Caliber Collision in Temple had excellent service. I went there immediately after my accident and received great care. Hyeok was amazing. She helped me find a rental car and called the company because she saw I was struggling to find something. They were also great at helping handle the chaos that was going on. I had to leave my car there for a period of time before it was moved somewhere else and they were so nice on helping. I am grateful for them after everything happened.

Long story short the wife and I's car had a deer run into the passenger side front quarter and right side door the Wed before Christmas.Contacted the insurance company and Caliber was one of the options and came highly recommended seeing as we know someone who works for Caliber. Was supposed to pick up the car today but no dice. Knowing our insurance company cut them a check before we even turned the car in you think they would order the parts they needed right then but no that didn't happen. So keeping our car another 9-10 days is unacceptable. Will not be using them again. PERIOD! Especially when I can order the parts needed off freaking eBay!!!!

Caliber Collision on W. Ave M Temple is by far the best in town! Hyeok was very attentive and caring and very helpful and informative with all my questions and concerns. She definitely set my mind at ease with her knowledge of the process. Mike was amazing at keeping me in the loop of things and sent notifications if something would be off schedule!!! The service is excellent. They updated me almost daily to let me know what parts they are waiting on. My car looks beautiful again and it drives as it did before my accident. I was a little worriedit would never run the same. Entire front end needed replaced. Would recommend Caliber Collison to anybody needing auto work. I love the communication and frequency of texts and or calls. I received a text every few days to give me an update about my car without me even asking. They were responsive whenever I called or checked in and answered all of my questions before, during, and after my car was taken care of. They also cleaned out my car, which I didn't expect but greatly appreciated. I highly recommend doing business with them.

I had a GREAT experience here today with Victoria the service advisor who constantly kept me well informed about the status of my vehicle. She communicated clearly and listened to my concerns and remembered every detail. I will definitely be coming back, and I encourage others to use this location as well. Catlin worked on my car. The customer service was amazing she kept me informed all through the process. I am very pleased with the work that was done on my vehicle it looks brand new and I will most definitely recommend this place of business to others. She even handled all the back and forth with the insurance company and made sure that my claim was paid when it came time for my retrieval of my car the process was simple. If I could give them 10 stars I would that's how pleased I am. oh did I forget to mention the lifetime warranty

I had to bring my truck in due to someone running a stop sign and hitting my front bumper. Caliber was able to get the parts in very quickly to get my truck fixed. I was in and out in a timely manner just like they promised. Thank you Michael for the great customer service.

So far they have had great customer service. I'll update when I get my car back.It has been several weeks and I am pleased with the repair. The staff was friendly and considerate.The first pick up I inspected the repair and found no issues, however I had to turn the vehicle back in because my impact sensors would not communicate with the ecm. If this had been caught I would give 5 stars.This aside I would still take my vehicle back here. They move very quickly and accommodate your needs.

Outstanding service!The Caliber Collision team helped me with my car repairs after my vehicle was involved in an accident. I was provided with professional and thorough service from start to finish.Tyler, the representative who I mainly interacted with, was very professional and kept me updated throughout my entire process. My vehicle was finished 5 days ahead of schedule, and the Caliber Collision team stayed an hour past closing time to ensure I received my car the day they informed me of.I highly recommend this facility to those who want professional, timely, and friendly service!Service: Painting

They did a wonderful job on my baby . Very happy. Great body work. They even detailed the inside of my car, which I was not expecting. My weather tech mats were filthy when I dropped the car off, but they were sparking clean when I got the car. The little details make all the difference. Thanks again!!

1/7/22. Went in today with a check from Geico to have my car repaired. Walked in the lobby, there were what appeared to be 2 employees and the owner behind the desk. (overheard him say he was the son of the founder). There was a gentleman being helped so I had a seat and waited for me turn. There conversation turned to deer hunting and I sat patiently while listening to there deer stories for the next 25 minutes. I made eye contact numerous times while the employees with no response. They appeared to have absolutely no interest in helping a customer in line. after approx 28 minutes, I said "I guess ill shop somewhere else" and I left. Went 2 blocks down to sanders auto body and received excellent service. I would not recommend caliber collision on ave M to anyone that needs vehicle repair, however if your looking to have an in depth conversation about deer hunting this is the place to go for sure.

