Dropped out tire off to have it fixed after finding a screw in it. They said they could fix it but they were busy and they would have it fixed before closing. We got there 30 minutes before closing and they were already leaving for the day. My tire did not get fixed. There was no customer service at all and the guys in there working were rude as hell. I took it down the road and it was fixed within 30 minutes. I was highly disappointed in Firestone!!

Had a flat caused by huge bolt lodged in tire. Mitch, service advisor, Joaquin, service tech, as well as another tech were very helpful, courteous, & friendly. They explained everything in detail, replaced tire & were shocked at service provided by Toyota dealership. SUV has only 13,000 miles on it & told me I didn't need the spark plugs or fluid changed which was recommended by dealership. Thank you so very much & I have confidence in your abilities. Went in for a brake flush service and wheel alignment. Brake service was done alright but wheel alignment was not taken care of properly (I have the lifetime wheel alignment with firestone on all my vehicles). They also broke one of the hood lift support and didnt mention it when I went to pick up the vehicle.

The gentleman there was so kind and helped me even though I came in super close to closing. He was so kind and saved my butt. Thank you!

This place is a complete JOKE. Went in on Monday for my appt for an alignment. They told me our truck needed a few things that were already taken care of but one was we needed a new battery. This battery has been fine for 2 years and has only died once when we left the lights on. Drew comes in saying it won t even jump off because it s so dead. My husband comes an hour later with our battery charger and the truck cranks instantly. So they were in fact trying to take advantage of me. Maybe this is company policy, or maybe the workers are that bad of people who knows. Unfortunately I already purchased the lifetime alignment so I ll be back but not to Terrell. Very dishonest, dirty people.

Jacked up the cost on parts about 50%. Said they would work with the warranty company, wanted to charge 1900.00 for an ac compressor to be replaced, did not work well with warranty company, and they charge 120.00 an hour for labor. Highway Robbery, if you like wasting money this is definitely the place for you!

Wish i can 0 star this place. I went in with no customer and it was wasn t even busy. Tried to get alignment. Guy was no help or even tried to consider me getting alignment what it felt like.Told me leave the car and we can work on it like I couldn t wait around for it to be done. Granted it wasn t busy! Or set appointment up for tomorrow and i can wait with car was my only 2 option. Made 0 sense for customer service. Smdh

Scheduled my appointment one whole week later to accommodate my schedule with 2 kids under 2 yrs old. They said they were backed up and car wouldn t be worked on for at least 2 hrs. The appointments are made so you don t wait for cars ahead of you that are walk ins. I had to leave and go somewhere else. All I needed was a quick oil change.

We recently moved to the area and I needed an oil change. Since we didn't know who to trust yet, we figured a big name company would be safest. They said that my drain pan plug had been threaded and the pan needed replaced. My husband asked if they could just use a bigger plug. They said no that the whole thing needed replaced and that they had one on the way. We decided to let them take care of that even though we can do it ourselves.... one less thing on our to do list. Went to pick up my car and they said it was the wrong pan and that they ended up using a bigger plug, even though they had said that wasn't an option. I was still charged for the labor to remove it at $178 / hour even though they ordered the wrong thing. I understand that the mechanic had labor involved, but if you made the mistake then you should cover it. Not planning on going back. Next time we'll try somewhere else in town. The guy was friendly enough, he wasn't overly welcoming, but wasn't stand offish either. Overall an underwhelming experience and the most expensive oil change of my life.

It seems every time I have tried to have this location perform anything from an oil change and tire balancing/rotation they just never have the ability to do the work granted it s usually on the weekends whenever I have tried but if this is the business that you re in then why do you not accommodate people??? If this wasn t a huge company and a fairly small town they probably would have closed down by now just seems like bad business management to me

They need to return to a store policy of putting customers needs first. Customer service was horrible. Walked in for an oil change but they said I'd have to drop it off for the whole day but my 2nd car is loaned out right now so I made an appt for the next week so they could get me right in and I wouldn't have to drop off. Showed up for my appt but they said it was a drop-off appt...? That doesn't make sense but they refused to honor the appt that I'd made. We've waited in store for our tires and oil changes for years and they've always been quick and efficient. Now they've adopted new policies apparently. They've become rude and unaccomodating... not even standing by their appt times. I will not go back to the Terrell location and I do not recommend them. Try Forney they seem to be better.

Called multiple times to try and set a time to have a tire change. Something is wrong with their phone, and you can hardly understand what they are saying. Guy acted like it was my fault that I couldn't hear me and hung up on me twice. Every other call I've made today has worked fine, I was willing to deal with the phone issues but not the rudeness.

I would never recommend this place.First of all, they schedule tire and maintenance with mechanic work. For example I went once for a tire repair. They wanted me to schedule a appt for a simple tire repair. They wanted me to come back days later for a simple tire repair.

Staff is friendly. Was supposed to get a "friends & family discount" because my son works at the Bridgestone warehouse but it sucked. It cost as much to get new tires on my little bitty Corolla as it did on my Tacoma(with the discount) a year or so ago. I think all the took off this time was the labor & then they tacked on a bunch of ridiculous fees...thanks for that Firestone. Oh, & I also had a front-end alignment on my truck & still, the Corolla cost as much as the truck did.

