I ve been coming to see Greg here since I moved to Terrell in 14 Well run establishment with great service and personal experience. The owner Greg and the front desk staff have always made me feel more than just another customer to get in and out when they take the extra time to educate me on causes, problems and solutions and not rushing it or brushing me off ever. They ve always done me solid and have done extra to help with certain accommodations that weren t their responsibility. Class act company right here.

Have had a few good experiences with Discount Tire. They replaced all 4 tires on two of my vehicles and that process was smooth and painless, good pricing. I didn't buy the warranty so I had to come back after a tire popped and another had a nail (new construction neighborhood problems) and they fixed me right up again. Don't skip the warranty

I was working today in Terrell, Tx and I caught a flat tire . I went to this place for tire service & didn't receive any. The owner had me sitting in the waiting area for quite some time without even issuing his Technicians a service ticket for my vehicle . After waiting for maybe 25 minutes, another customer walked in and asked for assistance with their vehicle . And immediately, a service ticket was done and issued to a Technician and the customers car was brought to the service area for diagnostic . It was then more obvious that I wasn't going to be provided the customer service I deserved . I then asked was there any other tire shops in the area, & he / the owner quickly responded by giving me multiple options to other places to go. The worst customer service I've ever experienced in my 53 years of life . I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Everyone there is amazing! I had a flat tire and was traveling with my dogs. They let my 2 dogs come inside with me to wait! Unfortunately, they didn t have my size tire but they put my donut on so I could get home. They are all awesome and fairly quick!

This place is a waste of your money . I went there to get a wheel alignment done and that s what I needed . He said he would not do it because of a loose bearing . You can still get your wheel alignment done with a loose bearing but my cars wheel bearing is literally fine . And there absolutely NO reason why they can t do a wheel alignment with that problem either way! I installed plenty of new suspension parts on my car and just wanted an alignment until I got my bearing ! Then he took 40 dollars to tell me he won t do what I asked him to do! Total waste of my time and money ! Now I have to drive my car with a bad alignment because I replaced my suspension parts . He could have done the alignment. This place is a total rip off and I think you should never give your money to this horrible small business!

Best place to take your vehicle(s) with service second to none. Greg runs circles around any other mechanic I have trusted my vehicles with. He stands behind his work and will do whatever it takes to get you back on the road. He recently fixed an issue with my car that a national chain could not resolve after visiting 2 of their local shops. I will continue to visit his business for as long as I need it and I highly suggest others to do so as well. Nothing but good things to say about him and his crew!

This is a good tire shop. They also have a lot more to offer including alignment and repairs. Greg took really good care of me and he got my tires ordered and on my car within 24 hours. They also offer roadside certificates just like all the other big companies do and they've got tire service with over 30,000 locations to take care of your tire hazzards. Prices are competitive. Thanks guys.

Awesome customer service! Dempsey explains everything at a level that I can understand! I have never felt that I have been taken advantage of or over charged! I love that they treat you better than family and understand that money does not grow on trees. Mechanics are very knowledgeable and honest, too! I will never go any place else for my truck! We need more businesses like them in Terrell!

They were welcoming and positive all around.I needed battery work, asap, and after a long morning and disappointment at another place, i called ahead to see if Discount Tire could take care of me (I wasn t certain I could make any more stops before the battery died). They were quick to communicate any poor reception, and ready said they could take care of everything if I came in. They were not pushy, and I appreciated the answers and warm attitude over the phone; this took place technically before their opening, and were all open by the time I got there.They were speedy with checking and testing, appearing concerned and understanding as I explained the suddenness and expressed stress of a car suddenly shutting down right before an out of town trip.They shared the numbers of the test, and also checked other potential causes, prepared with results within twenty minutes of the call. They gave me the estimate of delivery for the parts needed which was accurate and had everything complete within the hour once the part arrived. They did not rush payment, and thanked me for my business, expressed thanks for choosing them today.Discount Tires & Service really saved the day for me, and turned around a potentially terrible day.I will be returning for all my future car needs, assuming i am the one who does so.

I had my truck lifted, new wheels, and tires. They did a great job and it was fast. Only a day and half like they said. Their staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. RJ made me feel comfortable about what was going to happening and it is nice to go somewhere that the staff behind the counter knows about the shop work unlike a lot of shops in Dallas. Thanks guys!

Two things you need where ever you live...a good Dr and a good mechanic.I trust Greg with all my vehicles' tires, maintenance, and auto work.They are honest and up front. They will show you what broke and try to explain thoroughly what is happening. Many times they offer options for repairs (if safe and available). Would highly recommend them!

Never been here before. Was visiting my daughter and she noticed a roofing nail in her tire. She had to go to work so she took my veh and I took hers to get the tire fixed. I stopped at the first place I could find. They were very friendly and thorough in the repair. They removed the tire and found the tire was unfixable. It was worn down to the cord on the inside. The other tire was badly worn also. Two new tires and a front end alignment and I was on my way. I am so glad they showed me the tire instead of plugging the nail and sending me on my way. I will go there again if I have the occasion.

Brad is awesome but the mechanic's are not Honest or trust worthy. Sad my dads a master mechanic I knew before I went in what I needed . I was gonna have them do the work until the mechanic lied. Go else were save your $$$

Beyond disappointed. Went in to get an alignment. I expected a few things would need done. Turns out THAT time I needed to replace both upper and lower control arms.. being mechanically inclined I figured I'd fix it myself. Brought it back, and said hey I fixed what You guys said was wrong can you do it? Sure! Not a problem! An hour later I get told oh this and that needs replaced. I was seriously just under the car 3 days ago and No they don't. Those are completely fine! I'm only giving you 2 stars because of how polite you guys were. Such a disappointment :(

Excellent, in and out in 45 minutes! Barely got settled in my seat when they came to tell me car was ready! I did have problem with road noise on the Michelin I got, but they will exchange out tomorrow. Just not a good fit for my Nissan Rogue.

