Our experience purchasing & financing a vehicle here was phenomenal. Sergio provided clarity on every aspect throughout the entire process - Mind you, I messaged him for 4-5 days & he never got impatient with me or tried to press me into a decision. I went to the dealership after work & arrived 15 minutes before they were supposed to close. Nobody was irritated about that or rushed me to make a decision. Sergio had to go get his son, so he let me know everything was ready to go when I arrived & the owner would be there to see my deal through. Juan helped me when I came in the door & connected me with Leslie who allowed me to test drive the truck. The owner, Chris, went through all of the numbers with me & didn't leave any questions unanswered. Super wholesome guy & you could feel that. I always feel a bit more at ease (especially buying a vehicle) from people that make you feel this way. I really can't say enough about this team. If you need wheels & don't enjoy the process of purchasing a vehicle, go see them. They will change that for you. Thanks again for your attention to detail & seeing that me & my family got a great truck to take us on adventures together. See you next go round, fam.

Can t say enough about the sales guy here, very patient and willing to work with you no matter what. Started to go somewhere else in the Dallas area but for some reason I was drawn to this car lot. Best choice I ve made purchasing a vehicle. I will definitely be referring family and friends to come holla at Mr Sergio at Auto center of Texas. Both thumbs way up.

I came and saw Sergio and Ashley at the terrell location. They worked wonders for me and even stayed late to make sure i got to leave with what i wanted. i had low credit and low down payment. the atmosphere is very friendly and feels very family oriented. definitely loved the experience. recommended 10/10! if you re looking for a car i would definitely start here.

This is the absolutely most awesome dealership! Sergio went above and beyond and got me into exactly what I wanted with a down payment of what I had not what they wanted. I cannot express enough how happy I am with the service here. I will refer everyone and definatly be a repeat customer! I've never seen someone work so hard for another person as Sergio did for me. I got what I wanted and extras to boot!

I normally don t leave reviewed but this one is very important to other people. I had a car with this company some years back and today was the last straw. My car broke down and they picked up my car from of the freeway. They then called me two days later asking me if I picked my car up front Terrell location (where I had never been) because they couldn t find my car. The lady said this maybe a strange question but did you come get the car? I said NO! Long story short they made a police report the same day and later that night the police found my car in a ditch around the corner from the location of the lot in Terrell. My phone was stolen out of the car and I have emails where they changed the iCloud info as well. I will never get a vehicle from here. Then they had the nerve to ask me for another down payment of $1000 . THIS IS VERY WRONG AND SHADY. They are constantly sending me emails and text to get another car NEVER AGAIN

At one time, they were good to us. Buying a truck and taking care of us. But there service is bad. They never have done anything for us they said they would. Never returned calls. Never fixed my truck correctly. Every time we try to confront them on things, they said just to always call back. Very terrible customer service. I love are truck cause it's all we have, but I don't think I'd ever by anything else from them. They now have my truck after a year. I'm calling my Attorney and reporting them to lemon law. They are still rude, and still I can get ahold of owner.0

I saw a vehicle that I was interested in on Facebook marketplace I messaged asking about financing Sergio was very prompt in response he sent the link to apply I sent the credit application late in the evening when banks were about to close they called me back the next day to follow up letting me know he was processing the application and Sergio happened to be the finance manager I asked a million a one questions and he answered each and everyone in great detail making sure I understood he called backed to let me know I was approved what paperwork he needed he sent me his email where I could send everything that he requested I came from almost two hours away even I got there everything was ready to go I mean very professional speedy and prompt process was very quick he didn't want my to keep me longer than needed since I came from so far I test drove did the down payment signed the paperwork and out the door I recommend this company to anyone looking for a car great attitude very professional and will get the job done!!!!

Auto center of Texas provided an amazing car buying experience for me. I was hesitant to buy from out of town but I simply wasn t finding a good deal in my hometown. Upon finding the vehicle I wanted through Auto Center of TX, I spoke to Maria, my sales rep and she was very friendly, professional & a pleasure to work with. She was always available to answer all my questions, negotiated an outstanding deal without the back and forth haggling or trying to dupe me on other hidden cost like other dealerships in town & gave me a detailed breakdown of my out the door pricing. She went above and beyond by sending me pictures and videos of the condition of the vehicle for my piece of mind since I was buying from out of town. Sergio from their finance team was also very helpful & quickly expedited docs & helped answer any questions. I am extremely grateful for my smooth car buying experience at Auto Center of Texas. I would definitely recommend!

Everyone ask for SERGIO!! He is exactly what you re looking for in a salesman, I d add more stars if I could!! My daughter was having trouble looking for her first car and she called Auto Center of Texas and got approved the same day and took the car home that evening!! No fuss, no issues, she did not have to wait for hours and hours. Everyone in the office is super friendly! Any first-time buyers with no credit established, please come see Sergio and he can get it all sorted out and work with you before you even get there!!
