Just got my Pride ZT8 from Mr. Earl at Don's Mobility. He is a very friendly and highly knowledgeable person. The whole experience ordering and receiving went excellent. Thank you sir for your support. One thing I've learn is to buy locally, that way it is checked out by professional before taking it home.Thanks again.

I need a mobility scooter temporarily due to a back injury. I had thought to just rent one but was unable to find any available. Ed at Don's Medical was very knowledgeable and talked about all the different scooters in the store. We decided to buy a scooter partially because Ed gave us a great deal. We probably would have ended up spending as much on a rental. (If we could ever find one.)

Ed went far and beyond to assist me. The lift for my scooter wouldn't operate after install. They ordered another. It had an issue. He and his installer worked to get it resolved for me. All were very courteous, and helpful. I'm happy the Temple, Tx VA contracts with them. We are fortunate to have access to such good help.Thanks fellas!!

Not the original Don owner.Found what I needed.Hoping for what looks like a good product.Hoping for good service on product if needed.He keeps not having repair help.He ended up being honest and just letting us keep the product at half priceIn a way I feel sorry for this new owner and in a way notNot having repair help or understanding contracts is one thing. But, bringing us a urine soaked product is another.

Mr. Don always a nice person to deal with. I rent a scooter when we go places that I have to walk quite a bit for. So always a pleasure to do business Enjoy

We rented a small red scooter so my husband could attend our daughter s graduation in Belton back in May 2018. I had researched scooter rentals and Don s had better prices than where we live.I was so impressed because when we got to the store the guys mentioned that it was a good thing that we had called to reserve it because someone else had come in wanting to rent it, but they saved it for us. The only thing we had done to reserve it was give our name and number. They didn t know if we d really show up but they took us at our word instead of a for sure rental. These guys are men of their word and run the business with integrity, so rare now!We re going to be buying a small scooter for my husband to help him get around now on a daily basis. Guess who I m calling? Yep, Don s, which is 2 1/2 hours away from where we live. They made quite an impression on us! Oh, the scooter ran great last year too!Update 11/5/2021 We did end up buying the scooter over a year ago and we did end up going back to Don s. The scooter runs great!

This place is Great. I would highly recommend them for any of your mobility needs they are prompt, courteous, and efficient. They were even ready to install a used part to get by until the new one came in! Good to find someone who cares!

It says Don's, but it is actually run by Ed Stone. They have what you need at a lower cost than other places. Being across from the Temple VA they serve the veterans, the hospital and civilians. They have rentals on most of anything like knee riders, manual wheelchairs and power chairs. I stop in to visit, just to see what kind of new equipment they have.

A great place to go and get help with powerchairs and other medical need for the disabled. Friendly people who are also Vets who support the wounded warrior project. I highly recommend them to other who are looking for medical equipment for themselves or their loved ones.

The two gentlemen here are super friendly and knowledgeable! I will absolutely go there when I need to rent an electronic scooter!!! When I finally decide to buy one, it will definitely be from them! Unbeatable prices AND great customer service!!!

Without an appointment, I was able to bring my chair in to have the break fixed. I really appreciated this as my Dad uses this chair daily and it was becoming dangerous.

My lift chair (purchased in another state, 2012) got stuck in the lift position, and wouldn't return to normal upright state. Called Don's and the tech showed up same day, diagnosed & fixed the issue. Since retiring to Temple, Don's has become our go-to place to address mobility equipment issues.
