Caliber was incredibly helpful and quick in getting my car in to begin repairs. Since I was working through insurance, they let me know it may be a lengthy process, but the staff here got my car in four days after I called (through a weekend, so two business days), and got a quote on the repairs the same day it was dropped off. They let insurance know right away of the changes from their estimate and communicated with me along the way, which is very much appreciated. My car ended up being a total loss, but they helped me a lot even after the fact with getting the next steps handled. Thanks to everyone there!

Even though I didn't WANT to need repairs on my vehicle the weather had other ideas. Caliber collision always does a great job. I never worry with their up to date details on what is going on with the vehicle. Love them. Highly recommend.

It took 30 days to get an appointment. Then they quoted one price before I left my car @319.00 Few days later my insurance said that it was more than the original quote @366. Then because they ordered the wrong mirror they charged me more @416. because apparently the correct one cost more, but NEVER bothered to tell me it was going to be more until the day I go to get my car. I WILL NEVER USE THESE PIECES OF CRAP AGAIN nor will I ever recommend

The team was great. My car came back fixed and looked better than when I dropped it off. Marci kept me informed every step of the way. They work well with State Farm and I couldn't be happier. Best shop that I have ever worked with!

Recommend them highly.We did experience a long wait until they could repair the car. Maybe they did not realize when we came for the estimate, that we should not use the car due to the damage . We hoped they would have been able to drop it then for the repair.However, the end results were Exceptional!. Caliber did an amazing job streamlining our entire repair experience. We had some damage to our hood and grille from an accident so we chose this facilty for our repairs. Every phase of the repair was sent via text message which included a link to details about the insurance payment and repair status. There was never a moment where we were uninformed or left wondering.They even coordinated with Enterprise to pick up our rental - saving us the hassle of having to make multiple stops!The entire interaction from the front desk staff to Antonio, our repair technician, was friendly and professional. I would 100% recommend this shop for your auto body repairs. They made everything simple and the communication was perfect. Every couple of days I was given an update via text message on the progression of my vehicle repairs. Drop off and pick up was easy and efficient. The repairs are amazing, like nothing ever happened. I couldn't be more satisfied with the whole team there at Caliber Collision. Thank you for everything.

Vehicle was left dirty inside with dirty fingerprints on my black leather seats. Paperwork for someone else was left in my backseat, parts of the vehicle were left in my backseat had to return to get them installed.

I can't rate this Company highly enough. What they did for my family is incredible. After damaging my truck prior to having to ship it for my PCS move to Germany, this Caliber Collision got me in the same day I called. Understanding the predicament of needing my vehicle prior to visiting family, having my home packed, and shipping the vehicle, they front loaded my truck repairs to have it ready for the date my movers were supposed to come. The quickness at which they repaired my truck in no way diminished the qualities of the repairs, as we drove it 2,200 miles to visit family with zero issues. The whole process was seamless, and Caliber did everything to give my family peace of mind in a stressful situation. This is the only auto body shop you should consider, full stop. Even though my insurance company dropped the ball, Caliber Collision was on it! They communicated 100% of the time with any updates and met the suspense that they promised as soon as the approvals were confirmed. Very friendly staff and made due on their promises and repairs!

I was the type of vehicle owner that exclusively repaired my vehicle at the dealership of my car's make, until I ran over a large piece of metal that rolled underneath my vehicle ripping holes through my floor and gas tank on its way out. It sat at the dealership for months as the dealership and my insurance company failed to properly communicate to get my repairs even started. Then my insurance informed me that they would rather go through Caliber Collision. Our family vacation was approaching quickly and I needed a quick turnaround so I reluctantly abided by their suggestion and it was the best decision I could have made. The staff was accommodating and the techs were extremely knowledgeable and they repaired everything except for my muffler because the part took longer to get in and they let us take the vehicle anyway as it wasn't going to have an adverse effect driving it in its current condition. They instructed us to bring it back in once we were back in town so they could complete the work. Months went by before we finally decided to bring it back in due to service indicators the vehicle was throwing due to the exhaust. We brought the vehicle back in and they remembered who we were and the work that needed to be completed. The thing that set them apart and what changed my perspective is that they not only replaced my exhaust, but they double checked their previous work and identified an issue with a part that needed replacement on the gas tank they repaired. This attention to detail and effort to ensure the work they put their name on is to spec is a level of customer satisfaction that is hard to find this day and age. Finding people that care about the work they do is not easy but whatever they're doing to ensure that is the case is working. I wish there was more I could do than just giving 5 stars, because they have earned my business going forward and I'm pretty confident they'll do the same for you!

Caliber Collision did an excellent job of repairing hail damage to my car body and replacing my cracked windshield. I was kept informed daily of my car s repair work! Disappointed. I simply would not recommend. I went on October 2022 for a collision repair on the rear side and ask for a dent repair on the wheel cover. Got my car back on December 2022 without a bumper and with a bad scratch on the wheel cover right where they fixed. I had to pay for the repair with the scratch on it. They told me they would fix the scratch when the get the bumper. 5 months I ve been waiting since then. I never get a call with updates or else. Is me the one calling and when I do they never have information about it, they tell me they will call me back with updates and again no calls back. I don t feel they are trying to reach places to get my bumper is like they forget about it until I call. I really need my car fixed, I m pregnant and I need my car to be as safe as possible for when my baby comes.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They were so wonderful. Everyone was very helpful. They allowed me to drop off early and kept it for me a little after it was complete while I was in vacation. They communicated with me through the entire process and work done was incredible. It looks like a new car. Promised vehicle would be ready on more than one occasion. This led me to change my schedule - multiple times . It took 3 weeks to replace my bumpers . They could have ordered and I could have kept my truck . I was not happy with the service . They did a good job on repair . So why the 3 star rating . This just was not a three week job.

Rodrigo kept me informed and was very pleasant for the entire experience. I hope that I don t have to have collision repair anytime soon. If I do, I will definitely be bringing it back to Caliber! They worked directly with State Farm for my claim and all I had to do was pay my deductible when I picked my car up. Both the drop off / initial walk around of the car and picking it up once repairs were completed took less than 10 minutes. I found the Caliber staff to be helpful and friendly and their text message updates were very helpful. I didn't get an estimated time of completion and had to use their text link to go find the information but that was minor.I was under the impression that they were ordering parts from the pictures I sent in previous to my visit, that turned out to not be the case. So, in total I was in a rental for 8 days...for a bumper.I think Caliber did a good job on the repair, but unfortunately the paint doesn't match completely. There's a definite difference between the two panels on my car.I also had to clean the headliner on the driver's side because whoever was in and out if my car left filthy fingerprints on the door frame headliner. This is just amateur, who is touching the freaking headliner???They did detail my car nicely. I appreciated that. Overall, I wish my old body shop was still in business because I would have preferred going to someone I know and trust.Service: Painting

If I could give more stars, I would. I came to these folks because my car was t-boned and they were recommended to me by my insurance. Caliber kept me updated every step of the way with my repairs and they were done with my car 4 days earlier than expected. The paint and body work was perfect - not a blemish or a scratch left. I was assured that the repairs have a lifetime warranty so it's nice that they stand by their work. Very friendly and customer oriented place. I hope I'm not unfortunate enough to be in need of their services again (who wants to be in a wreck? Not me...) but I will go back to them for all my car repair needs in the future. Highly recommend.
