These guys do honest quality work for a great price. My windshield got smash by a rock, went to the big name window repair guy my insurance recommended, they were going to charge me over $1340. Was outraged, went to my dealership, they said they don t do window replacement and outsourced to Elite Auto Glass and I can see why! They were well over half the price and even came out to my house, replace my windshield and did it right then and there. I live a little north of downtown Dallas so that was awesome! Fully recommend these guys, my truck has all the safety features like lane keep and other tech, all works perfectly 3 weeks after.Only writing this review because I keep seeing the commercial for the big name guy and they are a complete rip off and these guys deserve the praise.

Made an appointment for a windshield installation today between 9-12pm. At 1:19pm I called the office to inquire the status and to inform them I was scheduled for the above. The young lady placed me on hold contacted the driver came back and stated to me He said he came by and didn t see the vehicle, and he called but something weird happened with that, however he is an hour away, and processing another job, so he can come to me afterwards . I replied that was unacceptable, she said well what do you want me to do, then switched up and started telling me to not yell at her then she hung up on me. My insurance company has already paid for the glass. This is very poor service and I m not even sure what s happening now.

I recently replaced my Lincoln front windshield with Elite auto glass. Scott helped me through the whole process to make sure it is done right, he is very responsive and professional. I am very happy with their service and will definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality repair/replacement.

What can I say this place is amazing! I had to get two windows replaced very quickly and the team here was able to get me in with less than 24 hour notice! Showed up at 7:30 for my 8am cause I drove from Lewisville to the Terrell shop. They started on my car early! I can t thank the team enough. I was done in less than 2 hours. Let s talk price they were less expensive than Safelite and weren t going to make me wait two weeks for glass.Services: Installation, Auto side window replacement

Dropped off my car and 2 hours later it was ready 2021, they done calibration as well, they do work for insurance like progressive but you can always pay without using the insurance so deductible don't get on the way, you can save money that way these people have done it again, I called in and scheduled an appointment, in a matter of 4 days, everything was done, and done well, thank you for all that you do, stay Great!

I called Elite Auto Glass this morning for a quote to replace the rear windshield on my SUV. I received a call back within minutes with the best quote in the area (I had called 2 other places for quotes). On top of that, they were able to get me in today for the repair. The shop was easy to find and I was greeted immediately by friendly staff. The repair itself took less than 45 minutes. Great local shop that I definitely recommend!

Great experience from start to finish. The young gentleman came and replaced the windshield in about an hour or less. The pricing is great and all of the staff I conversed with were very friendly. My windshield was cracked while trying to pass a gravel truck (go figure). All of the other places I received quotes from wanted to charge almost double the price of what I paid Elite Auto. Scott did a great job explaining what the cost of everything should be. Right on time, relatively quick, and very easy to work with. Hopefully I won't have to replace another window, but if I do it will definitely be through them.

I recently had my car broken in to and needed 2 new windows. Elite Auto Glass was very friendly and wanted to help make my day better. I had scheduled my appointment for a Monday morning, it was Friday afternoon. Later that night I got a call from Andy saying they had an appointment open up and they would come out to my apartment and fix my windows Saturday morning, at a great rate. This was such a huge relief and goes farther than they probably realize!

I would give less than 1 star if possible. I have been communicating with them for about 3 weeks, I am feeling I'm getting the run around. Still have no idea if the have it in stocks, what the wait time is, or when they will do the job. 3 weeks is a long time to be driving with 4 huges cracks in my windshield.

I ve been serviced by Elite Auto Glass twice already and I Highly recommended them!!They re efficient, willing, friendly and reasonably priced! They re quick and I absolutely love their service. Had my Jeeps windshield replaced. Great service and work, and much cheaper than Safelite! Came out to my location at the time they told me. The technician was very polite and professional. He also was able to save my registration and toll tag and put them on the new windshield! Thank you.

The receptionists treated me like someone they were really interested in helping. The technicians were efficient, friendly, and went out of their way to make certain my car and I were quickly and expertly taken care of. Elite Auto Glass was AMAZING! Our windshield got cracked while relocating to Texas from CA. and Scott got his team sent out to us so quickly! His team replaced our windshield in no more than 30 minutes and the team was SO FRIENDLY and COURTEOUS! We will definitely be giving Elite Auto Glass all of our future repair needs for glass! Everyone I dealt with couldn't have been friendlier and more accommodating. I went in after work just before their closing time expecting to make an appointment but they made the repair on the spot. Would definitely recommend to anyone for their auto glass repair needs.

Made an appointment for windshield repairs to my truck and wife's car. They never showed up to do the work at the scheduled date/time. They didn't call either. Apparently these guys don't like money. Took my money elsewhere. If only these clowns had showed up they could have had a good payday. Ended up spending over $1000 on new windshields for both vehicles.
