Excellent staff. I was treated like my purchase was for four new tires, when actually it was a $5 flat repair. They are quick to get you completed and back on the road with accurate service. I highly recommend for you to use these people for all your tire needs.

Had a screw in my tire and needed it plugged. The ONE gentleman that was working was able to knock out three different cars in such a timely and effective manner. He was able to get my tire fixed fairly quickly and safely for only $15 super thankful!

I was in need of air for my tire to get back home and I found this place after being rudely ignored at discount tires The man working was so nice and so helpful he had me back on the ride in no time I will forever recommend this place and it s wonderful employees

Very thankful for Matteo and Benjamin. They were able to get me a full new set of tires and were able to let me know how badly I needed to get my brakes replaced. Then they replaced them the next day. Everything was finished very quickly. Thank y'all so much for the wonderful service!

Mattei, the owner is awesome!!! Brilliant service and friendly. A massive shout out though for Zach who is always working. He is super efficient, friendly and professional. He is methodical, fast and knows his job very well.

Left my tire with Matteo to have it fixed. Was told that there would be a repair charge. But he couldn t get the tire plugs in time as the other vendor was running late with the delivery, so no fault of his own. I left the tire there overnight and picked it up this morning. He was working my himself as the other employee was out for a few days. Matteo put my original tire on then told me there was no charge totally took me by surprise! What a nice man to do that, he didn t have to but he did! Btw I took my tire to him because he already had great reviews and he has proven them right again! Thank you Matteo for your wonderful service to the Temple community and I will definitely refer my friends and family to go to you first before going to other dealerships!

It doesn't matter what time of day I show up to have a tire fixed I am greated with a smile. If I need one ordered it's always there the next day. Thank you for a great job!!!!!

I highly recommend Payless Tires! Their customer service cannot be beat in my opinion. We have been using them for a few years now, wether it be a spur of the moment, last minute tire repair, or or a full new set having to be ordered. They have never disappointed us, & their prices are great! We won t use anyone else.

I was traveling from San Antonio to St. Louis and unfortunately had a flat tire near temple. I went to few places, all major tire stores told me to buy new tires, and they didn t even had tires in stock. I was kind of stranded. Then I called this shop and person name Matteo was amazingly knowledgeable and helped me to fix my tire. He was not even ready to take his charges. Heads down to his tire store which helped me get back on my road trip safely back to St. Louis. We were blessed and lucky that we got in touch with them. Thank you so much always will be in my memory ..

Matteo the owner of Payless Tires quoted me about $40 less than most places I called around Belton/Temple. He was friendly, professional, and installed 4 new tires by himself in a timely manner.5/5 would recommend to anyone needing new tires or just tire service in general.

I have been here twice now and each time they have been quick to get me in and get my tire needs taken care of. They are incredibly knowledgeable, polite, well priced and have without a doubt became my go to place for tires. Awesome service! I only plan to go here from now on for my tire needs. I was unsure of whether I needed a new tire or just a patch put on. I was willing to purchase a tire if needed, however the gentleman working said he could patch it and it would be just fine. I appreciate such honesty, especially being a female who doesnt know much about tires. I am grateful and hope others will support this business!

Hamp was really nice and I love the pick up and drop off service for buying new tires! The cost was only $14 more over discount tires (the cheapest option I could find in town), which more than paid for itself with the pick up and drop off. I didn t even have to leave my house, and they also offered to get it from work the day prior. Lifetime rotations and repairs too. For the price and the customer service, I don t plan on using anyone else.

Great place to get tires real friendly staff they get u in quick do a excellent jobs. Bezt Price so far have beat all type companies even Walmart. This well always be my tire store along they stay open

Awesome place, had a screw in my tire while returning to Waco. Stopped in and he put a plug in my tire for free. Thank you Matteo Padoan. I definitely recommend anyone who needs tires or a tire fixed to go there.

I wasn't sure if the tire was repairable or not but instead of trying to force me to purchase a new one, they patched the tire. Very polite, and great service. Fast yet accurate. Would recommend them if looking in the Temple area.

Went in to buy 2 new tires...which they had to order. They were delivered THE SAME DAY and i went back in a few hours and had them put in within 30 minutes! Great people...great service...great prices! I had gone to Sam's club first...they ordered them...i waited a week...and then they couldnt put em on for 2 days! Go to Payless...they are happy to help...with the quickness!!!

Talking about a blessing. It was raining and had low pressure on my front left tire. As I pulled up Matteo quickly found the problem. A small hole on my front passenger side tire. He blessed me with a free plug . God bless you!

I stay in killeen and no shop comes close to their prices. The owner talked to me very respectful and kind on the phone and in person. I'm a disabled veteran and I just may even try to partner up with him and bring a shop of this quality to Killeen. Omg let me add in what I'm seeing right now in front of me. Customer pulls up off the street saying my tires are going low. Owner checks the tires and see that it's just do to the weather change. He then put air in all 4 tire for free and told the man to have a nice day.
