The service manager, Eddie really takes care of our needs for both of our vehicles. I had an engine replacement and he worked diligently with my warranty and made sure to keep me in a vehicle similar to my X5 or better. I even got lucky and had a new 7 series for a month. Our service has always been top notch with reasonable prices. They are also good about mailing out coupons to keep the costs affordable to drive a BMW. Thank you to all of the service members and to Veronica I miss you.

I just picked up my 2024 BMW M3 and I want to give a shoutout to my SA Ted Degracia. He walked me through the steps of order my M3 which had to come all the way from Germany. Over the last 4 months Ted kept in constant communication, providing me avenues to track my vehicle while in production, as well as giving me daily status when my vehicle was coming on the vessel. If you are planning on purchasing a new car at BMW of Temple, I highly recommend Ted as a Sales Associate, he will take good care of you.

What can I say about BMW of Temple? I have been a customer for 10+ years and the attentiveness and customer service here is stellar. Eddie in the service department always takes time out to make sure everything is going great, and is up-front with any issues that I may be having, so I visit the dealership on a regular basis for service. I also recently asked Ashley, who I have known for a few years now, to be on the lookout for a certain make and model of vehicle I was interested in, and when it came available she contacted me almost immediately and made sure I was satisfied with the new ride. I can't say enough about everyone on the staff, and I highly recommend this dealership. Thank you guys!

I had been watching and reading about the X3 for quite some time. Decided I wanted either the x30i or the 40i. I d been communicating both with Temple and South Austin BMW dealerships. I had narrowed it down to 2 colors and wanted to see both in person. drove to Temple from Waco to look at the inventory on the lot. The moment I got out of my car 2 people were heading across the parking lot and I wanted to jump back in my car as I wasn t looking for a high pressure sale. I was merely looking at colors. Much to my delight, that isn t what happened at all. Jake Elliott was introduced to me and is the person I worked with. He was personable and I felt zero pressure to buy a vehicle. He was able to show me the two colors I was interested in on 2 different vehicle models. After seeing in person, it made the color choice easy! Don t go by just the pictures on the web. Jake showed me around the X3 and the I drive system and trust me when I say, info overload!!! However, he was very patient and answered all of my questions even if they were repeats. He knew about the vehicle and I learned so much more. Jake didn t know for sure if I was ready to buy or just looking, but it didn t matter to him he was attentive and focused on my questions. He didn t rush me nor did he try helping other customers while I was looking and taking up his time. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. In fact, every person I saw or spoke with at the dealership were very kind. The vehicle and the BMW name can sell itself, but Jake s honesty and knowledge sealed the deal. Needless to say, I decided I was buying my first ever BMW. I was so excited! Thank you to Jake for making this purchase fun and easy. It s how it should be at a car dealer. I love my new Ride!

I had a wonderful experience last month at BMW of Temple w/the purchase of my Certified Pre-Owned 2021 330i BMW.After viewing the car online over the weekend and leaving a request to be contacted, Baleigh Burkley (an Internet Advisor w/BMW of Temple) connected w/me via text and also the phone. I was impressed that Baleigh reached out to me on a Sunday when the showroom was closed! Baleigh seemed genuinely excited to answer my questions and help me w/the purchase.And if she didn't know an answer, she assured me she'd find out and let me know on Monday. Two thumbs-up to Baleigh for awesome customer service!On Monday, she put me in touch w/my Client Advisor, Ted DeGracia. Ted and I hit it off immediately! I found him to be very friendly/easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about BMWs.And his willingness to help me was STELLAR! After the purchase was complete and before driving off the lot, Ted spent about 30 minutes w/me inside the vehicle, explaining all the technological features (which my older 530i did not have). He then did several follow-up calls over the next few days to check in/see if I had any further questions. And I *did* have many questions about the various features, which were all new to me. Ted was so kind and helpful and said, "No problem, I'll make you a video w/instructions." What an awesome idea! He made 3 or 4 different videos and texted them, which helped me immensely! These videos were done very professionally and I appreciate the personalization, like he was talking right there to me!So, I give a big THANK YOU to Ted, for going "above and beyond" to help me! I am looking forward to working with Ted through the years and consider him a new friend. :-)I also want to give a shout-out to Kerry Rodriguez, for facilitating the purchase process, which can often be time-consuming. She was ready to go with all of our paperwork that day and the process went smoothly. She, too, was very friendly/engaging and professional, and was helpful afterward to give us a couple of local dining recommendations before our long trip home.(over 2 hours)All in all, I had a wonderful experience at BMW of Temple and I would recommend this showroom and its team of professionals in a heartbeat, to anyone looking to purchase a new or used BMW.

I recently purchased a new BMW 5 series, and my experience was fantastic. The dealership (sales and finance) staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Ashley in sales helped me find the perfect vehicle within my budget. The process was smooth, and the car exceeded my expectations. First off I am not one to leave reviews, however this is a well deserved exception. BMW of Temple provides, by far, the best car buying experience EVER! Beginning with Ashley and her exceptional follow up to Kerry closing it out in finance is the only reason I have purchased 5 new cars from them over the last couple years. They are always on their A game and I encourage anyone in the market to pay them a visit for the best customer service experience in the business. Thank you both I appreciate all you have done.

Had to get my x5 fixed and BMW was the best experience I have ever had getting a car fixed under warranty. They were on the ball and super fast. BMW towed my car to the dealership and then the dealership fixed the problem fast and was responsive with communication. Great job!!

