Debbie was amazing! She made the purchase process as simple as it could ve been, was attentive to our questions and requests, and made our in/out timing super fast on pickup day. We will absolutely be using her again for future purchases!

I can t say enough about this dealership. On the 21st of September I bought my brand new 2019 Colorado. We had signed all of the paperwork and everything leading up to that had been honestly one of the easiest car buying experiences I ve ever had. I was driving my first brand new vehicle home and was cut off from the far left lane causing my truck to T-bone their SUV. My truck had less than 50 miles on it. The driver was distracted and saw the street they needed to turn onto and I simply had no time to react and slammed into them. As you can imagine, I was extremely upset and hurt both physically and emotionally as this was my first brand new vehicle I have ever had. A trip to the emergency room and broken pinky later, I made it back to Don Ringler who, without the slightest hesitation, hooked me up with a loaner vehicle. Everyone there was truly sympathetic to my situation and honestly it felt like family. Thank you Sean Campbell, Alex Best, Kyle the manager, and Morgan the finance guy. You guys have left an impression on both myself and my family and we will NOT buy from any other dealership.

When we arrived we were greeted by Mr. Harold Allen and felt welcomed right away. He was a pleasure to work with through the entire process and didn t drag along like other places. We told him what we wanted and he is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and their features. He made sure we were 100% happy with our purchase! The conversations we had in between and kindliness towards the kids will have us returning back to Harold in the future! Once my vehicle arrive at dealership everything went smoothly. I was able to test drive the car and James explained to me the many options the Transverse offers. The windows were tinted while working on payment for my vehicle. It was great working with James because he was not pushy and he listen to my needs. I had tried to buy a car at a Chevrolet Dealership in Killeen, but left there because the man that I was dealing with cared more about making a sale than my what I wanted in a vehicle. This is why I left that dealership and come over to Don Ringler in Temple.Don Ringler at Temple made me feel at ease throughout the process . Everyone was extremely friendly. I'm a veteran and it was nice getting to met other veterans that happen to work at the dealership. It was nice sitting down and talking about our military service. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends.

Where do I start... Well the staff there is very welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. Soon as I walked in the person knew my name and greeted me with a smile. And said right on time for your scheduled appointment. After maintenance the person that checked me out was very nice. Bought online basically. Arrived viewed vehicle. Signed paperwork and drove my new blazer home.! There s not a more low pressure deal around. The staff are helpful and trained to teach you how to operate your new car. Connected phone and off we went.! Thank Donnie and Kory Jumper y all are the G.O.A.T. S of car buying today.!

Honestly had a pretty awful interaction with the people at this dealers service department took my truck in because it lost power so I had it towed there and they scheduled an appointment for me they said the next available time was 10 days after it was brought in so I said okay maybe they were slammed, but even then it took them another week to get my truck in the shop. Then they called and said it was ready to be picked up, so we go to pick it up and they it was going to be a thousand dollars to get air out of my fuel lines no parts were changed nothing just get air out of my fuel lines. Then they tried to scam me out of an extra $330 because when they called to schedule the appointment they said to run the diagnostic it was going to be $330 but if I got it fixed there I would not be charged for the diagnostic low and behold we confronted them and they backed down and we ended up only paying $495. Overall I wouldn t recommend them to anyone and will never be going back to give them my business and I suggest you do the same unless you don t need your vehicle for weeks and want to overpay for the work.

I got a letter that my heated seats chip was in and to call the dealership. I called Don Ringler and was able to make an appointment fairly quickly. When I took my pickup to the dealership, Andrea welcomed me in. I left the pickup and was told it would take a while. They called much quicker than I expected and told me it was ready. Andrea had my paperwork and keys ready for me when I walked in the door. It was a great experience.

We were greeted with a smile and felt welcome. The experience went smoothly and Mr. James Knuth was outstanding. James was very helpful and explained very well. He even called to follow up with our new purchase. I will recommend Don Ringler Automotive to my family and friends.

We had a recall fixed. From past experiences, I was dreading going there but as it turned out, there was nothing to dread. Amanda was very pleasant and helpful. Even with all of my phone calls beforehand and stupid questions, everybody was courteous and knowledable. Highly recommend!

Debbie Sheppard is the absolute best vehicle salesperson I've ever dealt with. 100% upfront and straight with you through out the whole process. Made the build to order process as easy and pain free as possible, and kept us up to date throughout. I can't recommend her enough!

