Came in with issue on trip from Austin to Dallas. Phil was great. Got me in quick and Tech was all over it. Out in an hour and on my way to Dallas. Appreciate the fast service and good nature of Phil and the employees.

We are on the way to Dallas from Austin. Felt shaking and went to do a quick check here. They are really awesome. They don't have a stock and suggested near by to change the tires. They are really good

Horrible service or lack there of. Walked in when they first opened up. Waited for the attendant to finish up a phone conversation with a customer for 8 minutes. Waited an additional 3 minutes for the attendant to send a text message. Sarcastically, I said do I need to come back at a later time. Why is he getting an attitude.

I was waiting 2 HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE that I scheduled for 9AM. Still waiting. Another guy shows up for the same thing and waited only 30 minutes. Also when bringing a coupon that clearly says $17.50 off of any oil change that is $35 or more it was not honored when the he total was more than $35. Total was $53.

The service here is top tier. Amazing customer service and pricing. They communicate clearly and don t try to cheat you like most places. I ve been here multiple times and will continue to, would definitely recommend.

I had an accident last week. I was very shaken, my tire rim was torn up and the alignment was off. I came immediately after the police left. Phil Oehm the store manager was there when I arrived. He took one look at me, and knew I needed help. I said I was concerned about my tires, and he had Joshua meet me at bay 1. Joshua immediately checked out the rim and tire, and told me I was ok to drive. He looked at me, and said Ma'am, would it be alright if I hugged you. I was almost to tears, and I said yes. I hugged him. I was so distraught by this accident, and Joshua was there for me.I returned to the store a few days later and saw Phil again. He asked me how I was doing after the other day? I told him much better, but the car is pulling to the right. We got the Alignment package and Joshua worked on my car. I have to say it was fun to speak to Phil (manager) as I waited! I saw Joshua again, and thanked him for his human kindness he showed me. The car is back to normal and driving correctly - thanks guys for everything, Im back on the road and safe!

Came in for an oil change, was told it d be about 30 min to get in, I requested the basic service for $35.xx and presented a coupon for $17.50 off an oil change $35 or more, He tells me I d have to get the one for $65.xx because the coupon doesn t apply to the kind of oil used in the one for $35, after showing the only stipulation mentioned is it be over $35 he says well it s actually on sale for $30 so I still couldn t use it. This isn t advertised anywhere nor was I told this when I called ahead to check the prices but rather than argue and because using the coupon on the $65 service would still cost more than not using it on the service I wanted which as luck would have it just came on sale for $30 I said I d keep the coupon for my next oil change saving me even more in the long run. But it doesn t end there. Maybe it was his change in demeanor or looking like he wanted to through a fit but something gave me the feeling he wasn t done trying to scam me somehow, but I made sure it was noted that I didn t want any extra work done or other charges. And after waiting more than an hour I went back to the counter and was told it would be at least another hour because some appointments came in, Aside from the fact he should have known about any appointments when giving me a 30 min estimated wait time, I had only seen one other customer come in and they didn t have an appointment. . I asked for my keys and left. I won t be back and other reviews will show you my experience isn t unique nor is anything new for this Goodyear location.

This Goodyear performed way above expectations AGAIN! Mr Lee Watkins got me up and going in no time for a alternator and battery change.This place should be visited !!

I went in to GoodYear on 1July23 to get my breaks checked. Assistant Store Manager Phil Oehm and Store Manager Lee Watkins went above and beyond with explaining everything that was going on with my breaks. They were super kind, helpful, and patient with me. They definitely went above and beyond with making sure I did understand the information they were sharing. I believed they are the best at their jobs, and they definitely changed my mind about GoodYear! I will be returning for all of my car needs!

I'm a resident of Harker Heights, without hesitation I will visit the Temple Good Year to get my car serviced. They are fast, efficient honest and professional. Mr Phil is a joy to talk to and gets me right everytime!

We had a 80,000 Chipper on side of the highway with a blown out tire. Went to Walmart at 6:30, 30 minutes before closing and they refused to swap 1 new tire on a single rim that we had already took off the chipper and brought in. They said it was too close to closing. "30 Minutes until close."At 6:50, I called GoodYear and the bigger guy working the desk told me to come on in and he would wait before they shut the bays.This is CUSTOMER SERVICE. Needless to say, we have a fleet of 13 work trucks and all tires will be bought from GoodYear again. We previously used Walmart, never again.Thank You Goodyear Temple, you saved the day for us when we had an expensive machine stranded on the side of the highway. We will be back for all our tires.

The crew at Goodyear were great. They helped me pick a great tire and also made me aware that I was missing a sensor, which I had no clue of. It's always nice to be able to walk into a auto shop, as a female, and feel confident that the staff is honest. Would recommend and will definitely be going back!

We were preparing to drive my son s car out of state for college when we noticed his tire was losing air pressure. We dropped the car off for an oil change and asked them to check the tire. Sure enough, two of the tires were older and needed to be replaced. They were able to finish the repairs in a few hours for us and we made the 2,000 mile drive safely. Thank you for the friendly service!

That had a trailer tire in stock. It was Saturday I was in a bind.they were great. Were quick. My only complaint could be the price of the trailer tire $208.00 mounted and balanced.