Came here after hydroplaning on the highway and realizing our tires were not road worthy in wet weather. First off, they were very friendly. Secondly, honest. "That's not good" was the no BS prognosis for our back tires. After checking all of our tires, they came and asked us if we're really wanted 4 new tires, or just 2 because the front were still in great condition. Also they worked us in when we randomly came in and took care of us right away when they fears that we had to get somewhere.

Your service men were very helpful and kind and friendly and they got it done quickly and did a great job on my mom's 2 front tires.thankyou for getting it the same day at 2pm and and thanks for all your hard work on my mom's car the 2 front tires and all your men and owners are friendly yes Brad was a helpful man to my mom Bobbi Robert's for her

I recently got a 6 Rough Country suspension lift and could not be more happy with it. I will definitely be coming back to this place mainly because of Kenny. He worked with me to get the right wheels and informed me on different types of tires and their respective warranties. Most places won t go above and beyond like they did here. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks again guys!

My tire had a bolt come loose on the hub cap while on the way to thanksgiving dinner with my inlaws and so I stopped by here to see if they could help me. Since it was just a bolt they gave it to me at no charge and they even gave me a little tool to put it back on with. I didn't know what to say so I said thank you and all they said was we hope you and your family have a happy thanksgiving. It's people like this that makes business great. Great customer service is so key and so I pray God Bless this business for their kindness.

Just went today and got a starter put in and I have been here once before to get an alignment done a few weeks back. Returned because the customer service is awesome and the prices are fair. Will defenetly keep coming back

first time using this shop and went in to get a simple alignment and tire rotation. then they tell me i need new rear toe arms so i have them order those & they tell me should take about 3-5 days to come in. ends up taking nearly 2 weeks for parts to come in. then the whole time i m waiting on the parts i m emailing them asking if they had heard anything on parts coming in and i get completely ignored until the toe arms finally arrived. they are terribly unprofessional & do not care about the customers, they only care about the MONEY. we had agreed on a price so that s what i thought i would be paying. turns out they make up their own charges and ended up charging me over $70 more than the price we had talked about. once the work was finally done i go to pick up my car & find out that the mechanics had stolen money out of my car while working on it because as soon as i got back to the car i looked where it was and it was gone. then i basically get told that i m lying and that the mechanics would not steal anything when the money was in my car when i dropped off in the morning and was gone when i picked up the same day. then they tell me that yet another thing is broken when i know it wasn t. i had taken my car to bmw right after for an oil change and when putting the car on the lift me & all the bmw mechanics saw that they blatantly did not bolt back on one of the links to the toe arms. with that being said bmw told me that they couldn t even do an alignment if that was not bolted on so the paper they gave me showing my alignment numbers was either completely fake or from another vehicle. i called to address what i had saw they had done to my car but they won t take any responsibility for it. they re telling me over the phone that it is broken when clearly it is not, it just simply was not bolted back on. so now the inside of my rim is beaten up due to the swinging piece of metal that constantly hits up against it. this is by far the worst shop i have ever dealt with due to the horrible mechanics and constant beating around the bush of a problem that they caused. i will never use that shop and would never recommend anyone going here. they will completely take advatntage of you and get every dollar out of you that they can. i will stick to going to BMW mechanics only, because they are cheaper in price and they actually know what they re doing. i hope i can save some of you the headache of ever going here. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE

I would not let this place put air in my tires... Absolutely incompetent mechanics and a complete ripoff. Do yourself a favor and go to the REAL DISCOUNT TIRE!! Took them 3 years just to tell me they "don't see in the system" and "I must be confused".

After a really bad experience with an Acura dealer, I went looking for a company to provide routine maintenance for my RDX. I bought tires from this company a year ago and decided to give them a shot at doing a needed B1 service. Eric walked me through their maintenance program and I decided to give them a try. The experience was great. Five stars all the way.

This place is a joke.. I really don t recommend it! First off my husband called and told them what was wrong with our vehicle and what it was doing and the employee that he talked to on the phone told him it was free for an alignment shake down and if there were anything that needed to be tightened it was $25.. We arrived on time for our appointment and sat there for 40mins and nobody said a word to us after we checked in, and ended up having to reschedule for another appointment.. we came back in for our appointment to get the car looked at.. after they looked at it they said that my tires were bad and it was causing my car to sway.. (we already knew that) they basically already told us what we knew and then tried selling us tires when we were really looking to see if something was bent from my husband pulling me out of the mud and then charged us $25 to look at it !!! They tell you one thing on the phone and then try to take your money upfront! We will NOT be back and hopefully this doesn t happen to anyone else.

ALWAYS friendly, honest, reasonable and professional. I will (and do) recommend them for tires, mechanical and advice. It's really hard to find a mechanic you can trust. When you do, you recommend them to anybody you can.

I've used them for years for cars such as Lotus Esprit , BMW 750Li, M5, Cadillac, Trucks and Big SUV's. Good Service, Knowledgeable, Quick to get tires in stock. Sometimes you might have to wait a bit, but that's what happens at any place worth going to.

I went in for a alignment and they told me 1,500 dollars..and said I had a coolant leak and power steering leak.and all the ball joints and inner tie rods needed replacing..I took it to Terrell muffler and jerry McCoy put it on the rack and nothing was leaking...and the upper ball joints were good and only the lower ball joints were bad...I'll never go back their or recommend anyone I know to discount tire...they're just trying to get your money
