Micah was great. My brother was in a motor cycle accident and completely shattered his phone on an iPhone Xs Max. I was worried it was to old to be serviced. They said there was a chance it was totally broken. Micah took the chance and replaced the screen and it works great. Very thankful for him and he did a great job. Took an hour, it was roughly $140 and was absolutely worth it.

Last July I purchased a batter for my pickup. It was fantastic service. This time the service was lacking. Tyler was the sales person. He was just taking an order. Rod, the manager, came along and stated there would be no warranty on battery unless I purchased the more expensive one. No exclusion on warranty was listed for my vehicle. Rod was lacking professionalism and good customer service. This is for the Temple, Tx store.

Bought 2 heavy duty truck batteries and for two years they worked well. Then 3 mo ago they started to not hold a charge between drives about once a week. So i would have to recharge these often when planning to drive thos truck. So i pulled the batteries and took thembinto store , after checking them the said nothing was wrong with them. Sp never again will I buy a battery at a battery plus store.

Great service and friendly and professional associates. I needed a truck battery and needed it installed and they did not hesitate to do it. 105 degrees outside and the guy never wavered in his politeness and professionalism. This is a great location and I highly recommend it.

Go somewhere else for phone repairs! I went in to get charging port replaced. The tech said I needed a new battery $59.99. When I went back 4 days later because that did not fix the charger problem, he said he needs to replace the charger port. Well no kidding! That s what I came in for but you replaced the battery. He wants another $70 to replace the port. Nope! HUGE RIP OFF.

I have always had a good experience until recently. I dropped of a battery to have charged and tested. The manager was rude and told me it would take a week and a half to even start charging my battery. Besides his bad attitude to me he also is snippy with his coworkers and he obviously feels he is intellectually superior to every one who walks through the doors ( coworkers included). It was a very uncomfortable retail experience and would not recommend it to anyone. If you need their services I would just avoid the temple location all together.

It is a nice place to find some quality battery replacements. However my experience with younger staff showed they needed better training. The gentleman had no clue about how to check a batter or what a load test was. His method was just checking the voltage. If the battery was low on voltage, that meant the batter was bad. It didn't cross his mind that the battery may just need recharging, or a test had to be done to see if the cells were going bad. But as much as I would have loved to teach him a thing or two, I was in a hurry.So head my words when going in here and make sure your battery is actually bad. Low voltage doesn't mean a battery is bad, given they are rechargeable.

My husband came here to get his phone screen fixed and his front camera and speaker stopped working after they fixed his screen. I brought his phone back in to ask them to fix it and the representative told me, We didn t test it, so we re not liable for it. So disappointed. Don t bring your phone here unless you want it to have more problems than when you started.

Technician replaced my old battery with a new one and he had to completely remove the air box and several accessories just to remove and replace the battery. He was very patient and did not complain once. Friendly and very courteous service. Great value and free installation. I-highly recommend Batteries Plus & Bulbs.

Having had a cell phone fixed elsewhere in the past, I expected to be disappointed in by Batteries Plus. I am happy and shocked to report that was not the case.It was easy to book and online appointment and I got a $10 coupon for doing so. They were expecting me when I arrived and check-in was easy. The part was available (battery) and the service was completed in the time they told me it would be.This was a great experience and I'm even more impressed that this is an official Samsung repair location, and they use all OEM parts.I'll definitely use them again if I need anything battery or phone related.

Today I stopped by and needed my key fob battery looked at. Jordan M. helped me out and was outstanding. His customer service was beyond excellent and they had a line of customers in the store. There needs to be more customer service in other companies like Batteries + Bulbs . Hands down the best around. Thanks to your team!

Rod and his crew at the Temple, TX location was extremely helpful. They were courteous and ensured I received awesome service. Rod replaced my battery on my Sierra, and it's not too simple. He went beyond awesome service. I would definitely come back to this location in the future.

Always have amazing service at Batteries Plus Temple. As soon as you walk in you re greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. If they don t have something in stock right then they can have it in a few days from one of their other 2 stores. Oh and their warranty is good at ALL Batteries Plus nation wide! I always get my Batteries, bulbs, phone repair and key fob needs from them!

