The absolute best auto mechanic shop around! I had several people recommend RLM automotive to me when I needed to get my vehicle fixed. I m so glad I took their advice, Bill went above and beyond to fit me in & get my van back on the road. His work speaks for itself, he did an amazing job & provides amazing service. This is the only auto shop I ll be taking my vehicle to from here on out. Thank you Bill!!

AVIOD THIS PLACE AVOID THIS PLACE AVOID THIS PLACE. BIl aka William wont show you work he's supposedly done on your vehicle I've been back serval times for the same issue and i give up all I can do is warn others to avoid this place. I don't know how he's getting these high reviews on top of the fact he's rude as hell on the phone.

Excellent. Great services. Wife car had an electrical problem. Another repair shop quoted me a price that was ridiculous just to look at it. Bill look at it (no charge) and fixed it at a very reasonable cost and told me, if I had anymore problems bring it back...I going back again if I ever need work on any of my vehicles.Thank you Bill.

I have to brag on William and his staff. They are always so nice and helpful. I first took my vehicle to have my lights replaced and that was the first time I met William.He doesn t overcharge me and you can tell her genuinely cares for his customers and getting their vehicles repaired without breaking the bank. I strongly recommend and will let family and friends know to go to RLM Auto Clinic for any vehicle repairs they may need.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Went by the high review, just to encounter rudeness!! Called for a quote got hung up on. Called a second time was told he was busy to call back later and hung up on me, again! Hire a front desk person with manners!

I just moved here. I needed my car checked ASAP and they were able to see me right away. I really appreciate the service both William and Tommy provided. They were both friendly and very knowledgeable. Even helped me figure out places locally to do family stuff. Prices were fair. I called around and they had the best price and honest.

A mechanical genius!!! Bill worked on My truck that had been out of commission for 5 years. It came out purring, and runs better than it's ever ran before. Bill told me in advance it looked like a project vehicle, he already had a back log, and would most likely work on my truck in his spare time and on weekends. 1st he gets working people and single car owners back on the road. After being down 5 years, I told him it wouldn't be a problem. If parts don't exist any more he can build them. He goes to Pick & Pull on the weekends looking for discounted parts - I'm with that!! The price was absolutely unbeatable because Bill does not just replace all possible parts. It's like he has a 3rd sense and knows exactly what to look for so he does not waste time replacing good parts. Bill is a good, honest, genius! Honestly I d take any car to them fixed my sisters Honda civic and fixed my ford expedition when another person said I ll never be able to drive it again one of the most wonderful guys and I trust every step of the way with my car

It was refreshing to get work done by somebody who is honest about pricing and doesn't try to wring money out of you. I don't know cars well enough to know if his work on the brakes was really good or not, but everything seems tight and efficient and feels good to drive, so I think he did a decent job based on that.I would take my care back to this shop without hesitation.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

I have never been disappointed. Always tells me straight about the repairs and the actual cost. No surprises or unneeded work slipped in to the job.Very happy customer.Just today save $200, when another shop did not correctly identify the issue.

Bill is the best. He is professional, friendly, and incredibly honest. Ive been going to him for all my work for about three years now. I know I can always trust his mechanical advice and work. His prices are extremely fair. Most of what you pay is for parts, rather than paying an arm and a leg for the labor. He won't tell you what he thinks you need just to get your money. I once went to him thinking I needed new brakes. He checked them then told me he would change them if I wanted new ones but that mine still had several thousand miles of good use left. I left without spending a dime. I'm telling you, if you want great service, go see Bill at RLM.

Walton at RLM Automotive was pleasant and welcoming to a 1st time customer. He served my vehicle quickly and the price was reasonable. I'm now riding in ice cold air conditioning in this oven hot weather. I'll be visiting again for other maintenance needed.

Had a great experience with this business. They were polite & honest. Quoted me a price that was cheaper than 3 other places I called. Very friendly and were done with my vehicle exactly when he said they would be. I would definitely recommend this business to family & friends. I will definitely call them the next time I need work done to my car!

My first experience was OK but I just called and when asking who I spoke to they didn't wanna give me their name and then when I asked for the mechanics name he answered he's not in I said I'll just call back when the mechanic is there and the guy hung up on me! How rude! Truely bad for business...and in case the employee reads this just know that was not professional... you tried(sarcastically). My rating is not towards Bill the mechanic just for the employee. I believe Bill is quick and affordable.

Will is my go-to mechanic here in Temple and probably the only one I will trust to take my car to! Had to get a taillight fixed unexpectedly and saw he had great reviews and went to him, was so glad I did! The 2 ladies that answer the phone/schedule for him are so nice also and they actually make a schedule out on a dry-erase board in their office and have everything in a timely manner. Then months later had damages to my car from someone who hit me that exceeded what the person s insurance could cover so Will is being very helpful and doing what he can for me at an excellent price and he explains EVERYTHING. Not to mention for my being a girl who goes by myself, says a lot. I relay the information about my car to my boyfriend, uncles, etc who all work and usually can t go with me and everything checks out info/price-wise and the work done speaks for itself for the great prices Bill gives to work with you. Can t say enough good things about him. He genuinely enjoys his career and wants to help people out of getting screwed over by these corporate mechanic companies! Will continue to reccomend this honest, genuine mechanic to anyone here in Central Texas/Temple area

I would highly recommend RLM. This was my first visit with them, and I was in need of new hubs and struts for my journey and these guys really took care of me today! I am so Blessed to have found them! They were also very fair in prices and I couldn't be any happier. I will be back for future fixes. Thank you once again RLM

Great pricing. I always bring my truck here the mechanic is dependable and does not lie to you he is very straight forward. He does a great job and always fixes my truck the first time around compared to most places where you have to keep bringing your vehicle back again for the same problem. Great place

RLM has helped me with my car three times. The turn around was quick, the folks were friendly and the price was very reasonable. As a newcomer to Temple, it is hard to find a mechanic to trust. RLM was recommended to me by a local auto parts store, and after getting my car fixed there, I can say with confidence I would not go to anyone else, and I trust them with my money, my car and my safety.

I found my new auto clinic, see like many of you over been hurt before but this guy named Bill who owns the place doesn't mess around, he's doing what he loves and he's not lying or even charging that much. Honest and forward and very helpful with my 200 questions.

William is the NEW Mr Perfectly FINE. A more competently knowledgeable and HONEST mechanic SIMPLY CANNOT BE HAD. WHAT A JOY to not HAVE to watch my back in a fee for service negotiation. WHAT A RELIEF that his diagnosis of my mechanical repair needs will be accurate and not a "let's rule this and that out. Cash or charge ? CHA CHING !!!

Took a vehicle I was interested in buying to RLM & Bill was very thorough checking it, giving details, & advising me on the buy of the vehicle. I believe in him as a mechanic and vehicle advisor.

I had bad signal when I tried to call once (didnt ring) and when I called again with better signal the person on the phone was extremely rude in the way he talked to me and threatened to block my number if I didnt "start talking", because my phone calls were inconveniencing him.Very unprofessional.

Fair, professional, AFFORDABLE...dont be drained and robbed by Killeen, Harker Heights TX mechanics. Drive a few extra miles to Temple Tx if possible and save your vehicle and your wallet. I have used RLM several times and have not been disappointed. I highly recommend giving this place one try. Very reasonable and won't kill you on labor charge.

My brake sensor started going off, and I got really concerned because I dont specialize in brakes. RLM had me in and out the door with some new shoes, ready to go, out the door.The brake job took about 30 mins, so I went next door and got some chips and a fountain drink.