I was going to give a 1 star review, but it was partially fixed on their side. I am from Oklahoma and not familiar with many places down here. With that, I had a dually towed to this dealership on June 5th. They called me on the same day and said that they would not be able to get to it until the 15th. I was fine with that. They also informed me that they would run a diagnostic to see what was causing the issue. They said if I did not get it fix there, it would be $330, but if I fixed it there, I would just pay for the labor and parts. I called on the 15th and 16th. Nothing had been done to the truck. I go up there on June 19th and they told me the truck was finished. They NEVER APPROVED fixing it through me nor did they call to let me know that it was even being worked on. They just fixed it on their own and when I got there, they tried to charge me almost $1,000 for the diagnostics and labor. No parts were needed. Keep in mind, I NEVER approved them to do anything to the truck and also told me that I wasn't going to have to pay for the test. They ended up taking it off, but the worker in the service department that WAS NOT helping us checkout continuously kept saying that is not how this works and was very rude overall. the lady that WAS checking us out was very patient and understanding and we appreciate that. I appreciate them taking the test fees off like I was told in the beginning, but not a happy customer overall and will not be using them again.

From the first time I stepped into the dealership to the minute I walked out with the car I felt welcomed. The dealership was not pushing hard to sell a car and listen to what we wanted. The first time I went to the dealership I wanted to view and test drive one specific car which showed on lost on the website but was not in. We then left and provided a phone number for arrival of a car that could be driven. With other dealerships around we found the car I wanted to test drive and went for it. The experience at the other dealership was not the same they were pushy and wanting to sell with mark up. So we went right back and talked to Mr. Cook again to put a deposit down. He sat with us talked about the car gave us an eta and specs. When it arrived he took the time to show me the vehicle and had it out front ready to go. Not once did they try to push something else on me knowing I wanted that specific car. They kept me updated on the shipment knowing it was at the port when I put a deposit down. If purchasing another vehicle down the road I would definitely return as you can t find a dealership like this one

Communicated well over the phone since I am located in Tyler, Texas. Upon arriving at the dealership from Tyler, the staff was well prepared and promptly began the process. From the test drive of my trade in vehicle to walking out with my new truck was around 2 hours. Couldn t of asked for a better experience from the beginning to end.

Service was great and repairs were done in a timely manner, but the one thing I was concerned with, which was the color matching of my paint, it seems like the Ringler Collision Center could not get quite right. Now my car has two tones of red and my detail stripping are different colors as well. All this to me could have been avoided if only someone would have double checked the work closely before releasing my vehicle back to me.

The service young lady was great. But we have a problem with the dealership in whole. When we bought the vehicle we questioned the tires on the truck and we re told that the factory 17 were replaced with 20 . When questioned we were told it was standard practice. We inquired about having the 17 put back on and we re told we would have to pay extra for that. Now we find out that the tires are actually 22 and not 20 .The truck is very bouncy and hard to drive with the bouncing.Love every Chevrolet truck I have had except for this one.

Our sales rep, Kyle, was extremely helpful. Greeted us quickly and was able to answer all questions confidently and showed us trucks that fit our budget. He was upfront about costs and didn t try to hide anything, and I never felt pressured to make a purchase.Once we decided on a vehicle, we had the pleasure of working with Morgan in financing to help us get a great rate on our loan and fit our budget for monthly payments.Both of these folks were extremely helpful and I will be back in the next 12 months when it comes time for my wife to get a new vehicle

Sean was just the absolute best! With the low inventory issues going on he kept me up to date on the status of the traverse I was excitedly waiting to arrive. He messaged me anytime he had any information and the day when it arrived he immediately sent me a picture saying look what arrived. Best message ever! When we were at the dealership he was very honest, knowledgeable and just a good guy. Jason also was great! Again very knowledgeable and honest. Both are funny guys. Felt like talking with friends in between all the business stuff. I would highly recommend these guys!

Was a great car buying experience. Charlie was professional, friendly and absolutely no pressure. We met a lot of employees and everyone was over the top nice and friendly. Kudos to Morgan who made the paperwork a breeze and was super nice to interact with. Thank you one and all for your help and making this the most positive car buying experience we've ever had. We will certainly recommend Don Ringler Chevrolet! Update: Latest Service and Vehicle purchase: We take all our vehicles to Don Ringler. Andrea in service always takes great care of us. Steve our Corvette Tech. always takes the time to answer any questions we have and is really helpful with advice. We just made ANOTHER vehicle purchase with Charlie, who worked with us through all the processes. Morgan in Finance gently walked us through all the paperwork necessary for a more involved transaction. We cannot say enough good things about the professional, courteous and friendly staff at Don Ringler. Thank you all.

Tara was my service advisor. I can't say enough about how nice and helpful she was. I know absolutely nothing about cars, and she was so patient and helped me understand what was happening. She took the time to make sure I was satisfied and explained everything that was done and what was needed. She is definitely an asset to Don Ringler.Because of her service (and the overall experience and quality of work there), I will recommend Don Ringler to everyone I can.