Second time coming here to get my screen replaced. The first time was around the same time last year so it held up well considering it s an iPhone... until my kid finally got to work on it the last couple of months lol. Staff is friendly, boss man offered a battery replacement at a great discount since the phone was already being worked on but I didn t need it. I booked my appt online and got $10 off! Will def come back again, staff is friendly.

Ordered online which was great used a coupon that was offered online which gave me 10% off. Was all good until I went to pick it up in the salesman told me he was going to charge me an additional $17 for core charge and environmental fee. Even though I had the core sitting on the counter. Guy was a little belligerent. Usually a good environment but this guy needs some customer relations training

I walked into the store and was immediately met by one of the store associates. I gave the associate a description of what I was looking for. New batteries for vehicle FOBS. He immediately checked the batteries and verified they were bad. He changed the batteries and was completed within just a couple of minutes. Very knowledgeable. Outstanding service.

I ordered my car battery online and got 10% off. This is the second Duracell car battery I have bought. I bought the 1st battery 4 years ago and just now needed to replace it. I ordered it late Friday night and it was ready by 10 a.m on Saturday. I went into the store and asked for my order and JMetz promptly took care of it and even loaded it into my car. The $3.00 environmental fee was a surprise that was not included on the website. I had to pay that in store. Otherwise a good and fast experience.

You are better off buying a $99 $WMT, walmart, car battery. Their (batteries and plus) warranty went out at the beginning of this month and would not do the honorable thing and cover it. This response made me go elsewhere instead of continuing to do business. Tech companies have better business ethics. This place is just robbery.

Friendly employees who go the extra mile. Recently took a car alarm in to change out the battery and the man discovered I had spilled coke on the alarm and that's why it didn't work! So he cleaned it out for me and I didn't need a new battery after all! Free of charge! Amazing! Have purchased several watch batteries from them and all less than $6. Will continue to go there!

Had the pleasure of doing business with these guys. They fixed my shattered screen, battery, and earpiece that I couldn't hear out of, for a very reasonable price. took them about 3 hours and they were busy. Friendly and competent. It's been 3 days and my Iphone 6s is still working fine! If anything changes I will update.

I ordered online. I received a call approximately 2 hours later wanting to substitute a different brand and they advised the cost would be slightly less. I approved the change. They said they would send me an email when the order was ready. I NEVER HEARD BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I walked in 2 days later and asked for my order explaining that I had ordered 2 days prior online and had heard nothing. The gentleman said nothing other than asking for my signature. I didn't dare sit in the car and ask them to bring it out. With Covid I am high risk. But I walked in anyway. Wearing my mask, of course. Your people started out great but failed to follow through.

These guys are amazing... I drove to Temple before realizing there was a store in Harker Heights. Got there and they told me it would be a couple of hours before my phone was fixed. Luckily for me, the manager just so happened to be coming this way to that store, and offered to drop my phone off for me. 2 hours later my phone was in my hand with a new screen. These guys have great customer service!!

I needed batteries replaced in my electric filet knife. The staff and manager at this store were fantastic in first fixing the knife and then shipping it to my home in Iowa when my travel plans abruptly changed. THANK YOU very much! Try them, you won't be disappointed!

Took a while before writing a review but here was my experience. I took my phone in for a cracked screen. Came back after a couple hours, to a screen that was fixed and a home button that worked. Later that night my home button stopped functioning, and took it back the next day to see if anything could be done in regards to the button. After several hours of attempts for repair, I was told there was nothing they could do there at the store, that I would have to have my phone sent off to their technical support location elsewhere for more detailed fixes. I m in sales, I heavily rely on my phone for business, sending it off is something I couldn t do , so I decided to do without. A couple weeks later I brought my phone back because there were white spots on the screen, more than likely a bad screen. I took it back for repairs and the manager Ron, informed me that it s because my phone was dented but when asked to show me where the dents were located he did not. He then informed me that this would be the last time my screen would be repaired, even though I was clearly still within my warranty period for the screens. A week later my phone screen is still having problems, with the screen having green lines periodically and half of the screen having inverted screen colors until being rebooted. Now working with customer service in getting something done about the issue.

these guys were awesome and super helpful! I broke my phone, after trying to replace the screen myself and it only took them a few hours to fix it. they told me if they couldn't fix it then they wouldn't charge me. luckily they were able to, and it was so much cheaper than buying a new phone. unfortunately for me, i just broke my phone again (i'm a klutz) so i will be paying them another visit tomorrow!
