Super friendly, kind, quick and helpful. Accurate quote times which was awesome. They don't push sales if they are able to patch/repair, however they will show you if you should replace your tires soon.Got a pretty decent sized screw on a potentially tricky part of the tire, and they were still able to patch it. Aired up the rest of the tires too. Thanks guys. I'll be back to replace the front set when I get the cash.

Oliver provided excellent customer service. My daughter had her first flat tire experience. She was greeted outside promptly and was advised on what she needed. We have a warranty with our dealership and instead of making her call Oliver called and got the claim started for her. He explained the process and timing of everything. He took care of her and she was back on the highway in less than an hour.

Everyone was nice! I was passing through Terrell, TX on my way back home to Houston and decided to stop in. I was unable to get new tires prior to my trip, but I did know they d at least get me to my destination. Tyler was excellent! He greeted me with a smile and helped me find the best solution for my vehicle. He singlehandedly eased my mind as I return back home. Great service!

They do a good job, but if they advertise booking online shortens your time by 30% they better not take walk-ins before the customers that have appointments. I saw people walk in get service and leave before my car was even finished. It tool over a hour for me to get tires mounted.

Kudos to Discount tire and their satisfaction warranty. I purchased some AT tires (for the first time) and I started getting substantially worse fuel economy. Over the life span of the tire, the added fuel would have been significant enough to pay for new tires. I took them up on their satisfaction warranty and got them replaced with new Michelin tires and now my mileage is back to where it was, or maybe even a bit better. I had to pay a little, but overall, I am happy with the trade. I would have been miserable watching my mileage for the next 5 years.Also, the staff at this store were professional, courteous, and pretty quick.Great job guys....

WARNING!!! READ!!!If you dare to bring your car here, remember to sue them whenever you re injured in an accident.I m a certified tire tech from another Discount Tire location and they are doing everything possible to get somebody hurt!I watched them work on my vehicle. I can tell you with certainty that there is not one competent tech here. I don t know how this place has been under this management for this long and getting away with this but I am contacting Corporate so they can have a visit from one of my favorite regional managers.I took pictures and video while they worked on my vehicle. I caught them trying to sneak and hide certain things. They do not care about you or your safety. After I watched their service I brought my vehicle back to my Discount store of employment and fixed everything they missed.NIGHTMARE!!! STAY AWAY! The manager is a Mr. Ojeda. If you see his picture on the wall behind the service counter, LEAVE!You are more safe to drive a car with a blown out tire to any other tire shop than to have your car serviced here!

I sat for 2hrs watching people come in after Me and get serviced and leave before my vehicle ever left where I parked.So I thought.. maybe they have appointments . Low and behold a guy comes in with his truck and needed new tires (same as me)The cashier asked had he been here. He replied I was referred by a friend who comes here a lot . He took his info told him he'd be 45min.10 to 15 minutes they pulled His truck in... While mine still hadn't been serviced.I was the only Black person there..Still getting put on the back of things here in the Discount Tire in Terrell Texas.I gladly asked for my $2000 refund... There's other places that believe in First come first served.

Had an appointment for a tire rotation and balance at 12:15. Vehicle sat in the lot until 1:05. If you have an appointment, shouldn't you have your service done immediately, and not an hour after the appointment?

Had to buy a tire, and this place was in a great location. The employees were very helpful and friendly. The service was super fast, and very reasonable.

This place doesn t even deserve one star. I came in to get my tire patched today, and they said they couldn t patch it, and that they don t have my tires in stock, so they put my spare on and sent me on my way after waiting over an hour. I drove 35 miles to another Discount Tire because that one had my tires. When I got there, they informed me that THIS Discount Tire NEVER GAVE ME MY RIM BACK. Not ONLY did they forget to put my rim back in my car, but they also had the tires I needed the whole time!!! Another 35 miles back to THIS store and at this point I m an hour late to my delivery job. Not a single person even bothered to apologize for the inconvenience. We told them we are the ones whose RIM YOU FORGOT TO GIVE BACK TO US and it was just oh, ok and they took the keys and walked off. We were told they d help us immediately after getting here on the phone but they actually worked on my car LAST. How do you forget someone s rim!?! And not even an apology for the inconvenience!?! Unacceptable!!!

About a year later and I'm back. Mostly because I did not rotate my tires like I should have (and was contacted by Discount Tire over the past year to do).Replacd the front tires during my trip. While there, thankfully, the Discount Tire crew noticed a nail in one of my rear tires and took care of that for me as well, at no extra charge! Plus I was alerted to the fact that my rear wheels were a little loose (due to a bushing issue with my rear camber kit)The team here is always super helpful, polite, and make sure to stay in contact about upcoming appointments!Sure I could go somewhere else, but why risk putting my car in someone else's hands? No matter who is working on my car, I know it will be taken care of and looked after like it was their own.Always leave a satisfied and happy customer! Tha ks again for giving my service appointment 110%

Very unhappy with the service . I am a Vietnam Vet and was taking with a slide of hand . I was suppose to have 5 tires replaced and 1 was suppose to be credited. So I should have been charged for 4 . They talked me in to a DT credit card and made the switch to 6 new tires . I didn t look at the invoice and signed it. I trusted DT , have been doing business since the 70s. Abusing and misleading senior citizens.

