I gave an hours notice I was coming.I drove an hour to get there. I got there and waited an hour longer easy my car was ran sacked they took about 20$ in change and I ve yet to locate my mailbox key that was in the side door. They were rude and didn t care that I was even there to get my belongings. All of my stuff was thrown in the back trunk area in disarray.NTM when my car left I could open my passenger door when I got there I couldn t. What changed? They could have said F it and treated my car like Jack. The drivers were all thugs and shady characters. They transported my car from K&S towing in round rock and I never released my vehicle(illegal).I told K&S towing I would be there Thursday morning after my work week to get my belongings and they towed it anyways I suppose. I set up a time the day after my accident on a Friday with K&S towing to get my stuff but they left before then. Bad businesses. Skaters. Getting by on people not speaking up.

I have two vehicles at the Copart Temple, Waco; 1 will be going to a shop.The other will be staying.The staff was fabulous. After I gave them the necessary, proper numbers from their VINs, the vehicles were brought up so I could retrieve my items.A young man assisted me in getting a cart to the vehicles. Everything from my van was neatly packed in containers I had at the ready, and moving the items was easy.I would like to say a very big Thank You to Everyone who helped me. I deeply appreciated all their help from answering my questions to helping me get to the vehicles.Keep up the Fantastic Jobs you all do. You all are experts in your fields of expertise. Again I appreciate all of you. You did a job well done.Barbara Moschilli

Google really needs to put a 0 star button, but. I was on hold for multiple hours. Some lady answered and when I told her the problem. (I paid the $20 "in person fee" while I was there. I guess the lady who took my payment did not mark it down as such because it is saying I still owe the money.) She stated "I'll connect you to card member services", because she did not want to fix the issue. (When you talk to card member services, they state that there is nothing they can do that I need to contact the yard since it deals with them directly and is missing funds." Now, after waiting for 39 minutes, the lady came back on and said "Bye-bye" and hung up on me. So now my account is still locked over a stupid $20 "in person fee" that I paid for. To top it all, "Why don't you just pay for it with a debit/credit card?" is what they say. Yet they act dumb founded when I ask how do I make the payment for my $40,000 trailer with a debit/credit card when Copart has a daily limit of $10,000 on the website that NEVER works and constantly says "Your payment cannot be completed, please contact card member services" and a $20,000 in person debit/credit limit. It does not make much sense to me, and they could care less. It's honestly sad what Copart has come to. I remember when you could go walk to yard and look at whatever cars you wanted for as long as you wanted. Without them holding your hand to only look at 3. And crying about the 3 you are looking at. Now, a $20 in person fee when purchasing anything pretty much over $10,000. And a $20 fee to write on a title? Or $15 to send it? It's just ridiculous. And it cost them absolutely nothing to write on that said title. Thank you for reading my book if you did. But it's ridiculous.

I would give a ZERO rating if possible but it doesn t allow! We have purchased a total of 58 lots maybe more since May or June 2023. We wire our payments promptly to Copart although they are too incompetent to transfer the funds to our account to transfer funds to pay for purchases in order to pick up. Yes I realize that they have a ignorant policy of 3 to 4 hours to transfer funds although if you wire funds this is a secure wire by the banking industry and secured as is wired from one financial institution to another!If it was paid via check or credit card I can understand a hold and wait time!It does not take days nor hours to make this transaction!If you going in business with these guys to purchase cars . Think twice!!!

Just drove from Houston to look at a couple of vehicles and was told that I can t view them because they are not yet listed for auction. Then why did they tell me I can come and take a look at those specific vehicles.. I called last week to make sure and now I have to drive back and come when it s time for bidding Great. Thank you for wasting my time on this drive. I hope they see this.

This one is my favorite copart. They work fast and the ppl r respectful. They gave me coffee last time I was there getting my title. It was really cold outside. The loader with the glasses is very nice. I wish the parking lot was paved though. It s really dusty. But always nice to get out of the dallas and buy a few cars from this location as well. Nice and quaint. Be sure to check if the car is really there or at the other location they have in Taylor Tx.

Wish I never had to incounter these people super rude and the only reason I had to talk to them was because they took my car without permission and then dropped it from a transport truck joking about how good thing my car was total to begin with which was never the case because they damaged my car so much my insurance wanted to total it. It's been two weeks and I haven't heard from them about negligence and damages from my vehicle.

