After the wind blew a tree limb into my "collector's truck", I was hesitant to allow anyone to touch it. It still had the original paint after 19 years. I selected Epperson bc of its reputation and competitive pricing. They fixed the truck in a timely fashion, but after picking it up, I noticed a slight flaw along the line of a panel. I took it back and asked their opinion. Immediately, the scheduled me to bring the truck back in and totally repainted the area, at no cost to me. Many say they have a "warranty", but Epperson's is "legit" and there were no questions asked or further payment required! Thank you Epperson, for keeping not only me, but those who will inherit the truck "happy campers"!!

It s hard to explain how happy I am to have found Epperson body shop. I have a family of 5 drivers and we have had some unfortunate events happen involving 3 out of our 5 cars. I was referred to Epperson and it s very easy to understand why. They are easy to work with, knowledgeable on how to work with your insurance, they do quality work and best of all they treat you like family. We have been so blessed to have our accidents handled by Epperson and we are truly grateful for everything they have done for my family!!! I recommend Epperson to everyone that asks as they have become family to me.

Brought them my car with an unpainted fiberglass hood and they painted it beautifully! They also fixes a few cracks it had from shipping as well. They quoted me a cheaper price on the phone and were willing to honor that in person, but I opted in to get the hood repaired by them before painted. HIGHLY recommend them, some of the nicest people i ve met.Service: Painting

The only place I will ever take my vehicle for repair. I love it when you find a business you can trust. If you're looking for honesty and quality in auto body repair shop you don't have to look any further. These guys take a lot of pride in what they do. A lot of old school talent here. Not so focused on doing just insuramce jobs. Good price excellent quality. Dont take forever to finish your job. Loys of pride in what they do. Service last beyond putchase with these guys. Will most definatly be spreading the word for these guys

I was in a small fender bender in Temple a lady didn't see me and pulled out in front of my front bumper. I took to another shop for an estimate, but Epperson is the shop I wanted to use. The other shop underestimated the repair by $2700. Epperson was able to get the extra money from the insurance company and did a stellar repair on my truck. My truck means a lot to me I've had it over 15 years and take incredible care of it, so I was heartbroken after the accident. But Epperson went above and beyond to get everything back in shape and even coordinated another huge repair needed that was WAY out of scope. I can't imagine what this process would have been like if I had used the shop who did the original estimate. There's no one else close to Scott and his team.

These guys are amazing! I've used them for bodywork twice in the last year and I swear half of my car is brand new at this point. I got into an accident months ago when an elderly guy ran into the side of my car, their insurance was a pain to get in contact with after the first few steps. Epperson's employees went out of their way to make the process less stressful, and even managed to schedule a rental (tried contacting many of the insurance agents multiple times and through many methods, the adjuster only answered to Epperson's call). There's many other ways Epperson went out of their way but this review would be very long. Anyways, there were some hiccups during the process since this business was expanding to a bigger building, but just about everything worked out in the end!Service: Body & Trim

My son hit a deer while home from college. I called all of the franchise repair shops only to be told it would take weeks (or months) to get an appointment for repair. Epperson got me in right away and had the car fixed before my son went back to school. Great work. Great communication. And all within the original estimate! I'll never go to anyone else.

I had a great experience at Epperson. My splash guard had come loose and I needed the missing screws and clips, and for it to be reattached. They squeezed me in as a walk-in and had me out of there in under an hour. It was also a very affordable rate. I had reached out to two other places who quoted a higher price and couldn't squeeze me in for several more days. Epperson also has a nice air conditioned waiting area and both employees I interacted with were so polite, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend and will definitely be going back.

Epperson s was simply the best experience when you re presented with a bad situation. My truck was hit in a parking lot and Epperson s took charge and got everything fixed and replaced that needed to be in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend! Very good people to work with! Absolutely outstanding! I got a quote at Caliber first, which even to me seemed outrageously high. They had also told me it would take 3 weeks to complete (a broken headlight and some scratches).Epperson s estimate was thousands of dollars less. When the work was complete, they even came in under their estimate! They had it done in 3 days. The work is fantastic. I couldn t be any happier and am so grateful and impressed! HIGHLY recommend!