>>>READ BEFORE VISITING<<<TLDR: Would not recommend getting tires installed here if you care about your car.I m no tire genius, but I know what I know and I work in a shop and I ve done so for a year now. This place has a great and huge tire selection, but that s the only good thing I can say. Everyone here needs some serious training and I m very glad I decided to watch them work on my car. I came here to purchase and mount 2 rear tires and I watched 2 different employees not even bother to measure my wheels on the tire balancing machine before use, so they didn t properly balance my tires they also didn t wipe off the tire mounting lube on the sidewalls after mounting. They didn t follow the star pattern when they put my lug nuts back on, on top of that they used an impact WITHOUT a torque stopper and then they torqued it to spec with a torque wrench WITH the torque stopper that makes no sense, why not just use an impact with a torque stopper? I wasn t gonna stand back there and tell them what to do, but I cleaned up after them and re torqued the lug nuts properly when I got home. On the ride home my entire car would shake when I go over 50 mph. Even though I was there to only get 2 new tires it seems like almost a dozen employees were working on my car, everyone was bouncing between tasks like a game of pinball, it only takes 1 or 2 people to do that. To make that worse everyone there looks like they are either in high school or fresh out of it, they need to go back to working in fast food. Messing up a burger and messing up a tire installation are in 2 completely different realms, when you work on car tires you have people s lives in your hands just like doctors and surgeons. Having a bunch of different people do a bunch of different things over-complicates things and is a recipe for disaster, changing tires isn t hard and it doesn t need to be any harder. Again, only a 1 or 2 man job. I wanted my lug nuts torqued to 90 or 100 ft lbs (only 5-15 lbs over spec) but they were too scared to, probably because of liability. I get that, but I have wheel spacers that come with upgraded studs and it s a tiny bit over the torque spec which won t hurt with better studs, I need the extra lug nut torque since I like to drive fast. Plus they should be worrying about liability from other things, things way more important than over torquing lug nuts a tiny bit. Would ve been safer to do that instead of how the handled it. I m going to mount and balance my own tires from now on, I would ve purchased the tires I got and mounted them at work but our tire mounting machine isn t working and the tread on my tires were almost nonexistent at the time so I didn t have a choice. I would highly recommend for them to review and/or change up their policy. They also need to only use impact guns with torque stoppers, if they re worried so much about the torque specs then they need to have a wider variety of torque stoppers. I bet they don t even wound back their torque wrenches when they re done with them (which makes the torque wrenches they use defective). Only hire people that don t know what they re doing at a McDonald s or something and not at a shop. Thank you for reading.

Fast service limited inventory I know now why they want you to preorder your tires to speed up service. Better to say yhey have limited inventory and preorder let's them know what they need to pull from their warehouse.

I always get to discount tire before they open to make sure I don't have to wait too long. This morning I was there first, then 4 other cars came all before the store opened. The people working eneded up opening early, came straight to my car, so they knew I was the first there. I went in and was applying for their credit card. Which only took about 5 min. I asked if I paid now or waited til they were done. He said they were almost done now so I paid, sat down for about 2 min and my car was ready. I got 4 new tires, and was out in less than 15 min. I was pulling out of their parking lot before 8am. I was thoroughly impressed.

If you have a black finish or expensive wheels, you might come out of there with a couple edge paint chips similar to the picture I posted. I made them aware prior to any work being completed. They assured me everything would be fine. Next thing you know there s a teenager dismounting the wheels as if they were the same as any other vehicle. If you have regular wheels this place is fine. For those who seek a higher quality, this is not the place.

245 appt, didn't start until 315. took over an hour to mount wheels. I get it, you're busy but people that came in after my appt time getting all new wheels and tires mounted shouldnt be done before me. If you're running late, let people know.It was just a mount and balance, I brought the wheels in a box and put them IN my car when done. Saw one of my new wheels sitting on the bare concrete, I walked over and put cardboard under it. They put tire shine on the tires, had it gooped all over, wheel face/bead....then stacked them. So now I have tire shine on both sides. Great!I'm giving 2 stars simply because they matched the price I found online. Will most likely not go back and continue supporting the smaller tire shops in town.Thumbs down discount tire

What can I say about Joe at discount? I have been coming here for several years and today he solidified why. His customer service is top notch. I had purchased a set of tires online and decided to see if they could get me in earlier than my appointment time. They did, and while installing them he was able to pro-rate my tires based on the tread from the set I was taking off. He refunded my total and started a new ticket that saved me almost $200. They got me in and out in under an hour, and saved me money. Not a bad way to start the day.

It was my first time here and I got Great customer service. I was in and out, in about 20 minutes. I got all four of my tires replaced and they are under warranty!! Thank you guys ! Keep up the fantastic work.

I stopped for a tire pressure check. The supervisor instructed five different employees to service me and they refused. The 6th employee who did come to my vehicle refused to air up my tire to the pressure I requested. As a 25 plus year customer of discount tire I have never been so disrespected by a discount tire staff in my life.

Had new tires rotated and balanced earlier in the week. Balance not done right. Like driving on a rumble strip. Back at discount tires to get re-balanced. Having to wait forever. If it's their messups, I shouldn't have to wait this long. 1 1/2 hours. Put their screwups a priority. Get me in and out. Kinda disappointed in them on this.
