Nothing but good things to say about this entire dealership. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and professional. The waiting rooms and showrooms are immaculate. The service work done is top notch and priced fairly. Plus, they'll do whatever they can (within the rules, of course) to cover everything possible under warranty. Quick Lane is no exception.I remember when taking your car to the dealership made you feel like you're getting ripped off. That's simply not the case with Johnson Brothers. Need tires? Sure, shop around... Even online. Their prices are the same or better than even the big online rack of tires. If you do happen to find a tire that is cheaper somewhere else, I believe they even price match. On top of that, their warranties (new vehicle, CPO, parts, tires, etc.) are better than most other places.

I came into their quick lane for an oil change first thing in the morning. The dude helping me was super nice and the crew was quick and thorough. It's hard to find a good service department but this one is a gem.

I had a flat tire this morning due to a pretty severe puncture - required a tow and a full tire replacement. QuickLane had everything ready for me on short notice within 30-45 minutes, excellent customer service, and as someone who just moved here a month ago, I already know where I m bringing my car from now on.Particular thank you to technician Torres! He was wonderful, and I could not be more grateful for his efficiency.Service: Tires

Definitely the best experience I ve had so far. Dan in the quick lane is extremely professional and helpful with everything I needed.They were all very accommodating and updated me every step of the way. I wouldn t want anything else to happen to my vehicle but if something does I can say I would actually look forward to working with them again and have another smooth, effortless process like this one has been.Service: Tires

Called ahead of time to make sure they had what they needed for my truck.When I came in, I asked what the turnaround time was, their response was "it'll be fast, it's a slow day today". It took them 30 minutes to pull my truck into the shop. It has now been sitting in the shop for over an hour and a half, without being touched....2 hours total so far....Glad I don't live in this area, because their idea of fast is not what I had in mind.

Called parts, spoke to parts. Told to speak to the folks next door and then got put on voicemail. I tried to ask who these other folks were, nothing. Ignored and transferred.

Fellas are nice inside! If you get there right when they open the doors in the morning, the wait time isn't bad at all. They diligently tell you what your vehicle needs and don't pressure you to get things done. I appreciate that.

I came from the Quick Lane in Round Rock 4 days ago to have them look at my brakes I've noticed in squeaking they said everything was fine did my safety inspection and I was done. I started noticing this rumbling and scratching noise a day after I had to turn my music down and it kept getting worse and louder. I came to Temple Quick Lane and they actually did their job and thorough inspections. They found out my bearing was about to go out and showed me. I'm very grateful in this time of pandemic I can now say and believe there are still some of us good and honest people out there

My mom's ford needed a new battery, and for her model it was not in an easy access spot, as well as not available anywhere else, but they were able to take care it same day, and done within an hour.

I deliver oil there weekly. Great group of guys working very hard in the heat to make the customers vehicles complete and safe.

I just moved here from out of state and needed to find a Ford dealership to service my F150. Quality work, good people running around working hard. Clean facilities and fair prices.But don t let the name Quick Lane fool you. There was nothing quick about it for me. I was there literally for 2 hours and 40 minutes for a basic oil change/service, and they patched a tire and then put the spare back underneath. And yes it was busy but not packed. It took my entire afternoon. I should have just made an appointment and dropped my truck off.They did order a part for me that was still under warranty free of charge.I will most likely be back but now I know how SLOW this place is. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

Great customer service. I called in advance to check if they had a part in stock, once verified I drove down and waited 30 minutes and my vehicle was finished. I will be using this service department in the future.

Highly recommend service from this company. Had an oil change done and the staff was extremely professional and friendly. Dan was my personal advisor, but I was helped by Shane and Vincent while waiting as well. I have sent friends there for service and will continue to do so.

Marcus Thomas was professional, friendly and assuring from the very start of our long day. I was given a ride to work and picked up afterward promptly. My driver, forgot name unfortunately, was friendly, welcoming and had easy conversation during drive. The work became more extensive than previously thought, but I was kept informed of everything and it was finished by end of day. Honest and fair, and seemed to be a good working environment. I will be going back for my oil changes from now on as well.Service: Brakes

I rarely give 5 stars but I've been A ford fanatic for years and I have worked as an ASE certified technician for a Ford dealership in the past and I must say I was given over and above treatment here at the quick lane in Temple Texas.I broke down last night on the side of the highway a long way from home. I was able to get my truck in early on Saturday morning and have them fix the problem. Not only did they fix my problems, they took care of some other issues on the truck I've hadThey were kind, and courteous, and finished in a relatively short time.Courtesy goes a long way in my book.-JR

I arrived kind of close to closing time on a Saturday but they happily got me in. The tech found a potential problem with the battery, the advisor explained it clearly, and it was fixed quickly & at a good price. I was on the road a lot sooner than I expected. Thanks!!

We ve been taking our vehicle here for a year now and it s hands down the best service and staff! We re typically in and out very quickly, great prices, and the employees always explain everything thoroughly.

Love that place. They include you every step of the way, including what will be needing replacement on the next visit. And it is usually a short visit. Don't have to hang around all day getting the work done.

Had my 2014 explorer oil changed as usual at this location. First time using the new quick lane facility. It was really nice. Guys were goofing off in back as you can clearly see the bay area. Unfortunately they chipped the chrome on my glove box and didnt reinstall the tether cord on the glove box. Filled out review for call back with the dealer, SURPRISE. They never followed up. Dont trust these guys, A high school mechanic shop is more professional.

Johnson Brothers Ford in Temple have professional staff members. Very kind bunch that shows the customers that they are concerned about t by e problems we are having and put us with the right person to meet our needs. I like to thank Mr. Brian in service for being so patient with me when I have questions, though he has other customers he make sure you understand what you are paying for if you have to pay anything. We have bought two cars from Johnson Brothers Ford and we are planning to buy third car. Good Job. Johnson Brothers staff. Keep up the good work!