First off, let me start by saying how I don't usually write reviews. However, since the team over at BMW of Temple were so instrumental in placing me in a more accommodating vehicle, I decided to make them the exception. My initial point of contact - Ms. Ashley Green, reached out asking if I'd considered upgrading from my then 2015 X1. From the moment I expressed a sincere desire in doing so, she went to work for me - sparing no available tool to facilitate the transition. It wasn't long before we settled on agreeable terms & I was invited out to the dealership to finalize everything. Once there I was introduced to other members of the team - particularly Mr. Ted Degracia. This gentleman's attention to detail, servitude & expertise served as a proper sending off. Grateful & delighted - I continue on my journey from the cockpit of my new X3. Blessings!

Having been in the business for a long time, I m usually very cautious and judgmental of most car salesman. I came in a couple of months ago to look at an X5 M as my wife and I missed our old one. Ted was great to work with, I unfortunately did not like the one that they had at the time and Ted was not pushy at all on this.A couple of months went by and another one magically came up for sale, at this point I was still in the process of selling my current vehicles but Ted again with amazing service, offered me a test drive and was always touching base with me as I worked the individual sales of my cars. Unfortunately this one slipped out of my hands as it was a great deal.Ted kept in contact with me and let me know when some allocations came through for a brand new X5 M. If you re familiar with M cars, you ll know that allocations are usually far and few for them, specifically for the SUVs. With Ted s help we built out our dream spec and even changed it a couple of times as I was being extra picky with what I wanted in this car. We then worked out every step of the deal and felt confident in the deal that I was getting and Ted s ability to make this happen for us. We initially got an estimated delivery date of Q1 of 2024 so you can imagine how static we felt when we got the call that it came in on the first week of December.Overall, Ted has been a great salesman and an even better person to just talk with. He stuck with me for more than 6 months helping me find the right car for our next step. I couldn t be happier with our service here and I look forward to buying a couple more cars from Ted down the road. If you need a BMW, or even better a specific M car, Ted is your guy.

I recently had issues with my 2014 BMW X5 with 156,000 miles of driving. Not bad for 10 years. I had wanted to wait one more year before purchasing a different vehicle. My X5 had other ideas.I want to let people know how wonderfully the service department helped me. Shane has been my service provider since I returned to the Central Texas area a year and a half ago, with my regular maintenance and a couple of small issues. I have had the privilege of doing business with Brent, one of the services managers, on a previous occasion and this last occasion. Brent is extremely honest and forthright. He explained the processes of discovering the system problem. He is trustworthy and reliable. His knowledge and honesty gave me the tools I needed, as a widow, making the decision to spend more money repairing or making my first car purchase on my own (I did have a friend with me on whom I leaned heavily, but the bottom line ended with me this time.)I gave a four star review, not for the service department, they get a five, but because the purchase experience was intimidating. Partially, I feel, to my emotional connection to my previous vehicle. I also wanted to go into paying for the vehicle with a check without the crazy details of listening to the necessary parts of the sale required on financing and service plans. Ashley in sales was lovely, and Alec was very helpful and knowledgeable, I just was emotional, wanted to pay and leave. I would buy my 2023 X5 again. I will also say it was largely because I trust Brent in the service department.

2/27/24 Edit: I m very disappointed with this experience. My car has a vibration when speeding up/slowing down along with a loud rotating noise. I called about a week after and talked to Jacob and said he would get me scheduled and would call me back. He never called back. The next couple days I called and scheduled service. Service was a hassle, spent at least 1 hour on the phone with them. Finally got the car checked out and was told there is nothing wrong with it. I truly feel that they re just saying that to not be responsible for the fix. Jacob called me today (2/27) to ask how my vehicle is doing I told him everything is still the same with the issues, he said that he was sorry and that he hoped I could get those issues resolved. Like whaattttt!? You guys really lied to me. So disappointed.I do not recommend. Do not buy from Garlyn Shelton.Original 2/2/24: Jacob Flores is the man! He was detailed, patient and very knowledgeable! I was nervous about going back to traditional dealerships but he really was the complete opposite of a typical sales person. When I buy again, I ll be buying from Jacob. Thank you!

my brand new vehicle failed to update causing the engine to not turn on, when the towing company dropped off my vehicle to the Temple service center I had to ask all the questions since no information was provided. I am without a vehicle and they didnt even offer a loaner nor to put me in the waiting list, now I dont have a way to drop off/pick up my kids to/from school. The representative couldnt even tell when will they service my vehicle, he said probably Tuesday that is not certainty. So unfortunate that this is the only BMW location within fair distance for me. I took the time to read the BMW loaner vehicle policy and my car is staying way more than 3 hours, it is staying for DAYS

Having purchased my first BMW, the experience has been an overwhelming headache. This is a used BMW, understand this. We REQUESTED to have our mechanic take a look at it, who wouldn't want to have their used purchased checked out. This came as an insult to the dealer since it was "BMW inspected and passed."In less than three 3weeks and under 700 miles of driving, we had serious issues that required it to be brought I to the dealer. After paying $600 on our part and the dealer acknowledged a hiccup, they ate the $3k.Well, I'm back in the service center again 2 weeks later, with an "Engine Malfunction" light on. Another $400 later for the fix and upon picking up the #BMW, the same idiot light comes back on...There is zero #quality and zero #customerservice here. Sad that this first purchase has left a sour view of this brand and this dealership especially. All money, no brand.

I had an awesome experience at the BMW in Temple. I came in for a service and walked out with a new vehicle. The sales person Ashley was amazing after two years of going back and forth for an SUZ she was able to make that happen. I highly recommend you ask for her. Jacob was awesome as well and was very patient and helpful with introducing me the car new features I highly recommend him as well 10/10!
