I walked in knowing nothing about cars and I mean nothing as I don't even have my license yet, and they made me feel completely heard and understood. They took the time to explain things to me, found me the most amazing car, and they have didn't pressure me Into buying it, it was a very laid back experience and I got an amazing deal. Genuinely could not recommend a better place to get a car, the man who helped me find my perfect match of a car was named Eric pope, however every single person I met in that dealership was kind respectful and easygoing. Definitely recommend buying a car from here! 10/10

Bought a new car from them this week, everything was straightforward and the process was fairly easy. We got exactly what we were looking for in a new vehicle. Our sales woman, dasia*, was amazing. Financing manager was amazing and you can tell he knew what he was doing. Manager was great as well. All around a good car buying experience. I would definitely buy cars from them in the future.

One of the best Mazda dealerships I've been to thus far. I took my CX-50 in for routine maintenance and the service department was very thorough on the video provided but most importantly, very honest. I feel confident in their work ethic. Skylar provided excellent customer service from the moment I arrived as well. I will definitely go back and highly recommend this dealership.

No problem with the initial purchase at all. The GM reached out for a five star rating promising to do whatever it took to get it. I sent a message to him, the salesperson and the finance manager about a couple of minor issues with the vehicle and they ghosted me. Not impressed.

Just bought my car at this dealership. It s my second Mazda. It was an efficient process, a little lengthy, but very pleasant personnel. Unfortunately, I live in Georgetown so it is a little distant from my home. Terms were good also. Highly recommend.

Forgive me, but my overall experience was awful! The sales person (Adolpho) was the only bright spot alongside the young lady (Rosalinda) whom made my appointment. The enclosed photo was of the engine of the car I bought after having waited for over 3 hours for my newly purchased vehicle to be detailed. I think this depicts how the rest of my experience went...

Being immigrant here in USA specifically in Temple, Texas was very challenging. One of challenges we encountered here is the difficulty of public transportation, that s why having our own car is very important to us. In our country getting one takes very long process, so we expect same thing here in US, but we were so amazed in Mazda Garlyn Shelton. Last May 31 at about 2pm, after some discussion and drive test we finally made our decision, and that is to have the Mazda. On the following day, we went back to the office and Jason Snedeker (product specialist) did his best to release the car so we can take it home immediately , he also gave extended service to make us comfortable. We we re so satisfied with the service and patience they gave to us. Thank you so much.

This was the first time for us that we got a new car and I can really say that we had a great experience in garlyn shelton Mazda, and of course with the help of our product specialist Jason Snedeker. He did his best to make us comfortable from the very first day that we visit. It was great help for us that we easily got the car, because public transportation here in temple TEXAS was so difficult. We are really thankful to him and to Mazda. Hope you guys help more immigrant families like us! God bless you all ...

Great experience working with John McDaniel and Eric Pope at Mazda. Both were very informative and all around made the process so much easier in purchasing a vehicle. Taking the time out to explain the many questions that I had was wonderful as it may the decision even easier. Great work guys!

Eric is the best! I took my Mazda for routine maintenance a few weeks ago and met Eric then. I was not in the market for a new vehicle. However, I witnessed the care that Eric gave to my friend when trying to purchase a new Mazda and I was sold. It s not common to meet sales people that genuinely care for their clients. I now have an even better mazda with nice warranties thanks to Eric and the whole team. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to stop by!

I would like to give a huge shout out to Johnathan the sales man that walked us through the process of buying a car. When I walked in I was greated by a very friendly young lady to where she offered me something to drink and or a snack. All in all my experience was a good one and if you are looking to buy an automobile this is the place and Johnathan is your guy.

Did not show up at the dealership with the intent to buy unless we were satisfied with the vehicle and the service. We were well taken care of. It was nice getting to know our sales consultant Eric, and financing was even able to get us a good warranty on the vehicle.

Just when you thought the next person s experience wouldn t yours I was so WRONG! Garlyn Mazda DID NOT DISAPPOINT! I reached out to the dealership and spoke with a guy by the name of Eric P. He confirmed with me that the vehicle I was inquiring about was available and even text me an appointment time. I replied and asked for the address, which he provided. I then sent another message letting him know that if anything changes, to PLEASE let me know because I was coming from two and a half hours away. I arrive at the dealership, only to be told that the vehicle was sold the night before! WHAT!!!! So NO ONE could call me and tell me even after I asked to PLEASE let me know?? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Literally drove two and a half hours out for them to tell me the vehicle was sold! SMH

Extremely disappointed in the Mazda company for how they are handling the common problem of spider cracking on the navigation screen of my Mazda. I purchased the Ally Premier Protection extended bumper to bumper warranty only to learn that this isn t covered under the BUMPER TO BUMPER warranty and it will be $2,300 (quoted from a Mazda dealership) to fix. Now the screen is practically unusable, and come to find out this is a common manufacturing problem that hundreds of Mazda owners are having problems with. Also sad that this was a recall for some models, but not all. This is a safety hazard considering that the back up camera, GPS and navigation, mazda information and settings is all dependent ON THE SCREEN. This is my third and final Mazda I will ever buy and I m so disappointed on how this company is handling this.

Let s start with their Finance manager who straight out lied. Told me that I had to have an extended warranty in order to get financed. Then when I traded the Mazda in and then the fight began. I called and told them I needed to cancel the warranty I was told ok, email this address so I did. No response. I called a second time and was told I would have to speak to the finance manager and he would call me back. You guessed it, no call. The now third call I was told I would have to drive up to the dealership and sign to cancel.Apparently this dealership has not come into the 21st century and would rather inconvenience their customers than send a docusign or anything else.So I drive the 70 miles to the dealership and am told I have to wait for this ONE PERSON. The same person who flat out lied to me about this warranty. The general manager is telling me NO ONE else in this entire dealership can help me, absolutely no one.So I sit here and I wait.When I get back to this guys office he has the nerve to ask me what he can help me with? What you just spent 10 mins in the office talking to everyone I talked to, you know damn well why I am here. Then he wants proof that I sold the vehicle do you see that jeep out front? That s your proof.So I fill out this form and sign it. That s it he literally had to print out the warranty and the cancel document. No one else in the whole dealership could do this but one guy and it had to be done in person.I will update this review when and if I get my refund. I am not holding my breath and I am sure the paperwork will never get filed and I ll have to fight tooth and nail to get this done.

Amazing place with amazing deals, the Manager Marshall along with Eric and Landin are truly caring individuals. Can t say enough good things about these 3 individuals! Eric Pope, my salesman bought me lunch when I missed it due to wait time and Marshall even threw in some items as extra to compensate for my wait time!! Again you will not be disappointed shopping here.

I highly recommend Landon Fields if you want a car salesperson who is attentive to your needs and takes the time to listen to you. His quality of service is first-class. I bought two vehicles from him on the same day and I am happy to say I have no buyers remorse. I liked his thoroughness and follow- through. He is not pushy and he lets you know your options. After my purchases, I have called him several times to buy items for my vehicles. I am amazed at how he continues to be a delight to speak with each time. When you are considering purchasing a Mazda or any other type of vehicle, stop by Garlyn Shelton Mazda of Temple and ask for Landon Fields so he can give you an overview of the vehicles they have in stock. I also want to commend the staff and management for creating a welcoming and friendly environment.

Service center: Bobby and Skylar were awesome. They did a great job of explaining the services that were necessary. Communication was good. Pricing was better than other locations. Great customer service. I would highly recommend utilizing their service center for your vehicles repairs and maintenance. They are honest about what immediately should be done and what can wait.
