I have been a customer of this dealership since 2008. They have always been a pleasure to work with. The great customer service keeps me coming back. I have purchased International and Hino trucks because I know that I will be taken care of if and when I need parts or service. Shea and his crew are very knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile to get us taken care of and back on the road as quickly as possible.

After a Saturday delivery @ HEB, I waited till Monday to get my truck looked @ and a third check & advise. I'm so glad I did, I got an issue rectified with honest answers and valued input. I had steer & drive rear axle drums & breaks replaced. The work was completed in a very timely manner, the price was reasonable & the service was just OUTSTANDING, from Shea the shop Forman, to James the service tech whom performed the work & gave valuable insight to Mrs.Stina, whom started my process and everyone in between, around & under. A good shop is hard to find & THIS IS ONE. Thks

After driving back from my trip I thought about my review. Everyone has a bad day and all mechanical things have problems. I left a one star review today and it was because I was upset that the truck I was using broke and had to be repaired. It was holding me up and was out of my control.I really can t complain about it. It didn t cost me anything but time and I m glad I had it. They got it in and found the problem, and advised me it would be a few hours. So they had someone bring me another truck from another location.Not any truck but they went out of their way to bring me a NEW TRUCK! I don t mean new as in another. I mean new as in NEW! 7k miles!I made it to my trip and back and I have not complaints.Thank you Ideal Lease for taking care of me even when I wasn t the best person to be around.Dave Dillon

Good ppl here but seems like I find new problems everytime I get my truck back. Had major engine work done and now there seems to be a small leak on passenger side. Had them check it because dot inspector wouldn't pass me for it and ended up leaving with new batteries and a door that hits the hood a week later. They fixed that on spot but not even a month later that leak on the passenger side is back. Didnt have this before dropping 10k on some engine work. They are the closest to my house but I may just have to settle for Dallas as my go to shop. They are slow on notifyingypu after diagnosing problem and take a while to provide a workorder estimate. Always anticipate a full week to get repairs done.

Reading the reviews and I'm wondering is this the same place!!! My experience here was terrible and once finished I'll never return! Called a few days ahead an was told yes bring it in we can fix it.... Took truck to the shop on Tuesday around 12pm it's now Monday of the following week and they claim their still trouble shooting. Had he forgotten he told me what the problem was Wednesday.. it's some story telling somewhere! Never again!!

1)Yes . I was there yesterday at 5:40 pm and all doors closed . Google say weekdays 7 am to 6 pm..2)I been there 12/22/18 and try to get oil filter fuel filter and 1 drive tire air bag.The guy tell me they out of order for air bag . It was leaking air very bad and I can not go no where .It is 2013 pro star .. you have to have in stock air bags . Loves carry TA Carry your trucks air bag but you are out of order . It is dealer Man . You have to order before out or less than 5&10 pieces . I said ok . Give me oil filter and fuel filter . The worker don t know how to pay it . He said system slow . That s Saturday not busy . Only me .. and he get papers to pay . We went register table and the worker couldn t charge me . I wait 8&10 minutes then I said never mind I don t buy it . I was stay in maybe 30&40 minutes get the 2013 pro star oil and fuel filter but still didn t have it ..airbag came on Monday I got it but it is big truck shop and who is inventory manager or part manager but for sure no one wait air bag 2 days .It is not the special part or not for DPF or something . It is tire air bag . You have to in stock .

Brought the truck in with DEF regen problems. Had to do a manual regen. Worked with Mr.Kerry Finn to get the issue resolved. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions completely. Gave me a lot of advise and priceless information. We have had DEF problem on our truck for weeks and have been taking it in to the dealer to get it serviced. They have tried multiple time but have not been able to explain what the problem was. Kerry has a lot of knowledge and resolved my problem very quickly. I will be bringing back my truck here for servicing from now on. Highly recommend it. The labor charge is not bad either. Thanks Kerry Finn.

Nice friendly group. On day of eclipse the manager had a great helmet to view the eclipse with & was very friendly. This seems like the place to take your school bus for inspection & repair in Central Texas. John is always very helpful.

Even though the parts department had a bucket of gear oil behind the counter they refused to sell it to me the explanation was because it wasn't on their system I had to search other stores for a regular bucket of gear oil. Wasted my time for a good 30 minutes before he gave up on trying to sell it to me

After being in several dealerships took my truck to longhorn with regens problems I can say that my truck is better than ever .My mpg improved and I am very satisfied with the customer service.Best dealer I have been to.

Week of Christmas, broke down in San Antonio, shops could not look at truck until after the New Year, traveled the 150 miles to Temple because Longhorn said they could check it out on the 28th, checked in with them on the 27th and they took it right in and had us out that evening. Thanks Longhorn !

Very slow all day to do a small repair then they test drove my truck must have been driving like hell I got in my truck and my stuff is all over the floor the repairs were great no complaints there they were very respectful
