If I could give a zero star I would. Long story short Went to get belt fixed because they fixed it last and it lasted 2 months so I took it back then they mess up the engine and I was out of my car for a month maybe a little longer.I get my car back and moved outta town and had more problems the next week and the owner was just a little inpatient and unprofessional over the phone so I went to another mechanic and he told me what was wrong but i decided to let it go since I no longer live in temple. It s better to pay a good price then to go here if you need your car.

My fuel pump went out on my home to Midland from Houston. This team was most impressive! The shop, waiting area, bathroom were kept clean. They were always helping customers in a positive way. They helped me get in touch with a good local tow service and also where the good nearby hotels are located. These guys are very honest about costs and timeframe, I would not hesitate to recommend to everyone.

Took two different vehicles here and the misdiagnosed both of them. Told me my car needed a whole new engine so I went and got a second opinion and after it was said and done it was concluded that it was a valve that needed to be replaced. My other car they said it was a rack and pinion and it assured me it was still safe to drive. After getting a second opinion from another shop AFTER the car broke down on me they said it had nothing to do with that and it was an ac joint. These guys do not know what they are doing.

I went to have my cargo lamp leak replaced said they fixed it and when it rained again it leaked took it back called and said nothing was wrong with it told them i saw the leak myself!! said it would be monday because they have to order a part . hour later they called back its fixed , ok i picked up my truck with a bad feeling . then it rained guess what it leaks !!!

Good place to go if you want your car sorta fixed. Ime car broke down in temple. Transmission link cable broke. The apper to have fixed that. But my gear shifter sorta slides around. I had no choice but to try to get it home. Otherwise I would have been stranded in temple. It was a nerve wracking drive. I fell lucky that my trans mission didn't just slip out of gear.

JB was amazing helping me with my CarMax car issues. Went above & beyond ...then Noah was great & courteous too! The young man that installed the new compressor did an incredible job too!!! I will only go to them from now on!

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE if you value your car. They cost me thousands more than what was necessary at their shop and then couldnt do all the work and sent my car to a diff shop that cost even more because they stretched all wireing in my engine harness. They dont listen to you at all they only want money. They had my car out of service for 8 months due to their negligence and poor service and then didn't even replace everything as listed on the paperwork and charged for it. They don't call to tell you when there doing new work or to update prices and charge without you knowing. The manager named ANGEL is also very rude and unprofessional and attempted to illegally put a lean on my car before it was running and was under their shops name. AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS.

I tool my van in for a misfire. Had a warranty, but it didn't cover electrical. They told me since I had a warranty they had to go over it more thoroughly. 1 week after the warranty ran out, I discovered that the van has been leaking oil for a very long time, and they didn't even notice the leak. Tells me there in it with the warranty companies.. do your homework on auto repairs, and your warranty. These places will NOT look out for your interests what so ever..

I have never been to this place but I can say without a doubt the customer service here goes above and beyond!! I went in for brakes and they were informative right from the beginning and let me know what was wrong. The lady at the front desk was so nice and was working so hard she was amazing with her service and her ability to take care of the customers in front of her but also on the phone with them being super busy! The mechanics were very nice and got done with my car in a timely and professional manner! I even realized after leaving they forgot to put my wheel lock back and the guy was so nice and even drove to bring it back to me personally instead of me driving back up there!! That is above and beyond customer service and showing they care about their customers! I will definitely always go back here for any problems with our car because of the amazing and hard workers they had there!! Thank y all so much!!

I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic shop. As a woman, it was refreshing to walk into a smile from Miss Angel. She was extremely helpful pleasant, and explained every detail about what was going on with my vehicle. She even went as far as having a mechanic come and reiterate what was done. during the process, my car was there for two days and I was updated about everything. There was no surprises, and my son who is a mechanic in Florida was very surprised on the cost of the labor not because it was too much, but because it was lower than expected. I looked at reviews prior to this and I m not sure why anybody would have a bad taste about this store. I can tell you this much they re respectful and fair price. And I will be back and telling everyone I know about my experience. Thanks, Precision in Temple.

Quick and efficient. Would Highly recommend.Update to post 6/16/23 the beautiful Miss Angel that works at the front desk was very helpful. Any question I had she had the answer too also with estimation in price. Brought in a car that was having gear shifting issues and it was ready the next day. The plastic part needed changing on the gear shift not the cable which she informed me and only charged for the plastic part and labor. Not to many places would have done that and charged you the whole fee. If you want your car repaired correctly with warranty I suggest you come here and get it done. Also will need a future repair on the vehicle in the upcoming weeks. I asked if I could bring in my own parts and they said I could. Just be aware if you do this there is no warranty on the parts from them as you yourself are purchasing the parts.

I have a 2016 Dodge Durango RT and my check engine light was on they fixed the problem that the other shop said that they fixed and they kept me updated on everything that they did it was a small evp leak they did it in thirty minutes and the price was less than I thought they have my business from now on good by Firestone these guys need more than five stars good work precision tune I highly recommend this place

Had my a/c service there. Very competent service tech did a fantastic job. They also scheduled me for a follow-up service appointment, to ensure all is good. Kudos all around. Service manager you name who's name I forgotten but thank you to and all the staff.

