide out wasn't working! Taylor got out to me within 2 hours! He showed up found out it was just a loose wire, tightened it up and was good to go! They didn't try to upsell me or over charge me and I was in a bind! I would have paid whatever to get back home! I recommend them whole heartedly and will be using them for a full seal this summer when I come back!!

I am so please with the service I received from Taylor. From the inital phone coversation He was very knowledgeable in what He does. His respose time to come to my RV was same day. He sealed my roof, fixed my AC and Hot water heater in record time. A+ Service. He will definately be my go to from now on.Thank you Taylor

Taylor showed up and got my water heater fixed. No parts required! Didn t try to upsell at all just came out and fixed the issue I needed fixed and left. I would recommend this company hands-down!!

I found first call mobile rv repair on Facebook because I was looking for some help with my rv. The cord had melted because it was super old and someone had repaired it with duct tape. I messaged asking where they were located and the response was Texas. But the team still asked me if they could maybe help over fb messenger!! So I sent a picture of the cord to get some advice if I was DIY it on my own and they did help me and I ended up getting it on my own! Reach out the worst they can say is they can t help and maybe refer you!

The BEST mobile repair service I ve ever experienced! I tried 3 others who could not fix the issues I was having with my RV. But First Call Mobile fixed it. I am extremely satisfied with the work and the fair cost. Now me and my family can travel in peace knowing everything is working properly. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

No stars from me! But it wouldn t let me post without a star! Over charged me took my parts! Said he couldn t get them until February and or I needed a new furnace. Won t give me back said parts or my deposit. So I Had another guy come out, he had parts here next day from Amazon. Oh I don t need a new furnace! Fraud guy right here! Calling BBB! Way to go! Taking advantage of a woman living in a camper! Hats off to you!

We needed a leak repaired and our fifth wheel roof recoated. My husband and I are too old to climb on roof ourselves. After speaking to these people we chose them to do the work, the gentleman we spoke to was so nice and said they would repair leak coat roof and reseal vents and all. When the two boys showed up to do the work they didn t even have any supplies they had to go to Lowe s. All they did was roll coating on and did not repair leak or seal anything. I went ahead and paid full amount even though I questioned the job. Was promised they would come back out and fix leak, they did not. We finally found someone else to check the work and were told leak was obvious and not repaired, nothing had been sealed and the coating was spread so thin you could see through it. I always try to trust people will do what they say and I am so disappointed that they would take our money and not do the job. I guess they figured old people would never know so they could cheat us easily enough. Sad

OMG! Taylor came out and saved us! Me and my 7 year old daughter came here to Texas and out AC went out, we were burning up! Being a single mom Taylor got me a new AC unit and let me be on a payment plan! This company is truly a god send! I would recommend this company to anyone! They are truly here for the people!

The converter burned out in my toy hauler. I called and Taylor made it out for the diagnostic within a couple of hours. Based on my description of the problem he came prepared with a likely replacement already in the truck! Once he confirmed the issue and that the on-hand replacement would work he had the parts changed out quickly. Great service! I will call again if I'm in the area and have issues.Service: Electrical

I can not tell you enough how amazing Taylor is!!! My battery was dead, I was going to buy a new battery for the same thing to happen again, taylor explained how my 12v system works and realized it was my converter fuse!! We were stuck!
