Just today we picked up our 2016 Sonata Sport from the service department. We have a brand new replacement engine!!! We greatly appreciate Jonathan Dillon for all his diligence and hard work representing us as the customer. Being a 100% disabled veteran...I so appreciate not having to absorb a new car note!!!!Jonathan...You Are A Great Representative For Your Dealership & For Hyundai!!!!

The dealership is one of a kind! I work late and couldn t get there until late. Jovan texted with me all day so all questions were answered. He and Dina stayed beyond their working hours to help make a deal. Their dealer warranties are amazing! Highly recommend!

Update: Never buying another Hyundai. The complimentary service is a scam. They don t want to do it so make you wait forever for free service. I don t have time to waste sitting there. Ended up taking both my cars to Take 5 and paid out of pocket.Bought a Santa Fe a year ago from somewhere else. Then found that this was bought by Clay Cooley and was excited because the one in Rockwall is stellar- just too far away. Had a good experience getting side steps installed so when it came time to get oil changed on my Genesis Coupe I wanted to do it here. Walked in and they said it would be an hour and a half. No problem, I set an appointment instead. Showed up a few days later for my appointment and the little tech guy taking my keys said it would be an hour to an hour and a half. I was like I had an appointment. He had the balls to tell me an oil change takes an hour to an hour and a half anyway . Dude, I do it in my garage with a floor jack in under 30 minutes. I ll pay more to take it somewhere and get it done in 15 minutes. As for my Santa Fe I guess the complimentary service was a waste because I m not bringing it here with this level of service. Losing confidence in Hyundai service.

My recent encounter with a salesperson and his manager at Clay Cooley Hyundai of Terrell was disappointing and unprofessional.I found a car I liked and made an offer, which was countered. When I mentioned a competitive offer from another dealership (with proof), the salesperson's attitude became dismissive "Calling me a liar". He did not apologize for his tone, and despite escalating the situation and providing the proof, the manager offered no apology or attempt to address my concerns.This experience fell short of my expectations for customer service at a car dealership. I believe potential customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of their purchase decisions.

Customer service is trash. They need to improve, plus, don't lie and say you confirmed my contact information when you never did. No through phone or person. Check the calls and the video recordings for when when I was there and you will notice. I have an email confirmation from my first appointment so, even there you had a way to communicate with me. Didn't even apologize, you just lied to my face and that's it. I want say all of the workers there are to blame. The person from the service department that attended me, is to blame for the bad review. Plus, don't offer a ride two hours after an appointment. It doesn't make sense. The one star is for the techs that worked on the car.

If you value quality workmanship, customer service and companies that stand by their word; Clay Cooley Hyundai of Terrell is definitely not the place you should have your car serviced. We were told by our service advisor that the lengthy engine repair we had done with them would have a 2 year 24k mile warranty. Less than a year later and under the mileage our engine is consuming a quart of oil a week and no one at the organization will take any responsibility and claims that their employee was wrong in telling us that their was an extended warranty on the repair.. The service managers at 3 of Clay's hyundai locations in the metroplex all have not offered any sensible solution nor has anyone offered any sort of a compromise to help resolve this problem. The employee's that have tried to help have at least been cordial and appear to try and seek help from Hyundai but all have been denied a warranty claim from Hyundai. We believe Adam in Dallas has been helpful in at least trying to help us out but ultimately he also was unable to offer us any sort of resolution.Update. Two weeks later and still zero contact from anyone at Clay Cooley.

I came in tonight to purchase my vehical after my Hyundai Lease was up. The service throughout all departments was excellent, especially from Dina and Philip. Being it was the end of the day, one of the mechanics stayed extra just to do my vehicle inspection as my night work schedule prevented me from coming in the next day to finish the deal. Thanks again and I look forward to my next leased Hyundai in the future.

So far, I am very pleased with the present service there. They made me feel like my desires were the only thing that mattered when it came to getting a vehicle. I will be looking for another vehicle soon and I will be right there in Terrell Texas to get it. Thanks guys (and gals ).