Don t go here if you re latino, stacy will automatically assume you speak only spanish and talk to you like you are inferior. that lady should not be allowed to work anywhere, terrible customer service. her life at home must be the worst.

the worst experience I've ever had. I went to sell my car. and the morning treated us as if we were animals. He did not want us to sell the cars. I do not recommend anyone to come to this place. the manager thinks she owns the place. He treated us with racism because we were Latinos and we were going to sell 3 cars. that there were many

Very frustrating, Very slow Very rude loader. Disorganized lot, he's just sitting doing nothing and wate time is 2 to 3 hours. Unbelievable!!!

awful experience. front desk lady was very passive aggressive and rude, didn t need unnecessary comments but whatever. mistreatment of my vehicle when it was only there for a short amount of time for a field inspection (it wasn t totaled or anything only cosmetic damage) seat on my bike was unscrewed, arrived with my bike s battery dead and was left in the elements uncovered so now my bike is developing rust.

Stacy was very rude. It wasn't worth my time even though we were looking to spend money on all the things needed. I saw by the reviews she has a habit of this attitude she has. You must be hard up for good employees and management. Very bad experience

Be aware, management allows employees to steal stuff out of the cars and even if they clearly take photos of keys and stuff, nothing stops them from stealing them and management backs them up

Stacy That's the name of the manager who mistreated us today, being Latina. Copart should not have people like her working , lacking empathy, sensitivity and no level of professionalism. I am very disappointed and humiliated, also discriminated against. We are Latino, but we are bilingual. The lady speaks English because she thought we were not going to understand her. People like this are the ones who are ashamed of their own roots. Very disappointed.

Horrible customer service I bought a vehicle paid online well couldn't pick it up called said I wanted to relist it. They said ok a week later car still on my account finally got ahold of manager after 10 calls the she said u paid for the vehicle we I'm not eligible for relist. Super rude I wasn't worried about the money as I buy plenty of cars a month. But she didn't even want to tell me the process to re sale the car on auction. Let's just say last time I'll deal with waco copart.and the lady charged me 100 storage for their mistake. She apologized and said well u owe us 100 dollars. What a crazy way to do business.

They work with tow drivers who are aggressive and they pulled a GUN on us(buyer) for asking to park the vehicle somewhere else in our own property. Management does give 2 s**** about it, sent email to the regional and property manager no response.

HORRIBLE service. Took forever to talk to anyone and my kayak is missing . They kept trying to say it was the tower and then went back on their word and said they did move things around in my car. They have zero record of anything or of who moved my personal items. They must have misplaced the most expensive thing in my car. You will be hearing from me.

Horrible place to work for as a contracted wrecker!! Absolutely no customer service values. And will lie constantly!And if you compare reviews from when they changed management it really shows how this place has gone down the tube. I'd say about 3 to 4 years ago management changed.Don't bite the hand that feeds you!

The process is easy and all fees up front so when you pay for the car you get your paperwork the same time you pick up your car. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Ashley helped me quite a bit and has always greeted me with a smile.

My insurance company Bristol West a division of Farmers Insurance without my permission towed my car to this place to take pictures and assess damages after I was rear-ended. While my car was there someone stole from my car a Stanley fat max emergency jump pack and several other things from my car. We're going all out for a full investigation and report it to the Texas Attorney General.

Since no one on the planet would help me get my stuff even after I gave some of them money. And I was injured in the wreck when I was hit by a 18 wheeler. They told us we had two weeks then lied twice about the bank and the insurance company picking it up. No inventory slip. No notice. My whole life was stolen from that car.they are scam artistsCan't stop crying been crying for a month . Even neighbors said they would the me but hid from meMake them wit. Make them carry all your shitr out of the car even if you are going to the hospital. Make them do it I lost my entire life and these bastsrds with the help of the north austin redneck coop helped them do not trust these people they don't follow laws

This place is very unprofessional and difficult to work with. If your insurance tries to send your car here try to avoid at all costs!! They will hold on to your car without providing information despite calling and asking. They ll lie and give you the run around

Good afternoon everyone, I strongly advise against picking up cars on this copart. I came to pick up a car for a client ... on Efrokt elevator I refuse to load my car on a trailer ... they extorted money, after which I refused to take the car and pay them separately money into my pocket. I lost 2 hours of my time, I told the dispatcher to never dial cars from this Copart again

Someone stole a personal item from my car while on their lot. The manager was very rude about it and didn't seem the least bit concerned. I would not let me car get towed there again without removing every item. They went through the entire car. I would be very careful if you are forced to deal with them.
