Great staff at this location. The appointment was scheduled in a timely manner; the next day the appointment started on time sharply. In and out as needed. I will return for the next oil change. Great discounts too!

Dealing with Meineke was great especially Courtney and the other young lady. Took nearly a month for a transmission job. Each time, probably 30, I was treated with respect and my questions were answered. Not hoping anyone has the problems my wife and I had, but I'd recommend this location every time.

I dropped in for a vehicle inspection and was told that my weight would be 2 1/2 hours. There were several clients ahead of me that were for diagnostics. I actually was able to have my inspection and leave in one hour 45 minutes. Thank you for your prompt Attention.

Meineke was great for the full experience from talking with the service advisor, Kourtney to the communication during the repairs and maintenance. I got to meet the manager when I picked up my truck and he was thoughtful. Great experience and I will be back

I had trouble with my car starting slowly and thought it might be the battery. So, I went to Meineke for help. They charged me for a diagnostic and I went shopping while I waited. They called me later and told me they can replace the battery but if it wasn't the real issue they would have to charge me more to look at it further. I thought it was strange, because first of all they already charged me for a diagnosis. Second of all, why would they assume something else was wrong without testing the new battery? No company has ever tried to scare me into a service like they did, mentioning potential engine failures while admitting they didn't even look at it yet. I declined the battery replacement, then they charged me more for the diagnosis because apparently the original lower quote was only valid if I had let them replace the battery. I took my car to Jiffy Lube. They checked my battery level for free, and then after showing me the reading and telling me the price of the new battery, they replaced it for a lower price than what I wouldve paid at Meineke. My car started normally again afterward. I personally wouldn't recommend Meineke to anyone.

I spent over $5000 with them they fixed my transmission then I go back to get my brakes and rotors an extra $447-$500 and then my car breaks down so they have it towed for free it takes the tow truck almost 10 hours to finally come and pick it up then when he drops it off it s while their closed so they don t even get to look at my car til Monday. Monday I call to check to see if it s ready lo and behold it is even thought they don t call or text me and let me know anything then I m like how much do we owe and they charge me for the coolant they put in but I could ve did that myself ? And now my car is even worse ever since I got it back and here it is Tuesday and I just got the car back yesterday now I have to find a better and cheaper place to look at myNissan because they clearly don t know how to fix it

Had an oil leak diagnostic done. Easy find with the valve cover having the seal blown out and the cover being cracked. I replaced the gasket and fixed the crack and no oil leak. A bit pricey is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.

Will never go there again! My cost price was around $1,300. Once I agreed, they raised it up to 2,600! Said mechanic made a mistake! I turned down the cost of $625 for a oil gasket repair. After work was finished and paying almost $1 900, as soon as driving away. Car was knocking really bad, had to bring it right back. After picking it up again another time, the very next day it died while driving it!. While training a teen to drive! Later, I had someone else look at the oil leak. Was a sensor, costed total 60$ to repair. Not $625 Meineke wanted!Costumer service is just as bad. Got a text stating off with "Hello Love, reaching out. That's the lines I could see before opening text. I was unsure about opening a unknown number, saying Hello Love! Had a message left on my phone. All I could make out was. This is Courtney from Blah, blah, blah. On a different unknown number. I listened over and over, tried to make out who it was about 5 times, never could. Once when picking up the car, they lost my keys! Took awhile to find them! Asking are these yours? And these yours? They don't tag your keys!I had taken another car in there before, to get a brake light installed. The trunk hatch was so busted up by them! I'm now having to hold it in place with duct tape. I mean they really screwed it up.I should of listen to others who warned me about this place being terrible. If you think that all went well going there. I bet you got over charged. Or charged for something you didn't need!

Called on a Friday told me to bring vehicle in. No communication until called back a few times. Car stayed all day to say nothing was wrong with it. There was no leak. Told us to drive weekend ,call back the next week. Sent pics of leaks and never heard back from anyone. Took to another shop waterpump had to be replaced $975..Poor communication and seemed not to care. First and last visit.

My son and I had a wonderful experience. I needed work done on my son's car that other people couldn't do or they could do and would charge me so much more than Meinekee did. Would highly recommend them for service on your vehicle. Work was done in a timely manner and at a reasonable price.

Would never go there again. They gave me the run around. Told me oil gasket needed replaced then came back and said it was other gaskets. I paid 2200$ just for it to still have a leak. They then told me it was tbe oil pan gasket and it would be 3k!! My cars not worth 5k. So I feel I wasted 2200$ for parts that didn't need fixed. Smh!

They just fixed a job that was suppose to be done by Deers tires multiple times! My car didn t sound like it s fixing to break anymore!! I m super excited to have my car back to the way it s suppose to be! Thank you ll so much at Meineke!!

I had a good experience twice. AC can be complicated, especially with older vehicles. I had bad experiences with other auto repair shops. Meineke knows what they re doing. They repaired my vehicle and did not charge me with unnecessary service or parts

I had a horrible experience I went to get an alternator and they put a bad one then all of a sudden a my car started going haywire and they want to keep charging me for it when they had the car more than I did from July till October claiming they didn't know what was wrong it and they weren't really checking it. So know everytime I turn around it is something else wrong with my car I truly feel like they have damaged my car. And they aren't worth a penny. Having me finance $5000 worth of work and I am still having a problem. They are not trying to reimburse and I have been leaving messages for the owner and not getting contacted back now they want to charge me another $1700 for something that just went wrong after them having my car is ridiculous!!!!

My water pump was leaking and they fit me in. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Very helpful. They were able to get it fixed and do other maintenance that I requested the same day. Fast turn around.