Got in touch with a very welcoming sales rep Jackson, followed up on an incoming vehicle for 2 weeks, drove down all the way 40 mins one way, only to get rudely spoken to by the "finance" guy when my offer did not meet his expectations. I had enquired if coming in around 6 was ok, the sales rep was in agreement, the finance guy however taunted me for "wasting his time" when I was talking about the final deal. Also, there was a lot of mis-representation of information betwen what Sales Rep was telling VS waht the "finance manager" had to say.If only people understand that everyone's time is important and speaking rudely to anyone be it a customer or the owner of shop, doesn't help anyone. Regardless of the deal happens or not, the customer is not coming to your dealership to get insulted. Not a very pleasant experience. And now that I read other reviews, I feel bad for not talking to the sales person on the phone about the sale numbers.

The people at this dealership is very nice and friendly. They kept me informed the whole time of my oil change and filter changing. Brian went above and beyond to make sure my baby and I were okay and I'm so thankful for his kindness.

Ask for Brent Billingsly and that s all you need to do!! This is my second purchase through Brent and the great people at Clay Cooley Hyundai!! Over the past 15 years I have bought several new cars! From North Central Ford to Trophy Nissan heck even Carmax and not a single one has ever gone so smoothly as this one! I was literally on my lunch hour and made it back to work to finish my day s paperwork!! THANK YOU BRENT, Jose and Clay Cooley s Finance department!!!! I m a happy new Hyundai Owner AGAIN!!!!

Mary at the service desk & the shop guys were very nice and helpful. They are doing recall updates and a diagnostic on another possible recall for oil consumption. They are in process of MOVING shops AND still kept the car to get it diagnosed. Thit is what customer service looks like.Thank you Mary n team.

Brad Staples was an excellent salesman! He was very transparent, kind, & patient. They were not pushy, they were very friendly, helpful, & they listened to my wants & needs & ensured I left with the perfect vehicle. The team which included Juan (manager), Philip Moore in Finance & the service team all worked together to make my car buying experience enjoyable. I even sent several friends days after, who also bought a car from them! After a hoof search journey & bad experiences with other dealerships, I was so happy & blessed that my search & car buying journey ended with this team. They were so great & helpful & are still just a phone call away. They remember me and are just as kind & helpful as the day I purchased my vehicle. I would send my mother to them with confidence that she would be well taken care of & not taken advantage of. I am not an impulse buyer so I visited A LOT of dealerships. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!! Traded my 2017 Kia in for a newer mom car, and the service that Brent provided was phenomenal!! He was kind and thoughtful through the whole process and I didn't feel like he was just trying to make another sale.

Brad Staples helped me quickly. A previous dealership did not want to take my financing. I called Hyundai of Terrell, Brad Staples called me back and had me approve in 30 minutes. Great customer service, very prompt and professional. Made my experience great.

Went there to trade in vehicle That showed me a car tell me this as the car I'd be getting with signed papers the next day I come back to pick up the car it was not the same car not the right color nothing was what they told me. Now I'm getting a phone call from Hyundai financial on the car that I traded in telling me that I'm going to have a late report on my credit report due to them not hang the car off yet. This place really needs a new owner or a new management is not Somewhere I would recommend to buy a car.

When I gave them my social not sure why they didn't run the credit until they wanted to run the credit but this time I had too many inquiries but someone called me to come back and then they act like they didn't know me so you know that's the true dealership of any dealership so they just acting like Cooley's. I drove to Terrell for days trusting that they had a deal... When I acquired someone who texted me to come back in again the manager was asked about the texting; he ignored my situation and had begun to walk away...I'm not sure what the social security thing is all about with these dealers today and they are not the only ones that's doing it I've gone to Mazda Mitsubishi they all pulled the same thing be careful with the social security thing because they're not running these checks the way that they normally do it never showed up on my report I never got a warning that from my credit sesame that checks were being ran until later so I'm not sure when they're running the checks on the cars if you don't have a perfect score lookout for some mess from any dealership is not just this company I love Hyundai! I have driven these cars for thirty-some years and yes they're going to know who I am it's okay but I am truthful game.It's not cool to ask your client to come out for 4days from several counties from where she lives... The sales department and salesman(Brent) was great. They offered me exactly what I was hoping for on my trade in. Finance started off rough but eventually we came to terms and it ended up being a really great car buying experience. Drove from out of state to get the car I wanted. Couldn't be more happier.
