It seems that Everytime I go into this store the phone is ringing off the hook, a lime of customers, and more coming in. The employees always have a smile and try extremely hard to do their best. I would hope that management would realize that more employees are needed to help out.

I needed my license plate lights replaced for my truck and Lynn Smith did a fantastic job! She went outside in the cold weather and replaced the bulbs quickly and efficiently. She was very happy to help and pleasant to speak with! 10 out of 10 highly recommend her service was amazing!! Thank you, Lynn!

I want to give a HUGE shout-out to Al at the Terrell AutoZone. He was incredibly polite and went beyond to help me get the battery that I needed for my car today. Very quick and efficient, amazingly helpful. Thank you Al !

I just want to say that Dallas and her co worker was very helpful when I asked for assistance helping my neighbor and Church Brother get his side mirror fixed on drivers side of his car as Dallas ordered it and her coworker that was with her was nice enough to install it for him. I want to thank both of them for their professionalism in what they do.

The associate was very friendly and helpful in answering my questions about battery terminals for my Durango, what to do with all the wires, what terminals give the best results, and even helped ease my fears of reconnecting the battery on my own.

1 hour to do the checkin and there are still 5 trucks left, eata genye, the drivers and their families don't care, if the unloading is like that then I will lose the load I have by 11:00, here if you have patience or the type of the door is inept!!!!

I went to this AutoZone in Terrell to get a new battery and James Crow the manager had the best customer service I have experienced in an AutoZone. He went above and beyond to help me decide on the battery and warranty plan without being pushy or condescending and changed it out for me as well. Hard to find people with good values and work ethic anymore. I will be using this AutoZone again in the future.

These guys are so good at suggesting the best parts for your budget. Choices are always cool. They are respectful and are as quick as possible even in the midst of a line. Not the cheapest as maybe the unspoken competitor but you got options.

The staff was courteous and helpful, they sure got us fresh wiper blades. Since they installed them for us too I can't complain... but the gent had to use his knife and a lot of force to get this done on a 2014 vehicle. I wouldn't have minded, but he got snarky with my teenage son for wanting to get the other blade off while he was working on the first one, which is fine, but could hand been accomplished kindly.

If you are getting strangled by an anaconda and your cousin won t help you cuz he is frozen in a time paradox, then I highly recommend this location. The employees are very knowledgeable about quantum mechanics and they were done force feeding us quail eggs we partied through the night until we ran out of Freon to huff. My only complaint is that the store is overrun with penguins that shoot painful electric discharges and mock you while you are paralyzed.

Had a mechanic get a battery from here. While under warranty the battery went dead. The gentleman behind the counter was great found the warranty and brought it back to the manager. The manager said he would not honor the warranty and told me to bring it back to my mechanic. I would never even bother to try and get a warranty with any items at this place.

Joseph k did his best to resolve an issue. But one of his employees did a terrible job. I came to the store three times and said my part was supposed to have been delivered and it was still not there. Once again Joseph k his best to resolve the issue and I do not blame him.

Staff needs to know what they have on hand in the store and what the product is. Call and asked if they had Liqui Mo ly fuel injector carb cleaner. The young lady told me yes they have Gumout carb clean. I stated no not the brand Gumout, I m looking for the liquid Molly brand that they carry now. I was put on hold and for a min and again told me, yes we have Gumout carb cleaner. So I asked her to go over to shelf and look for Liqui Moly and tell me what they had sitting on the shelf. Now she still could not understand what I was talking about. So a different person got on the phone, And the first words to me was I needed to CALM DOWN. By no means was I mad or frustrated at the young lady. I was trying to help her figure out I needed her to go to the shelf and look. Even the new person I was talking to had a hard time understanding and walking over to the shelf. Finally got the answer I was asking for. If it was not for the lady telling me to CALM DOWN, You would not be reading my review. I did give them a piece of advice, but that part is PG13 rated. Will be getting most my Auto needs from O Reillys or Amazon.

I don't know anything about cars! NADA. So when my battery went dead and I needed a new one I walked in the store like a lost puppy. The store manager helped me so kindly and showed what options I had, he removed my old battery and replaced it with the new! Very nice and helpful staff that made me feel less stupid! Thank you guys!

Always a bit of a wait in line. They definitely really need more people to assist their customers. However they were very helpful and knowledgeable in answering my questions.

I showed up near closing time with a dead battery. These guys were nice enough to test it for me, process the warranty claim, and allow me to borrow their tools to install it, since it was after 10 pm. I really appreciated this service as I was driving thru this town on my way to Wichita Falls. First rate service by this management team and staff.

It was an experience of a lifetime. The cast played their parts well. Highly entertaining and amusing to the point of I'll intentions of driving the customers sanity spiraling into a state of chaos, disarray and loneliness that pushes the boundaries of insanity and suicide.

I couldn't get what I needed because employees ignored me for about 10 minutes. 1 man was working the line of customers and doing his best. The other employees ignored is. I decided I don't need anything that badly.

Bought Auto Zones R-134a Refigerant refill charge without the hose and gauge cause already had one. It did the job keeping This Texas boy cool. I also had them run a check engine light check for me. They were kind and helful.

We were having a hard time getting a clutch fan a part but Junior and Andrew took the time to gather the tools needed to take the fan blade off and even helped take it off. It wasnt an easy task but they didnt give up until it was done. Thank you guys and yall deserve a raise. Excellent customer service!

As I was driving, in the rain, my windshield wiper just blew off! It was so scary and I have no idea how to pick the right wiper or put them on. I was assisted by Mr Alberto and he helped me pick the right wiper and very kindly installed it on my vehicle so I could go on my way. Thanks so much for helping and the great customer service!!

Have no problems with anyone of the workers here but Carlos and every time I call the store I never have a problem unless carlos answers the phone and he's always rude and acts like a jackass on his high horse. Manager really needs to have a conversation with that dude. But other than that I have no problems and get the help I need.

Quality of service here all depends on who is working when you go in. The female workers seem to be more helpful and knowledgeable than the men at this location. I never feel like I'm troubling the women that work at this AutoZone. The men always seem to be too busy to deal with customers.

Gave wrong parts and sizes 2x in 1 night. They got the rotor wrong size had it all the way on my truck with the bearings as well then realized it was to big had to go take it all off and return it. (When I purchased rotor I brought the lugnut to be sure I got correct size) I had already been working since 6pm on it & had to return the rotor at 9:30pm, so I went ahead and purchased new brakes while I was returning the wrong size rotor, and I clearly asked the young man if the computer said rear as I needed front brakes. He said it was fine. By the time I got home to put the new rotor on & the brakes I purchased it was 10pm and that s when I found out the brakes were the back brakes like I mentioned I saw it on the computer said rear, the young man assured me they were correct. Was 10:10 when I went to knock on the window and Kayla said they couldn t open it and I said mam you just did my return for the rotor YALL have messed up twice and you can t fix this, she kept giving an attitude so I called the district manager he said they would open the door to make it right in 10mins I waited and they called the police on me, I didn t do anything wrong so the police gave me no trouble. And I didn t get to switch brakes switched out so I have to go back at 7:30am per the district manager. BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND FOR THEM TO CALL THE POLICE LIKE I WAS A THREAT! NO! I JUST WANTED TO FINISH MY TRUCK!!!!!!!!!!!