They are who I use on a regular basis. I like them because if they fix something and if what they fixed breaks down in a reasonable amount of time of course they fix it for free and I appreciate that. They also have lifetime front end alignment for your vehicle as long as you have the vehicle which saves you money over the life of the vehicle.

Wish I had remembered to read these reviews before going to Terrell Firestone store. I ordered tires for my suburban and waited all day for them to get put on. Finally I called 30 minutes before they closed and they said it was ready. Wow what service!! Like the tires though. Later I took another vehicle in to get an alignment and told them it pulls to the right. After the day was over I got a call 20 minutes prior to closing that it was ready. Fortunately we weren't too far away. It still pulls to the right. Meanwhile I ordered tires for my pickup and asked for the best tire they possibly could sell me. Now the front driver tire of second vehicle has a noise, so I checked the tire for any play and discovered the upper a frame bolts are so loose I can move the tire an inch. Went today to get my tires on the way I discovered a low tire on pickup. (How convenient I'm supposed to pick up the tires today as discussed last week.) I pulled up to one bay because there was no one there except 1 other car. Five bays open 4 guys walking around. They asked me to move my truck with its now mostly flat tire. Went inside and they're telling me it's gonna be an hour and a half. Really with that crew and those bays open? Went 3 miles to another tire shop on a flat and within 12 minutes they had my tire fixed, ordered 4 more tires, and they are loaning me a tire for a day! The new tires will cost 28$ less too. God knows how to bless his people!!!

Went to get a flat repaired at 420 pm they only had 2 cars in the shop total and I was told they can't fix a flat till the next day...... Firestone is a tire shop correct? I mean the office was full of new tires to sell! Bet it would of got put on if I was buying a new tire!

I was so incredibly thankful Sunday when my daughter had a blowout on I20 and needed a new run flat tire on her car. So she called ahead 30 min before closing, they assured her they could help and waited for her to drive there on the flat. They quickly helped get the tire on,and got her on her way. We were so blessed by them for taking such good care of our daughter!

The only negative I have is the waiting area has only 2 metal folding chairs. I really would have preferred to wait on service, The waiting area has been uninviting for a long time. I wish they would update the waiting area and I would use them more.Service: TiresService: Tires

I've had my fair share of BAD experiences with Firestone locations. However, this location was not one of them. It's important to keep the customer informed and provide accurate ETC's. Liz was awesome! She was great about providing a follow up and kept me informed on the status of my vehicle. She knocked it out of the park. Everything was completed in a timely manner, and to my satisfaction. I will definitely be going back for future service needs on my vehicles.

I was going there today for a oil change. There was no place to park in front so I was trying to park close to the bays were the do the oil changes. There was no cars in the bays. All of the mechanics was not working and a lot of them was on there cell phone not working 2 of the mechanics told me I can't park here and said I need a oil change and he told me he didn't care. So I told him there no parking up front so he decided to tell me not his problem. And they were rude about it. I will not do business with a company that has rude employees. And I will tell everybody I know what happened. My wife was likes to up there to get work on our cars. She was surprised. And she going up there anymore. So if the mechanics can be rude so can I.

Not once but twice I ve caught their hand in the cookie jar. I got new tires with a 4 wheel alignment. The first time I asked them to look it over and they said I needed new spark plugs. Little did they know I changed them not even a month prior. Well here I am halfway through the 40k lifespan of the tires I had purchased from them. I had them rotated at 10k and now at 20k I went to get them rotated again and they can t do it due to bad shocks . I had another mechanic tell me it s an alignment issue. They also said my air filter is dirty and needs to be changed and that would cost 40 dollars. With all of this said I went and bought a ten dollar filter and had it in literally 2 minutes later. Didn t even have to turn a screw nor bolt. I am replacing my shocks myself to be on the safe side and getting tires else where. You will not catch me dead in another firestone.

They cussed at the man that was trying to take Mr Gentrys car to them. Ran out said and told him to move that car. The parking lot is for coustermers only. Well Mr Gentry is a coustermer for years. No more.

Couldn t even get in to see if they did good work went to take my aunts car in to get a few tires replaced and was told it would be a few hours before they got to me with only one customer in the waiting room and I go around the side to see everybody walking nobody hustling. Changing out tires is quick easy money but I guess you have to be motivated to work. Everybody does the bare minimum these days can t get a farmer back on the road

maybe its due to the pandemic but the environment here...not friendly! I told them I think i had a bad tire and i was afraid to continue driving. Nobody wouldn't even come look at it for me I was willing to leave my car and pay for service but it was like pulling teeth to get anyone to come help me ...I left.

The staff here was friendly toward me. I brought my truck in for an alignment and got it back within a few hours. Unfortunately it was not done correctly and I had to take it back. They took my truck in right away and performed a second alignment, no questions asked, now my truck is tracking straight again. Very happy with the service.

Got a much needed specific tire, they were busy but got the truck done in Much less time than estimated. Cody and Drew (Drue?) were excellent and super grateful for the turnaround!

Worst of the worst. No words can really describe how horrible. I experienced being yelled at for no reason on my part. They told me that they were short staffed and couldn't get to me and to make an appointment for a different day. I had to set there for a few minutes in my vehicle to recover from the duress of being yelled at. I was shocked. I will never go to a Firestone again for as long as I live.