I am so thankful I was referred to Epperson Paint and Body! They found and fixed the leak on the roof of my daughters car. They showed pictures and explained everything to me and they were so nice! After being told by the car dealership 3 times there was no leak. I can finally sleep at night knowing my daughters first car is now safe and good to go! All thanks to Epperson! My family has been using Epperson Paint & Body for many years and they never disappoint! Mr. Scott makes everything easy from contacting the insurance when there was a discrepancy between quotes to helping make sure I was able to get my rental car. Quality work at an affordable price with employees who genuinely care about the customer!

I recently purchased a newer Tahoe that had some damage on the bumper that I wanted to have fixed. I inquired by e-mail initially and got a response almost immediately, which is something I can t say about a few others I had requested info from...still waiting to hear from those people! So since he was timely in getting back to me and I had read a lot of good reviews, I took it to Epperson for an estimate. I was met by a gentleman named Scott and he was very helpful and very honest. He gave me a a very reasonable quote and I dropped my car off with him about a week later. I picked it up today and I am blown away by the amazing work they did! You would have never known it was damaged unless I told you! They matched the paint perfectly and I am beyond happy that I decided to take it to Epperson! Thank you for amazing work and making my beautiful Tahoe look brand new!

After hitting a deer, my Infiniti sustained extensive damage to the front end including grill, hood, headlight and more. I took it to Epperson on recommendation from a co-worker. I was impressed by their customer service and by the high quality of work. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job repairing my car. Scott, the owner, kept me up to date with the progress, and my car was ready within a few days. I'm very satisfied with the results. I would definitely recommend going to see Scott before you take your vehicle anywhere else for paint/ body work.

Scott was amazing! It feels so nice as a customer when you go to a place and they treat you well. They deserve every business that come their way.They fixed my ding in a matter of hours, provided a complementary ride, worked with the insurance and were so polite and honest. As a woman who will be getting dings in the future again-no matter where I park- I will be returning. I definitely recommend Epperson Paint & Body, Inc. to everyone!

This is my family's go-to place for any damage work. Scott is professional, explains everything thoroughly, and really knows his stuff. He has done several jobs for me and never pads the estimate. I trust him completely which says a lot. As a woman who doesn't know much about late model cars, I've been ripped off over the years, but never by Epperson's. He also gives repair options & my insurance company respects Epperson's so jobs go fast.

My son had his truck totally repainted here after a guy that was supposed to be a painter totally messed it up. Scott and the guys here did an awesome job. Also, all are very wonderful people to deal with. When you are referred to someone and think the price is too good to be true, believe me, that is the truth. Epperson Paint and Body made the truck look like new and put a smile back on my sons face. Thank you guys for a job well done.

Absolutely wonderful. Staff was very professional and upfront about vehicle repairs and quote. Suggested due to vehicles age, mileage and extensive damage it might be more cost effective to sell vehicle and buy another one with less damage. I appreciated his honesty and frankness reguarding the vehicle.

I dropped off some polyurethane heat vents for my hood that I had bought. The parts were made of plastic which can really be a pain to paint. These guys were great. The vents came out beautifully, and they did a good job of communication. I saw some other vehicles they were working on and they looked gorgeous. When I paid, the price was about $100 less than what I had been quoted. Any time I need paint done, this is where I'll be going.

I bothered to go to this company because of the name epperson . The owner of the place I believe his name was Tommy and a nice secretary they just had kindness and niceness all over them they know how to speak to people. I just love kind people good-hearted people I wish every business would be like this. They just jumped in and helped my car problem

The customer service at Epperson's was some of the best I've ever encountered. Scott really went the extra mile, and he's one of the kindest guys I've ever met. Not only was the service impeccable, the work was of the highest quality. If you're in the area and in need of a body shop, Epperson's is the only place to go.

The best and most friendliest place you can go! They are very honest! And are super fast on getting your vehicle back to you! Best body and paint work in central Texas for sure! You need work done this is the place to come!

My college son was tasked to find me 3 quotes on a damaged bumper while I was at training. He felt comfortable with how he was treated and the price and insisted I go there. I felt the same way during my visit. And my Infinity is looking good again!

While moving Our daughter from one college to another, she bumped into the back of the truck my husband Was driving at an intersection. We thought the car was done for. Mr Epperson was able to repair the car while we were in another city getting our daughter moved in. It looked like nothing had ever happened and our daughter says it drives even better than before. Thank you again!

Great job and fast! We just had them do some work on my father in laws truck and they did a great job! He couldn't tell there was ever any damage! You can't ask for anything better than that!
