Doy's Auto Repair is one of the few places left in the world that offers exceptional customer service and care. I had a cracked taillight cover that needed replacing. Mazda wanted to charge me $722 for parts and labor. I found the lens online at a discount parts store and drove my vehicle to Doy's to see if they could install it. Not only did John install it, he did it right on the spot. We are so thankful that we found Doy's.

One star just because they answer the phone right up...Ocorst the want business...the told me they charge $120 dollars for diagnost and 125 an hour ...to me it's like Diesel macanics..and if my car it's no register for the last three months the don't work on it..I ask if they are government mechanics to keep track cars registration...I was planning to towing my car to the place...but no thanks... avoid this places there it's much better options out there...most places are $65 dollars for diagnost and they avoided if the repair will be done at the place...

So far so good I got my truck in there for service willing to talk to me about the problem even gave me a break on payment give me a little payment plan so I'm happy. I would suggest it to anyone. Good Old Country Boys seem like they know what they're doing, so it's all good.

Best mechanic I ve ever dealt with. On point communication, no upsales, pros and cons for you to decide what to do. I ll trust George and his team all day!

Our 1998 E350 17' Box truck broke down on the way back to San Antonio. We were lucky to find Doy's on our search for a repair shop. The price was very fair; The work was exceptional and the way the driver and his wife were treated while they waited for the work to be completed is rare. in a time when I rarely have good things to say about how people behave, I couldn't miss the chance to give Doy's a 5 star rating so everyone knows that this is the place to go when the need mechanical work in or near Terrell, TX. It is really hard to find great work and customer service but this is it.

Doy s is top of mind anytime my car starts making that noise you know the one! Friendly service and above and beyond assistance is always a guarantee and helps make those less than pleasurable car check ups bearable!

They did a fantastic job of showing hubby his loose battery cable post replacement of a few other things, engine light, etc lol without embarrassing him to much. That was my job XD

John Doy has the greatest experience mechanic team ,I have ever seen he just finished brakes on 2006 f-250 great job on those,thanks again, George and John.

George, who was formerly at Triple A Muffler in Terrell, is now here. If you want excellent service, go here. No reason to ever go to Triple A again. He WAS their business!

Another shop said we needed an engine in our truck. Took it here for a second opinion. They found the problem which did not involve the engine. They saved us thousands!
