I had my vehicle in for service. My truck was in the shop for about a week while it was getting fixed. I had a loaner vehicle during this time. Unfortunately I had to leave town for work, so I spoke to my service advisor about leaving my vehicle there for the additional week until I got back, and I was told that it was fine, so I left the keys to the loaner vehicle with my wife, so she could drop of the vehicle when my truck was ready. Since she is a very tiny foreign lady she doesn t feel comfortable driving my big truck, but it was not a big deal since the truck was supposed to be left at the dealership. The day my truck was ready, she proceeded to drop off the loner car and leave, but the front desk gentleman insisted that she take my truck with her. She attempted to explain to the man several times that it was already discussed and okayed to stay, but the man Ryan was dismissive and ignored her after she told him serval times that it was already discussed and okayed. She told him to check with the service advisor, but he refused to check. Next he proceeded to give her the key and not tell her anything about the repair what so ever, so she doesn t even know what stuff they did to the vehicle. I am not sure if it is because she is an extremely small foreign lady with an accent, but her treatment was really rude, and they fact that it was already approved and denied later unacceptable. I had to call to find out what was done with the vehicle, and I had to find someone to come get the vehicle for me while I am out of town since she doesn t feel comfortable driving it and has never driven it.

Scott was the worst, most unhelpful service advisor. Never followed up with me, not one time. Car sat a full day without being looked at and I scheduled the service the prior week. I had to call and ask Scott for an update. He said they didn't give loaners, when I know people who have received them. Never again!

Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money. Definitely the worst Ford dealership I have ever worked with and I've worked with several in various states. Poor communication from the service advisor, Scott; and extremely slow service. Don't do it.

Got a recall notice on my 2019 Super Duty and took it here. I scheduled it in advance and asked how much for an oil change (I was told 158+tax). I scheduled that and also asked them to look at my front camera that stopped working when I changed headlamps. I dropped my truck off about 8:30am and got a call to pick it up at 3:45pm. When I arrived my order wasn't closed so I had to wait 5ish minutes for the service rep to close it. I was presented a bill for the oil change of $230+. When I asked why it was quite obvious I would be waiting a while and just told her I would pay it. When I dropped off truck I was missing a hubcap, I did not notice until I got home I'm now missing two hubcaps. The front camera was not looked at, and the "extra" they charged me was for oil change "The Works" which included exhaust fluid which I FILLED up the day before I brought it. They are either overworked, slightly incompetent, or scam artists I'm not sure which but I am probably going to take my truck to get another oil change just to be sure it was done.

Johnson Bros always has great customer service and when we ve needed an oil change, or have had an issue with our vehicle, we ve been able to call and schedule or walk in and get the issue taken care of in a timely manner!Have yet to have any issues here, highly recommend going to see them!

Amazing service and really friendly people who work there. Huge fan of the car salesman, Sasha, who helped me. He s been helpful, and has even done follow up calls since my purchase.

I made appointment in November for January 6 . I took my car in @9am had waited for a ride home. I get call they going keep my car to finish the work that was Thursday. On Friday I waited for a call back I had to call them they said my car was next in line. My car was left there over the weekend. I was told my advisor was out until Tuesday. I had to find a ride to doctors appointment. Not a happy camper.

Absolutely trash service. Workers are dismissive and rude. Checked in 10 minutes early for my appointment and had to go back to them 20 minutes later because they forgot about me. Was told they d come back to me after an hour with a diagnosis of what s wrong. Waited 2 hours before I went back because they forgot about me again. Told it would be over $500 for a $150 part (Service isn t worth $350....)
