They were absolutely amazing. Operated in integrity, when one of the tires in the set wasn't going to work, he was honest and said he couldn't give me the set, unfortunately, but we worked it out. I will definitely be back. Customer service and integrity are critical. Thank you Jair!

I rarely leave ratings and comments but I had to for them. I came here and told them what tires I needed and they didn't waste no time and the service was quick. Very professional, friendly people and very decent prices never been to a tire place like it. They know what they doing.

Best place ever for a quick tire change and the best customer service I have had I think ever just getting a tire changed out! I ask for a certain tire and they get it for me ahead of time! Great group of guys there, would recommend to everyone that's in the area of Terrell, TX!

I bought 6 tires total with whoever this is that took over. They don't even last 3 weeks before I need some more tires. This my 3rd time needing tires on the front. I'm going somewhere else from now on.

This use to be a good tire shop till the owner retired, since then he has had several people trying to run it. The guy now that is running it is shady, bought a tire last week for $320 when I called back a week latter 8/26/23 he told me it would be $500 cash, I think someone is trying to make extra cash!

I had a oddball size tire a size 19 and I needed a used tire bad I went to other places they didn t have it but when I stop by C& T did. Shot out to them for having what I needed.

UPDATE: BUYER BEWARE! They tried to sell me one faulty tire (It was 7 years old by the DOT stamp, dry rotted, and it had a hole in the sidewall). They took it off and gave me another one that sprung a leak the next day, leaving my family stranded in Fort Worth. Then the guy told me they don't have any warranty and refused to give me my money back. He argued with me and threatened to call the police (I was not yelling or saying anything ugly; simply asking for a refund). Finally, he gave me my money back and told me to never return, as if I'd ever go back there again anyway! BUYER BEWARE! They put crumby patches on sidewalls and then refuse to stand behind anything.I have dealt with other used tire shops that were reasonable and stood behind what they were selling. This owner acted like it was ridiculous that I'd expect to get a refund on a faulty tire. He also told me that they "always" check for leaks. You can see that is not true from my early review, below.Previous review from the tires that I have on my truck:Prices were good, service was fast. I was a little upset that they told me they would check them for leaks, but only checked one. I asked about it and the guy just said, "I got you," like he somehow knew they couldn't have any leaks...

Had a leak in my tire and I pulled up 20 minutes before closing. Happily got me in and out within 15 minutes. Good quick service

I've given this place a decent amount of business over the last three years. However, after I went to the shop and gave my intentions to buy 4 new tires, called them twice to make sure they had the tires on hand, scheduled an actual appointment, missed lunch and took off from work to show up at the appointment *on time*, all the manager said was, "sorry, I only have one". I quickly drove across town and had Discount Tires put on 4 new tires. I will no longer give this place any of my business.

The tire was showing signs of a slow leak and my indicator light just came on before Terrell, I am glad I stopped at C&T, they were a little busy, I still only waited 5 minutes, and took the technician 10 minutes to plug the leak. Fast service done right.

If I could give this place 20 stars I would, these fine people literally saved my family's life, we were traveling thru to California from ga and we had 2 bad tires, they got us all fixed up super quick and at a wonderful price, the men here were so wonderful and made me and my daughter feel at home, I love the people here we actually wanna drive back just to thank them

Got right to fixing the tire with a nail in it after finishing the customer before me. Was lucky considering that it was Friday afternoon and seven more customers arrived while I was there. The owner is always friendly and willing to get out side helping his employees.

My husband has been buying our tires here for years. They have excellent service and are quick! I know know matter if he takes the car or I do we walk out with the same respect and customer service.

I've had multiple people tell me I needed to go here, so I've tried now twice. Both times I've been waved away, and the second time I did not even make it to the drive before a guy waved me off and yelled, "We're closed!" I thought it was rude, but I thought I would still ask them what hours they held so I could try to get there when they were open. He replied again, "we're closed," and I said I get it, I'm trying to understand when you're open. He said 8 - 6pm, but that they currently had more than they could finish today. Now you're getting somewhere. Start there next time, and maybe then this exchange would not go down as the fastest turn around from highly referred business to don't waste your time going there.

Best Service ever...they were quick to come to my car to help and I was in and out with 2 new tires in 15 minutes(& it was the end of a business day and crowded) love them Very very reasonably priced too!

C&T tires has been taking care of my automobile tire needs for 20 years now. Most affordable tire shop around. Go here first in Terrell, Texas for great deals on tires, mounting, new and used. Steve and the crew come help you as soon as you pull in their drive. This place blows away the big name tire service outfits.

Had good experience here so I recommend my son to go here. He left lug nuts loose my son returned to get them to tighten them. And instead of getting an apology, the guy had an attitude. Put my Son, Daughter in law, and Grandson in danger

Traveling through town and tire had a nail in it. These guys were extremely fast and friendly! Had us fixed and back on the road in no time! Highly recommend!