Angel the office manager and the staff have been excellent in taking care of the cars issues. The car runs so much better. Excellent customer service. Went there a while back for my car having a very slow speak of coolant and my car over heating with a check engine light. They replaced my thermostat and my throttle heater hose and some more flushing and replacing the coolant. I got my car back and ended up having something s broken which made the leak even worse. When I called about the ac not working due to no coolant I get told it could be the hvac. Which is a lot of money to replace I went else where and found out what they had broken as they were replacing my thermostat that made my coolant leak even worse. Never again will I go here or even recommend this place. Never have I gone somewhere where they do not take proper care of the vehicle and fix there mistakes. They overcharge and try to get you to pay for services you do not need.

I took my truck in and got it back with more problems than when I took it in , I was told by angel that if I wanted them to fix their mistakes I have to set an appointment that works for them. They are just after your money and have zero concerns how the work is done best advice keep driving to the next shop

Went in to have my blinker arm on the steering wheel fixed and after a 54.00 diagnostic and a 45 second look at the fuses under the hood we were told we need an additional 109 to diagnose into the firewall with no fix. Stay away , stay far away !!!!!!

My only positive outcome of this visit was the friendliness of the workers. I went here because of a positive experience in the past for an oil change and a state inspection. Our car was high mileage and just needed to routine care. I called to make an appointment for a transmission fluid service and whatever else was listed for a 90k mile service. Dropped the car off in the morning and it was done in the afternoon. They were super busy that day, but everyone was friendly.Shorty after dropping the car off, they called with recommended service items and said that they didn t have (and couldn t get) what they needed for the transmission service. That was the main thing I wanted when I scheduled, but oh well nothing I could do about it.I called to see when it would be ready, and made my way back to get the car at that time. It took about another 30-40 minutes at that point. As I drove away, I noticed a new rattling sound when driving at low speeds. I turned around and asked them to see what they thought. They admitted that there was a sound but couldn t tell what it was. They asked me to bring it back the next morning so they could investigate. They had the car for several hours the next day, and here s where I was annoyed: they couldn t identify or fix the sound (though they tried telling me that it was better and likely coming from an area they never worked on), they threw everything from the glove box onto the floorboard without putting it back, the car smelled terribly of smoke, and they didn t do anything to protect the upholstery (it s a light grey cloth interior), so both front seats were covered in black grease. I pointed that out to them, and the guy apologized and said he d been asking for them to get seat covers but management wouldn t do it. We cleaned most of it out ourselves, but one of the seats is permanently stained from their mechanics. They offered to try again since they didn t fix the problem they created, but after two full days leaving the car with them, we decided instead to choose someone else.We contacted the corporate office with our complaints about the upholstery, but they never responded. I d recommend looking for other auto care centers in the area before coming here. If you do go here, maybe wrap your seats in garbage bags to protect them and throw all your glove box items in a messy pile on the floor so they don t have to do it.

I landed upon this shop AFTER a quite disappointing experience at a well-known muffler shop from earlier in the day. I called in advance and inquired as to whether or not they repaired mufflers. The young man on the phone was upfront and honest in his response. To sum up his answer...this particular auto shop does not have a welder on the payroll. He said that they weren't very busy and could check out the issue. At the end of the day, the mechanic was open with everything and showed me the issue. Like physically took me to the car and showed me! I don't remember his name but he walked around cutting off lights...hahaha... literally. He worked diligently to ensure I didn't receive the same experience I had at the other shop and this is greatly appreciated. I say that because still in this day and age mechanics and dealers will attempt to "get over" on female customers. The part was ordered and he guaranteed that as soon as it came in, they'd get me back to the bay to fix it. I received a call this morning that my part was in. I took the car to the shop and, although 3 other customers showed up, I was out of there in no time. The service was definitely worth passing on. Kudos to you all!

I recently visited Precision for the first time. I scheduled an appointment at 4:30 and they promptly started evaluation at the scheduled time. They needed to order a belt which they had delivered and completed the repair by the 6:00 closing time. I left and came back to get my car. I arrived at about 6:10 and staff was still very nice, professional and did not make me feel rushed. Their price was very reasonable as well. I will be taking my car back to Precision next week to complete the recommended maintenance needed.

I was traveling on 35 when my car started shaking. I called Precision and Angel told me to come on in. They quickly identified the problem (lower control arm on the front passenger side). They realized that I was traveling across Texas, and worked so hard to get me back on the road same day. Huge thanks!

Horrible customer service. Had my truck towed in due to transmission issues. They claimed they drove my truck over 40 miles and couldn't feel it slipping, but I did and the other shop I took it to felt it immediately. Precision told me that it needed to be flushed and "they didn't have the proper equipment to flush it but he would rig something up and make it work" if you value your vehicle go elsewhere.

I took my car in for a thermostat replacement, tech said it was good to go. Drive part way home and the car became inoperable. Now they are stating my car needs a new motor! I m a single mom with 2 special needs kids without a car due to their negligence and they refuse to take responsibility.
