The technician was kind when we got in the line behind a truck that ended up being a long job. It took longer than usual but they made it right so we will keep coming back. And another technician was helpful when I asked about our other vehicle. he took the time to educate me about my car. Really appreciate it.

I was traveling a hundred miles from home when my add oil light kept blinkingI looked for the nearest Jiffy Lube as I ve been very pleased either service in my own hometownFour people worked on my project.All took the time to learn and call me by name. They all smiled and said thank you as I exited.Friendly and as good service as the ones that know me at home!

The people at Jiffy Lube have always been great to deal with. When I don t have time to do my own oil changes, I absolutely do not hesitate to stop by and see these guys. Quick, no hassle service with a smile!

I have got all 3 of my vehicles inspected from this location and the service has bern outstanding every time. Today their computer system crashed and they apologized for the inconvenience and waiting in line for other customers to be assisted first. So I started to drive away but while waiting to turn onto 31st street a worker came sprinting towards our car to inform us that their system came back up and they could help us. I was impressed that they were willing to run to me for my business. Service that goes above and beyond.Now Jiffy Lube and Manager to this location. Please give these men a raise! David (my inspector all three times), Josh, and Cory.

I travel quite a bit and this Jiffy Lube has by far the best staff, service, and certainly the fastest! Thank you to manager Josh, who took extra time with me to explain things, and made me aware of a $25.00 coupon!I will be a regular from now on!

They were great! We talked and made jokes while I waited so it wasn t awkward at all. The guys took time to explain certain things to me and I left satisfied with my experience. I ll be coming here instead of valvoline from now on!

Need put the signs of list of service on the wall with the prices and there was no refreshment there when the website saying it. Nothing .. and no tv to watch while waiting for the oil change and there were little busy which took a while which is fineJust want look at and see what I need than the staff tell me

If you purchase your own oil for them to use, don't bother going there. They will charge you the same amount as if you had purchased it through them.

I was greeted promptly and informed that it would be a few minutes before they could begin my inspection as they were understaffed. I waited around 10 minutes and the gentleman came and began to get my information. Let me know it would be a few more minutes before the inspector would come perform the inspection as he was dumping oil. Waited maybe 5 more minutes and the inspector came out and performed 2 car inspections at the same time as we followed his commands as he was checking lights, blinkers, and horns. Maybe it was a little bit of a wait due to understaff - but it was not too long at all. I still consider the service to be fast and of high quality.

I came to get my license plate lights replaced, I purchased the lights elsewhere (not knowing they carried them), and they didn t even charge me to replace them. I came and had NO SERVICE other than to get the lights replaced and I came expecting to pay of course and they didn t allow me to! I recommend them! They are quick, friendly and the customer service is exceptional! I plan to return for an oil change for sure! Thanks Jiffy Lube!Service: Electrical

This was the best service I've ever received when getting my trucks oil and filter service. I added the headlight restoration service and was not disappointed. The guys at this Jiffy Lube location offer exceptional service! They are extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. I brought the car in because my husband was working, and they were super patient with me! They explained things so I could fully understand and make the most informed decisions. Decided to try Jiffy Lube on 31st in Temple for the first time (we live in Jarrell). It was a very positive experience. The employees were friendly, knowledgeable, and forthright about all we were needing done.Due to nationwide supply shortages, we were unable to get our transmission fluid changed. The gentleman asked us a series of questions to help determine whether or not the service we wanted was urgent. He then gave us things to look for if it should become more urgent.I would highly recommend them. Staff alone is worth the drive!

I received an oil change and tire rotation today and this is how I received my vehicle back! This is unacceptable. I tried calling the shop since they were closed already before I could go back n address the issue to leave a message but the phone just rings. The guy who changed the oil could have at least told me about this before I drove off. More than half of the push pins are missing causing damage to the cover underneath.

It s ridiculous to have to pay $100 for an oil change and then charged and additional $2.00 for coolant as if you re not being ripped off by the prices already. My cap wasn t tightened on the Coolant and it began to leak. I had to do this myself. I also wasn t given an updated sticker to be informed of my next oil Change. It wasn t a professional service experience.

Great set of people working there!! We went to have our state inspection done on 2 vehicles yesterday (2/20). Between Jonas, Sean, and David, they were nice, efficient and welcoming. Jonas even took the time to give us tips on registering our vehicles since we are from out of state. We will definitely be back for our regular car maintenance needs. Thanks again!!

This is the first time I've ever been just for an inspection. Let's just say I'll definitely be going back for future inspections and for oil changes. Charles was the person that took care of me and he is very sweet and very goofy! Definitely can't wait to go back to experience him again.
