Well, so I actually never got any service. However, I do want to say they were honest with me. I had a limited amount of time for a new battery installation, and they were up front with the amount of time it would take. They even recommended other options, even if it cost them business.

The tire service center is amazing! They were professional got the job done quickly and efficiently. New tires, balance,air fliter and oil change. Will definately be back!

The best customer service in the automotive section. Just replaced my tires and got a fantastic deal...much cheaper than discount tire and with appointments now, you are in and out with new tires in an hour.

Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and actually listened to my car issues without assuming I don't know what I'm talking about! They were also super fast getting me back on the road!

Been coming here for years. It's the same old same old, with no major complaints.But I will say that the men and women operate the outdoors section register are the most disrespectful bunch of people to one another that I have ever seen.It makes you uncomfortable to be around them and hear them talk to one another. Been that way for a couple of years at least.

I have no problem with the services of my vehicle. However the old lady at the register of automotive with the messed up leg is very very rude. Complaining she s gotta go to get off for the weekend to the other gentleman, then gets an attitude when I ask a question & gives a smart remark. Y all need to train her to be more courteous to people. I ve worked in retail and no matter what, you are to always be respectful & courteous of people. Then she limping around the store giving attitude and stink eye. Be respectful and courteous to all. Period. Terrible customer service from that old old lady.

Had my oil changed yesterday and realized they didn't replace the top to the oil and had oil go every where so am back to get it cleaned and done again. Please check they put the top back on if you get an oil change.

My niece took her car there yesterday, and they completely screwed her wheel up. They damage the rim and everything on a simple tire check and change. Also, they ripped the brake light out of the top of her car and left her headlight in pieces that they were supposed to change they completely destroyed her car they ended up paying for towing charges to tow it out of the Walmart automotive center to Adrian s garage to get it fixed the only thing they pay for was the wheel they did not pay for the headlight or the brake light that they completely destroyed we are very upset and plan on taking extra measures to get the money back for the damage they did to the brake light.Services: Electrical, Auto tire replacement

Always something with this location. Woke up early to beat the rush to get an oil change. Well as soon as I got there, one person came up to me and asked what I needed. I said an oil change and he said he couldn t do it because it was only him there. There were no other customers and it takes one person to change the oil. Laziness is what it is. Took my business across the street to take 5 and will happily spend the extra money.

I can't complain about the auto service I received however I can about the rude and bad attitude the older woman cashier in the auto department was. This is a pattern I have noticed with Walmart employees a lot of them that is. When you ask them a question or help they act like you're bothering them. A lot of the cashier's are rude they don't even greet you or look at you when you're going through the line. I was in customer service most of my life and would be so disrespectful towards people. Walmart really needs to do a better job training they're employees in customer service!!

Not impressed... Went in for oil change, told them what I wanted. They pulled it in, drained the oil then realized they didn't have the oil I asked for, in fact they didn't have any synthetic oil in bulk in their shop.So, now, what am I supposed to do?Apparently they can't walk in the store and get what they need. However, that's what they did, not what I asked for but probably just as good. I don't like changing brands or oil types at 108,000 miles. I'm kind of old school, stay with what works!I've been getting my oil changed here for years, maybe it's time to take it elsewhere!One of the techs is a personal friend of mine, unfortunately he wasn't the person to work on mine this time!

Last few visits have been horrible. Waste of time and money. Should've just gone to an actual auto shop. I bought tires from Walmart, had them mounted, was told I could take them to a store closer to my house to get put on, just to be told, "I can't put these on because I won't get paid for it." Make it make sense. I spent 2 hours today waiting for them to tell me they couldn't fix my tire because of where the nail is. I was 2nd car in the bay, but other cars passed me up. Actual customer service has dropped dramatically. The ONLY reason I use the auto center is because of oil change prices, but that's it.

Bring your own oil and oil filter they will change it for $30...They will also check everything else..like Transmission fluid,Air filter,etc....It's worth it!!!

