I totally loved how fast and efficient the service was. I had been searching for someone that would do service on a Mercedes Benz and I was told they have a experienced worker who work on foreign cars. I felt at ease that the job would be DONE right. I was worried about getting back home after leaving my vehicle but Christian Brothers have a courtsey car to provide you with rides. The entire staff was very nice and I will be using them for All my service needs.Thanks and see you all soon!

Updated after a more recent visit: Continue to highly recommend. Same high standards with both service and interactions. Love the added transparency with their use of online pics with a clear description of current conditions and symptoms. Will continue to take our vehicles here without hesitation.Highly recommend. Consistent and professional experience with every interaction from the tech to the team lead to the store manager. Felt informed without pressure and honestly just cared for. Will be back for sure.

Quick service with recommendations that they were not pushy about. Last year I had the same service done on my car and they did preventive procedures to either identify if there was a leaf or not. A little more in costs, but I feel you get what you pay for. Very satisfied.

They're very friendly and did a great job on my car! Being able to see the reports and approve of the service and billing online is super convenient. I would definitely take my car back here if it needs service again.

I took my car in and within an hour and a half it was fixed and I was back on the road. It was making a lot of noise when I pushed on the gas peddle. Turns out I just needed a bent bolt replaced.. They were extremely professional, fair and their prices excellent!!! I would definitely go back again!

Very impressed with the way this place does business! My car is one step away from blowing up. These guys checked it out for me, told me what the most pressing issues were that needed to be fixed, and got it done in less than a day. They were very patient about explaining what needed to happen and why and what the cost would be (a couple times even). The customer service was excellent as well. Very friendly, knowledgeable people that I felt 100% comfortable leaving my car with and trusting that they know what their doing. In the end it worked out great, cars riding better than it did when i first got it.

Took in my SUV that's over 20 years old. They diagnosed a terrible sound as wheel bearing/ hub. I had them replace that and a list of other suspension parts. After the test drive there was still a noise. It needed a replacement transfer case. They got one as quickly as possible. Overall, a very simple process for me to get a lot of work done professionally. Never felt pressured to get services I didn't need or want. Will definitely be going to them for all my vehicles.

My daughter traveled through Temple as she headed back to college with 2 friends. Her car breaks down. I called a couple of places but Christian Brother s is the one who was willing to help. They recognized the urgency, modified their schedule, and accommodated my daughter immediately. They found the problem, fixed the problem, and got her on the way in less than 60 minutes.As a dad, I am extremely grateful for their service and compassion! Thank you for turning a really bad day into good one.

I called first thing and spoke with Cassidy, who was amazingly nice! With no appointment and never having been there I rolled up 2 hours later with a plug in my tire thinking I needed it patched. Brian (pretty sure), who was JUST as nice as Cassidy helped.They took my car around super quickly, and man they were busy!Came back and reported that they had tested the plug and verified it was holding, that I really didn t need a patch. Then refused to let me pay for even the testing or diagnostic.It takes A LOT to trust a garage isn t trying to just make money off you. These guys absolutely only care about keeping people happy and safe, not their wallets. They ll be the only garage to ever touch my car again.

I had a sprayer problem to my windshield wipers and a steering question. They made a prompt appt. to diagnosis to make repairs if needed, they were efficient, professional. Waiting time was 1-1/2 hrs. finding minimal repairs & encourage my safety in my vehicle. I trust their work.

My usual mechanic has been very busy and hired new help. Unfortunately as all businesses can change the new help just doesn't do the quality work I trusted. My first experience with Christian Brothers was an outstanding experience, very honest, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Needless to say next time I am in need of automotive help Christian Brothers will be my go to.

Great service, courteous, and knowledgeable.I had several issues with my truck. They give a detailed write up including photos of everything needed and recommended for repair by text and website. My truck is running great. I would definitely come back

Towed in with a shot radiator one hour in on an eight hour trip home. Dropped off 11:30, on the road home at 2:00. If I bumped someone, my apologies. These guys GOT IT DONE!Excellent communication, excellent work. Old school still is the norm at Christian Brothers.Thank you. KLH

I got scammed by another shop and these awesome people fixed my car and are very kind. My car was fixed quickly and they even offered me a shuttle back to my apartment. Worth every penny !

This business is clean, professional, friendly, efficient. They offer shuttle service promptly. The issue I thought I had would of cost a bit 400.00 but turned out it was just loose not needing full repair or replace and again they could of charged me diagnostics or something to fix but they did not. I will be returning as needs arise. Thank you for a great experience.

They got me in and out and best of all they serviced my car for free. Granted it was just to take my tire from the truck and put it on but they could have charged me. This was great for me. As I didn t have much money. I m truly grateful.

These guys go above & beyond in getting your vehicle serviced in the most professional way possible! Their staff are amazingly helpful & very polite and their fees are very reasonably priced! They maintain communication with you, they have a convenient free shuttle service! Brought my vehicle here for a transmission service. There was nothing wrong with the transmission. I was just trying to care for my vehicle. A few days after the service, the transmission started throwing error codes. I returned and asked them about the issue. They stated the problem was a "coincidence". Their solution was replacing the transmission for $10K. I declined. The dealership quoted $8.5K to replace the transmission. I declined that as well. Ultimately I found a mechanic that fixed the actual issue for $1K. So this place was even more expensive than the dealership, yikes.Service: Transmission

1st off I called them weeks ago about my rear brake line leak. They said they'd look at it for nothing and then we'll go from there. I brought it in Friday, dropped it off and explained to the guy at the counter that the busted brake line was probably where the line from the ABS Module to where it connects above the rear differential. He told to look at it was 60 something dollars then I get notified this morning with them saying, "they don't do that kind of work" !!!! They could've told me that when I told them where the problem was. Thanks for wasting my time and money that you said you wouldn't charge me.!!!!

Made an appointment online for the following week to get my starter looked at. I got an email that confirmed appointment. Drove there the following week only for them to tell me they don't work on vehicles more than 10 years old. They said they tried calling me but my phone log doesn't show it and the only email I got from them was the one confirming my appointment. They could have did a better job letting me know before I drove all the way up there

Christian Brothers repaired my ac on my wife s Buick. Work done in a timely manner and works Great! Price was as quoted. They told me the work would have a warranty for 3 years or 36000 miles. About a year later ac started to not cool properly. Took it back was checked out and they repaired the leak at a service port. Fix was covered under their warranty. Thanks for your honesty!