Had my car for a lot longer than they originally said and when I got it back it had 2 different tail lights, exhaust was hanging down,my power mirror didn't work, and body gaps did not line up

I had to do a review for caliber collision because I got awesome service, and had my car looking as good as new in way less time than I expected. I directly interacted with Glenn and Justin and they were very thorough, informative, and professional. Justin kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle and had me in and out in very good timing. Just wanted to say awesome job, again, guys.

I was in a car wreck and the other insured drivers insurance had me go to this place to get an estimate on my car. After I told them that I didn t wanna leave my car there Caitlin became rude and was like well I ll just take these pictures and send them off. Days past and the pictures still haven t been uploaded to my claim I called and spoke to Caitlin and she told me she would have them upload by the end of the day and I gave her my claim number as well so she could look the actual claim up. I called at 8am am on Friday the 13th still haven t gotten those pictures uploaded. It s very unprofessional of her because they just keep putting my claim on the backend as if it s not important. Which left me know choice but having to do the claim myself and upload my pictures. I drove 45 mins from where I live to get this done and I could ve done it myself it was a waste of time and she was very rude. Her excuse was she wasn t feeling good. If that s the case call out sick and go home. I had to miss work myself to drive a total of 2 hours to get a service done and the claims adjuster can t even do her job it s disgusting and I do not recommend this facility especially if you re a person of color the whole vibe was off the moment I stepped in there. Tragic

Great location, awesome customer service. They keep you informed on the status of your vehicle, and pay attention to any little detail. They care about the work that goes into your car and it shows. I will definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs their car serviced!

Had the best customer service experience at this location yesterday! The manager here went out of his way to make sure the issue with my car was resolved immediately and effectively. I felt like a priority. Thanks for everything! I will be returning for any future issues, no doubt!

My car was at the shop for 3 weeks for a repair on the front headlight from hitting a deer. They have poor communication and will tell you it will be ready the next day just for it to be another week. Different days it was different stories. I dropped it off on a Friday they didnt notify my insurance until that following Thursday! My car had been sitting untouched for almost a week. When I picked it up as Im about to drive off I noticed one of my headlights and interior lights were still not fixed and I wasnt notified about that. Insurance didnt cover it is what they said. So here I am unable to drive at night STILL and half repaired car. BAD EXPERIENCE I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I had fine scratches repainted on my driver side door that happened going threw a car wash 2 years ago. 2 years later the chrome paneling on my doors that they had to remove to paint doors is now separating and lifting off my doors. Poor quality work! I was told to stop in when I can it should only take about an hour to retape them. I stopped in the next day at 930 am and was helped by Joey who I guess is the manager. He asked if i would mind driving around with out the chrome paneling for that day because it takes a few hours to remove old tape and apply new. Joey said he would give me a call later that day to put them back on. 5pm no phone call yet, I had to call them to be told it wasn't ready yet and to come by tomorrow. Poor customer service no update threw out the day to let me know it wouldn't be ready when they said. I do not recommend this auto body shop!

Did a great job repairing my truck after I hit a deer. I didn't like the after market headlight they used compared to the OEM I had before but the managed to swap it out, hassle free, with an OEM like I had once before. Great customer service!

My car was fixed in one week. The wait to get in wasn't bad at all. Friendly service, especially because I had to bring two little kids with me for both pickup and drop off, in addition to the estimate.

We got our car back on a Tuesday from getting a repair from a wreck that Friday the check engine light came back on. We had to wait til Monday to call we brought the car back to get a test to rescan the check engine light. The woman admits to clearing the check engine light the first time. So they didn't even bother to fix it. We start to get annoyed she then asks us if we want her to clear it out. Like hello no we want it fixed how can you just clear the code when the light came on because of the accident it was not on before that. She talks about the history that pulled up when she scanned the code what does the history have to do with anything evidently it was fixed we literally just bought the car why would we go waste money on a car with a check engine light on? Pay almost$11000 at that. But they said they were gonna send it back to insurance to see if it would be fixed, they call to tell us it can't be fixed. Horrible horrible experience, clearing codes can you even do that?

The crew here is great!! Mr Hutka, Chuck, Derrick etc are really there to make you happy. I used them for some major hail damage that it thought would never look the same and they had it completely repaired like original with no painting necessary, Amazing work!! I used them again when I couldnt get out some spots in my clear coat. I really thought I was going to need some paint work but they, on the spot, took my car back in the shop and used a special buffing method and got it out- and did it for free!! I know where I will be taking car for paint and repair- Caliber Collision

I would definitely recommend this business to anyone who needs car work. I really appreciated the service I had done today and I made my day even better! I will probably be back for future car work!