Been coming here for years. Prices are comparable or a little lower than other oil change places. Service is not quick! They're always busy. Give them your car and go shopping for a while. This time it took about 45 minutes, which is typical for each time we go. The Walmart on the other side of town is ALWAYS a very long wait, so we keep coming here, even though it's farther away. The cashier accidentally rung up the wrong vehicle (and it was way more expensive), but no harm, no foul.

I came here today to get my battery checked due to having my battery light come on I was refused service stating that it was the alternator. The gentleman lifted the hood and said he could tell by looking at the battery that it was the alternator. After leaving and getting professional service which did include replacing the alternator I was advised that it would be best to also replace the battery. Walmart being the closest place to go I went back only to be told once again that it was the alternator. When I asked that they give me a battery they said it checked good 3 times and didn t need to be replaced after much persistence I purchased a brand battery and my car has been running great. You would think if they chose to make money they wouldn t be arguing with the customer about a purchase.

Where is the option for 0 stars can we please make that a thing. i went to get my oil changed the other day because they had the cheapest price around and now i know why. so a list of things that went wrong first i am not a mean person but do you know the people who are handicap that sweep floors, well they were doing my oil change not sure why but that was a little disturbing. next they did not ask for my information they just said they would call for me over the intercom in store and it would be about 45 mins. I think they expected me to go in and spend all my money but im not falling for that. so now that my cheapest oil change is done i go home and park my car and later that day i have an oil puddle under my car. I take my car back and the idiot working as greeter said that my vehicle was leaking when it showed up without even looking up my information. upon calling around the guys over at take 5 said they would look it over and try to help me. i get to take 5 and i am greeted immediately by Fletcher who gave me a bottle of water and my two boys juice and fruit snacks. They guide me in "drive thru oil change" and look under my car and find that my oil filter was loose and my plug was loose. Anthony and Felicia worked hard to make sure everything was tightened down and correct. I brought a quart of oil and they topped of my oil for me and told me had they done the oil change they would of added oil for free if it was low. The best part of all they did not charge me at all and gave me a 25 percent off coupon to bring my other car to them. Walmart lube you are dead to me i will be taking my vehicles to Take 5 from now on.

I gave them 1 star too many!!! These people are horrible and lazy!! I drove up at 6:03 they (4 people - 3 guys and a young lady) were sitting a bay chatting not one person came in my direction, I had to ask 3 times are you closed and finally 1 guy looked at me ( new and didn't know better) said no we're open. I asked what time do you close and they sang in loud harmony 7:00!!! I then asked if I purchased a headlight from them could\would they install it and the Man that I've seen here many times before came over and said he'd gave to look before he said yes or no. He asked to release my hood and quickly told me he could not because they only charge $7.50 and the work required (to remove some clasp and a bolt to lift the front cover panel) to replace my bulb was at least $250.00 worth of labor. Then I asked for air in my tire at 1st he directed me to the air hose then he reconsidered and told to pull over close and sent the new dude to do it. When the young man finished putting air in the tire he informed me that a nail in my tire and that it had stress marks so I probably needed to replace it. He smiled at me and said I just thought I should tell you and then he walked back into the bay!!! They are some real jewels...problem is they're still covered.

They were nice, but it took them three hours to do a battery install while my car had the hood up for well over an hour. I should ve done it myself instead

We used to use Walmart for our service needs quite often.However, after today's experience I highly doubt I will return. We called about purchasing a new tire to be bought and picked up rather than mounted on the car due to a flat tire. After picking the tire up we went to our local tire shop to have it put on only to notice a bubble on the outside. When we returned to the store with the tire a receipt we got nothing but attitude saying it wasn't a bubble but they would replace it because we were having a melt down really? And let's not mention I had to carry the tire myself also making another poor woman carry out her battery while 5 men stood around staring. Wow!!

I've been trying to get help with my tire all morning. Apparently auto center only workers only work when they feel like it. Went to a different walmart and they couldn't help me because I specifically need the manager who helped me last time

Shareka went above and beyond to make sure we got in on time when we got a flat tire on a family road trip. Exceptional customer service and we hope she is rewarded by management for being stellar.
