I live in Killeen, we have our own Toyota here, but I always insist on driving here for services. That should already be a testament on the quality of service Don Ringler Toyota provides their customers

I have used Don Ringler Toyota service for 5 years - their technicians and service managers are superb. Worked with Cathy and McKenzie for 2-3 years and have found their estimates to be accurate and helpful. Our daughter brings her Tacoma from San Diego to Don Ringler for major service! DR Toyota service is HIGHLY recommended!

Drove 30 minutes here to get the service because the closest one in Killeen was bad. First off, the customer representative, Cathy, was very friendly and professional. The mechanic actually filmed a video and explained everything about the multiple inspection reports and his recommendations. They are honest about recommending the actual services that my car would need. The maintenance process was fast as well. I was in and out in less than 2 hours without an appointment. While waiting, Scott helped me look around the car lot and gave me a lot of helpful information about the type of car that I was looking for. They are reliable, and I will definitely come back in the future for service or new car purchase.

Extremely satisfied with the service provided at this dealership. This is our second car from Don Ringler Toyota. Scott helped us with finding out the car we needed. He is really helpful and professional. He is very quick to respond to calls and messages . I would highly recommend third dealership and Scott to everyone looking for first class service.

Bought my car here in 2021. Always had excellent service and care! Came here for my state inspection too. They get a laugh out of my car with only a little over 2000 miles on it...

Don Ringler provided fast friendly service, I was having a standard service performed on my vehicle. They went above and beyond my expectations as a customer and provided me with a service worth coming back for. If I had to very picky, the only thing I would have loved was of my seat had been moved back to where it was prior to the service, and again I'm really grasping for anything I was not satisfied with at this point. Honestly I'll be back while I live in Temple for future services.

I have two Toyota vehicles and have had them serviced with Don Ringler since I bought them. Getting service done here is quick and easy. From the moment my advisor meets me in the drive to pick up. It s always a quick and easy experience. Work is done right and my vehicles have had no issues. Mika, and Cliff always explain everything and are always a pleasure to work with!

Great service today at Ringler's. Got Tacoma inspected and regular maintenance performed and was in and out in less than an hour. Staff is always polite, respectful and knowledgeable.

Cliff, Stephanie and Bella are great professionals. This service department is one of the best in the nation. Every single time I take my vehicle for service they provide remarkable customer service. SERVICE CUSTOMERS BEWARE:I dropped off my vehicle, a Lexus SC430, for assessment due to a malfunctioning electronics which turned out to be a faulty Skid ECU. They quoted me a price of over $4,400 for the part. When I inquired as to the cost of the part I was told that it had to be purchased from Lexus and they had no control of that. I asked what Lexus charged them and was initially told that he sees a lot of vehicles and couldn't recall the cost. When I asked him to then look it up, he then stated that he couldn't disclose that information. I left the dealership with my car and found the part on the Lexus web site for $2,705.32. This was fairly close to what I had researched previously and found a cost of about $2500.00. So they padded the cost of the part by over $1700.00. The labor quote of 2 hours is above the 1.3 hours quoted from Lexus. I know they're a business and in it to make a profit, but clearly it is at the expense of building patient loyalty and dealing with their customers in a honest and transparent manner. One might even consider them to be crooks. Regardless, only a fool would take their vehicle to this dealership for repairs, and if looking at purchasing a new vehicle I would counsel you to look elsewhere because they'll stick it to you come service time and would be no surprise if the absence of integrity is mirrored in other departments like sales. A blight on the TOYOTA brand.FYI to Dealer GM Bruce Wertz (whose 5 star review for his own service department is below): I have made plans to purchase a 2021 Toyota Supra GR as well, but will travel to Austin where I can deal with a more ethical dealership. Wife looking for a new RAV4 as well; we'll be driving South for that as well.

I enjoy working with the team at the dealership, however the website needs updating! I set an appointment to have new tires put on my car. The website asked what type of car I had & nothing else! With just that information it listed only one type and set of tires. So I made an appointment and expected everything to be ready to go when I arrived. I found out that the tires their website listed were not the ones I needed for my car. I didn't really appreciate the lady at the dealership acting like I made the mistake in putting in the wrong tire size, but she was nice in ordering the correct tires & setting an appointment for when they would be in. All in all the order was finally made & hopefully I can get the tires done soon!!