Phil and his team saved the day!! Backstory, I had a new set of tires and alignment two days prior to our trip at a Austin Goodyear location. We get on the highway and the van starts pulling to the right at a dangerous level but we re well past our location and don t have time to turn around as we need to get to the cabin before it gets too dark.Contacted two other locations on the way but they were understaffed or overwhelmed. Phil s location was busy as well but he understood our situation and calmly had updated that they would get us taken care of efficiently.As promised, he took our van in evaluated and fixed the alignment while we grabbed lunch quickly and we were on our way. We can t thank Phil and his team enough.He was kind enough to show us the results of the misalignment and the adjustments that were made.Grateful for their help. This location is top notch and does great work efficiently.Thank you again.

Told them i needed an oil change and rotation. The submitted air filter and wipers for an additional $150. They told me they had to submit it for a fleet service. The problem is it took an extra hour to get approval when the requested service would of been automatically approved.

We tried a local repair shop for over two years and ended up coming back to Phil and Lee. Great service (if not a little slow sometimes) and thorough. They'll work with you on large jobs to get the best deal. One concern was that both my daughter's car and my truck went in with working ACs and came out with broken ones. But true to their word, they fixed them quickly.

Me and my partner just came to Goodyear and they were so nice and helpful. We brought our car because it kept bringing up a Low Tire pressure light and even after we filled it up it only went away temporarily. They took a look at our tires and fixed it in less than 5 minutes. I would definitely come here again when I get car troubles!

I arrived at 4:30 p.m. to have my tire checked to see if it was leaking. I noticed what appeared like a nail sticking out of my tire and wanted to see about getting it repaired. The salesperson, I think his name is Philip, that was sitting in the waiting area watching television. He told me that he was fully booked for the night and could not have a look at my tire. He also made it a point to tell me that they closed in 30 minutes and I can come back tomorrow morning and we can check it then. I decided to take it upon myself to begin to change my tire in their parking lot. When I asked him if he had a spray bottle that I could use to check and see if my tire was leaking, he then took an interest.If he wanted to provide actual customer service he would have done this the very minute I walked into the store and asked to have my tire checked.

These nice folks have helped us out twice now with our Jeep Wrangler. We have had 2 unrelated issues that left us stranded on the side of the road when we were in a big hurry. After how responsive they were in the first incident we elected to have the Jeep towed to them again this week for a brake issue. They looked at it right away and spent a significant amount of effort trying to diagnose the issue. While they couldn t resolve the 2nd issue since it was a computer problem, they recommended a nearby Jeep dealer who was able to get us back on the road the same day. They re not the closest Goodyear to us but from now on we ll take our cars here for tires and service.

All of the people who work there are very friendly and helpful. Front desk don't try to oversell you services, they will a find a way to help you with discounts that you may not know of. Comprehensive inspections, tire rotations and fluid fill always come with the oil changes. When they find issue, they always give you a written estimate, I tried taking one estimate to a competing place with the hope of getting a better deal. It would be a mistake to take your vehicle to the Dealership for routine car maintenance, you get better value from them. The BEST time to go is Sunday Morning, Best service around!

Amazing customer service. This crew is professionals, knowledgeable and courteous. Coming from West Virginia to New Braunfels and had a flat. Fixed faster than an Indy 500 pit crew!

Just wanted to drop a line, and say thank you. Recently I went into your Temple TX location, and Phil helped me out. Was having some issues with how my vehicle was running, and as a ASE certified tech myself had tried stuff on my own like tune up, and throttle cleaning along with some fuel additives, nothing helped. Phil recommend there fuel and top engine clean, and it was just what was needed. The vehicle is running better than when I bought it used. Looking forward to many years of future service

So I just wanted to give Lee a shout out! He is awesome. I pulled in after my 12 year old daughter spilled an entire large cup of fresh lemonade all over my brand new 2020 Equinox passenger side! Needless to say I needed to clean up the mess and quickly! He got me paper towels, came out with a trash bag and cleaner and helped me clean my car! Absolutely amazing :-):-) Would definitely recommend them for customer service :-) I was on my way to Baylor for my infants speciality appointment and would've been late without his help. Very professional and great customer service. I recently had an oil change and was also provided estimates on work needed to be done on my vehicle. Assistant Service Manager, Matt "Moe" Dees is always pleasant and professional. He exemplifies a sense of knowledge, patience and is very polite. I am new to the area and am glad to have found an auto service center that can provide A+ quality service. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

All of the people who work here are very friendly and helpful. They didn't try to oversell us... in fact, they found us all the discounts they could and it only cost $60 for both of our trucks to get complete inspections, oil changes, and tire rotations. When they found an issue with one of our trucks, they brought my husband into the shop and showed it to him instead of just expecting us to take their word for it. Best service around! We drove from Killeen and I'm very glad we did.

There was no negative star to give. Worst service ever, men just standing around smoking while I am the ONLY customer in store with my two kids, had appointment I showed up for 10 minutes early and almost two HOURS later they finally get done with JUST an oil change and tire rotation!! NEVER WILL I RETURN TO. A GOODYEAR for my cars services.

Exceptional customer service. Was told by another mechanic that I needed brakes but after inspecting the vehicle discovered I did not. Honest, courteous and professional. Got me in and out quickly for oil change. One of the best experiences I have had with vehicle repair.

Phil & his crew were outstanding. Came in last minute to check a tire leak & they figured out the problem, sealed it, & even replaced my tire pressure monitor sensor for an affordable amount. Even joked around & felt at home while waiting. Best service I ve had at a auto shop!
