Back in February I had gotten an oil change on a truck with a little over 4500 miles at the time to end up with an oil leak from a loose oil filter and oil on the driveway. Dip stick shows the level of oil is ok so that means they put too much oil in it. Went back to make sure it was ok the gentleman claims if the oil level was too much then the dip stick will show low not if it had a loose filter. The guy was rude and thought I was stupid. Been doing my own repairs and oil changes for 35 yrs. I know what I'm doing and talking about. I would not recommend this store.

The guys are always friendly and helpful. Joshua took all with a sense of humor. Was longer wait time than usual even though I was first there to wait in line. But worth the wait. Wouldn't go anywhere else unless I have to

Every time i come here it is extremely unprofessional. They are always so rude and inconsiderate. I ve tried multiple times to bring VALID coupons and they refuse to honor them, proceed to give me a different excuse every time i try to use one. They also shame me for not using synthetic oil. I can only get what i can afford. I ve never had issues at any other valvoline until this one. Terrible Customer service.Service: Oil change

Great location. Fast and professional. Had my inspection and oil change finished within 20 mins. And that s including pulling up and driving away. Might of been faster than 20 mins even. Answered all my questions and joked around with me. Didn t even have to exit my vehicle. Gave me a updated sticker for my next oil change which some places forget to give. I appreciate their services today. Thank y all.

I figured it was past time to get my oil changed so I looked up places with good reviews, fair prices, and fast service. This chain matched those criteria easily. They even have coupons online. So I went in and was told that my oil was fine. They could have taken my money, but instead they were honest and even topped off my fluids for free. This is the best place in town, and they have me as a permanent customer!

Just stopped by for an oil change and was in and out within 10 minutes! I came to this location because of the reviews and was not disappointed. The three guys (didn t catch their names) helping me were super friendly and filled up my washer fluid for free! This is now my go-to place for oil changes. Good prices too!

Until recently, this business was my favorite place for vehicle maintenance such as oil changes and inspections. I have used them for our 4 vehicles, as well as my mom's Jeep, for the last 5 years. On my most recent visit last week, I showed up at a time when there were no other customers (so there was plenty of time for them to provide good service.) When approached, I explained to the technician (a younger man) that this was my mom's Jeep and that she needed an inspection. I asked that they check her oil. Since she doesn't drive it very often, she hadn't reached the mileage that would recommend an oil change, but I asked them to check anyway. I also explained that she believed her tires to be overinflated and also wanted her antifreeze checked. I would've been happy to pay for any or all of these checks. The technician reached inside my vehicle and changed the display on the dash to show the tire inflation. They all read 37, and without even looking at the chart inside the door, he said the tires were perfect. He also looked at the oil change sticker and said she didn't need her oil changed. (I'd asked him to at least look.) I pulled in, they completed the inspection, and the hood was shut. I reminded the technician that I needed the antifreeze checked. He opened the hood, looked at the antifreeze and said it was fine. I didn't have a good feeling about this, so I drove to Mac Haik and asked them to check the tires and antifreeze. They confirmed that the tires were overinflated and took the time to fix that. They also checked the antifreeze and noted that the level was down, so they added antifreeze. They also took the time to point out to me that there were some very obvious signs that there had been a rodent in and around the engine (probably a squirrel from the trees near where my mom parks her car at her senior living facility.) The folks at Valvoline didn't even mention these very obvious signs. The technician at Valvoline dismissed me without really checking on the concerns I had. I recommend Valvoline if the only thing you want is an inspection. They are fast and convenient for inspections. But I no longer recommend them for routine maintenance, as they are apparently too busy to be bothered.

I drive a Promaster 3500 across country doing expedited freight. I'm on my way to Laredo and my oil change light came on so I made a quick stop at this Valvoline Instant Oil Change. I didn't know this was a privately owned Valvoline so I had quite the surprise of a waaayy lower priced oil change that blew my mind. Not only is this place affordable, the team work is magnificent and everyone was so friendly!! I highly recommend this place and definitely will be coming back!

This was my fist time visiting this facility. They were extremely nice. Jon my tech explained everything as they went. No hard sales. For a Oil Change this was the best experience. I will definitely be back and highly recommend.

Another scammy location that claims to not accept coupons, even corporate ones that show up when selecting the specific store location. There are plenty of other oil change places around that are less expensive, the coupons were the only thing that would have made the price competitive, but alas that's a no go here. Better off selecting one of the more affordable options around that has the added benefit of supporting an independent local business, not this franchise which tries to disassociate itself from it's parent company while still reaping the benefits of name recognition, which only serves to enrich the owner at the cost of us consumers. I see no reason to be loyal anymore to a company that doesn't return the favor to, previously, loyal customers.

This place is awesome, they not only did the oil change i needed and did my inspection, but also aired up all my tires, changed my windshield wiper blades out and they were so respectful and i would recommend them to anyone

Valvoline Oil on 31st and Ave. D in Temple is the grooviest lub shop around. The manager Tom and his crew go above and beyond to make sure I am riding away safe and sound. They check my tires for wear and fill them with air, they grease all my joints, and check for chassis issues, and they do it all with a smile and. They make you feel right at home and are always glad to help you with questions about funky noises or potential problems in between visits.

I was amazed at the professionalism and speed of service when I visited Valvoline. I ordered a transmission service and a radiator flush. I was in and out in 30 minutes without ever leaving my vehicle.

My experience has been good. They are attentive to my auto. Important to me, they will check my tire pressure and fluid level any time I ask free.
