There was no shuttle, the wait time was estimated as three hours and I ended up being there for 6, the cost was well above the average for those repairs, and I was told that the dealership doesn't keep the parts for all the repairs that were recommended to me. Without any of the normal perks of going to the dealership, there really doesn't seem to be any point in paying extra for the same or worse service than a small shop.

I have a recall for my vehicle for the hood latch. This dealership informed me of this and took time off work to get it fixed (4pm on a Tuesday). Dealership wasn t able to fix it because they didn t have the parts. They informed me to not open my hood and come back Friday.I take time off work again to come back (3pm) and they tell me they are at full capacity and would not have the time to fix this recalled part (that would more than likely not take more than half an hour to actually fix). So now I can t open my hood for even longer?You would think the dealership would take a problem as severe as a hood latch recall seriously.
