I used these guys because they were close. The service I received was top notch. They were knowledgeable and very helpful with what what my car needed and weather or not they could help me with services. The cost was decent, far more affordable than a dealership.These guys are pretty good, and if you ask questions they will answer with honesty. I feel you can trust these guys.

Fortunately for me, I live close to Valvoline Instant Oil Change. Regardless I would drive across town to get my oil changed here. When you pull into the pit it's like you're on their team. They communicate effectively to get everyone serviced effectively.

I've always went to them for oil changes, very fast and they always do great work. Even as simply checking and adding air to my tires means alot.

This place is great. Chris is a service pro.They show you the dip stick, new filter, and male sure there are no problems. Bottom line, I trust them with all four of my vehicles.

Been going there at loop 363 and Lake Belton VOIC in Temple, TX because there is no better place or personnel ANYWHERE else. They go up and above, up and OVER to be sure your car is tended and safe! They tell you what they re doing, they tell you all check points on your tires, filters, upcoming needs for your car according to your mileage and are honest on ALL things And services. The ONLY place I trust with my vehicle. Very friendly, kind and respectful crew and help in any way they can. I enjoy going there and am ALWAYS greeted with a big smile and hello there as well as being told they appreciate me and all their customers. Totally a GREAT place and wonderful team!Service: Oil change

I have been going here for over 15 years and always have great service. Yesterday, however, I received exceptional service by Terrunce and had to let everyone know! I went in for an oil change, but he did all the checks that would only be done for a yearly inspection. He was quick, thorough, and professional, and I was beyond impressed. We need more young men like him in the workforce! I would recommend this place to anyone!Service: Oil change

Always great customer service here. I ve been going to them for years now and never had a rude service. Their also fast, get me in and out usually around 15 min tops. Good convo, clean environment. I ll keep coming back as long as their open and continue providing service like this

Refused to accept Vavoline coupon! Their own companies valid coupon. The reason they gave, get this: "Because we won't charge tax, so it will save you about the same amount as the coupon would have!" I just said adios and drove away. I sincerely hope that she was lying about not charging taxes because I would suspect that saving customers money by not charging taxes might be kind of frowned upon by authorities. (Unless of course your a member of a Presidents family... lol). But anyway I see from other reviews here that they have used several other excuses for not accepting valid Vavoline coupons...whatever they makeup at the time is what another reviewer said...I personally have no bad feeling for these people & wish them continued success, but I just prefer not to be any part of that success. That's my review.

Very friendly and good prices. I feel like they tell me the truth and not out to take my money. Plus a drink and friendly customers in the waiting area.

Got there at 5:30 last night and was out of there in 10 minutes. Yes, it's hot but, they supplied us with a cold bottle of water, provided a sense of humor and sent us on their way. Try them!! Make sure it's the right one on Adams since there are 2.

I learned my lesson after 3 tries at the cheaper guys. Valvoline did me right with recommending the full synthetic, didnt try to upsell me either. They were quick too.

I have been going to this location for about 2 and a half years now. The staff works extremely fast and I am always able to get my oil changed on my lunch breaks.Today, I came across an employee by the name of Alex. Highly professional, informative, and friendly. Upon discussing my needs of an oil change, he offered me a beverage, which is something I do not see at many businesses. He made the experience absolutely pleasant and I highly recommend keeping this employee within your ranks.

Real, real sticklers on the state inspection. I don't hold it against them because they are technically doing their job, but just be warned. They test everything according to the book and then some. If you especially have a classic car, I would not recommend coming here for inspection. They will find some minute issue and nail you for it.

Went in here yesterday because of my hose clamp being upside down on my radiator hose. Jeremy was abile to turn my clamp right side up in two seconds. Thanks Jeremy and keep up the great costumer service sir.

John was incredibly helpful, as well as transparent about concerns and company policies. My air filter was super gross and he took the time to show me how to replace it, and answer some questions about the battery. Amazing experience, I will definitely be coming back again. 11/10 would recommend.

Been using this place for years. Staff goes above and beyond for services. Most employees have been there for multiple years,you will recognize them and they will recognize you and your needs.

Friendly staff. Quick service, even though it was super busy the time I went. Suggested extra items during service but didn't push when I declined. Even applied a coupon that was applicable even though i did not bring one. Nice touch. Will return for my next oil change.
