A vital part of my cooling system in my daily driver disintegrated at the most inopportune time. Needed the part locally and quickly and this company provided the best choice of any of the big chain stores.To top it off, they beat the price of all of them to boot.Will continue to purchase parts from this store in particular, great experience.

In highlight of recent experiences I've downgraded my rating from 5/5 to 2/5 . Mainly because the staff lacks any basic automotive knowledge and I can never find auto supplies that I need in stock or for a reasonable price. If I need something simple like 5 quarts of oil, a battery, or a fuse and there's no cheaper option I'll go here... But there are way better places to go with staff more knowledgeable or professional than what this location has to offer.

My check engine light was on and so I dropped in to get a free reading with their little hand held car light reader. It was helpful because it pointed me in the right direction and I was able to get my car fixed at a mechanic shop. The gentleman that assisted me at Advance Auto Parts was nice and professional.

Went in to grab some fluids. Nothing extraordinary. Bill behind the counter was very friendly and professional and was a pleasure to talk with. I can't comment on tool rental, parts selection, or other aspects, but based on the impression I got from the staff and shelf items this is a great store and I'll be back for sure.

Location was fine. "Maps" was fine. My vehicle was fine. My wallet however was still at home likely in bed sleeping soooo I did not go into this location upon most recent visit however I'm a dogged sort and will undoubtedly return soon and actually review said location with zest, pizzazz and of course a wallet to make purchases and what have you.. people generally respond best to actual customers who haven't been sitting in car searching for aforementioned wallet for a few minutes before leaving and even if so they prefer they do so after making again, aforementioned purchase/s.

Garbage customer service. Went to buy 4 air filters and the two associates at the front were on the phone. No problem. Waited patiently. No acknowledgement or looking up from the workers. Went to see if I could find the part numbers I needed myself but the brands in stock weren't listed on the website. Waited for assistance again. After the phone calls no one looked up,asked if I needed help, nothing. You get better help from walmart. Don't shop here.

I called Advanced when my G6 blinker switch totally broke. They not only provided the correct replacement at a fair to reasonable price....But both the Gentleman over the phone & in person were quite nice, respectable & had answers for all questions i had. Good Job! I truly would never expect Customer Service so highly in effect at an auto parts store...but clearly, we never know what to expect when shopping

They took my online order which was not what I wanted and refunded. The item I was wanting - they actually had in stock. Their competitor stores did not have what I wanted and reason I sought online service. But all I had to do was come here. Would've saved lots of time. The 31st street staff were very knowledgeable and professional. I'm 100% satisfied customer and will use their business in future needs.

It doesn't matter how often I come to this place, it's always a great visit. The staff is very patient and professional. If you as a customer are patient and professional they're super cool. If they don't have what you need, they'll order it or direct you to how to find it. I will always come here. God bless y'all!

Went in for assistance on a brake light being out. Need a second set of eyes since I can't step on the brake and look at the brake lights at the same time. Got a grumpy old man to help me out and man, let me tell you about his lack of customer service. Proper greeting is a must for a customer service job which I did not get and you don't be little your customers no matter how simple the task my be. Stepped on the brakes a few times and was informed that none of my brake lights worked and that a fuse is the issue. Before I could even get out of my car he was back inside and that was it. So I went to a local O'Reilley store to get a second opinion and was a complete 180 on customer service. Come to find out on Mercedes vehicles, you need to have the car running for the brakes to work. He found the culprit, removed the bulb and found it for me. Also offered to install it. I understand that it's a small item that's not expensive but I was always told that it's the little things that count. I mean I buy a few little things here and there and it'll add up to something big. Guess this Advance Auto will never know because I'm not coming back.

I ordered a couple parts online and drove to Temple to pick up. The guys there were helpful and also let me know that I could've went into my location and ordered the part and save a trip. Excellent customer service

This location has horrible customer service. Myself and another female customer was outside trying for figure out what parts we needed for our vehicle's while two male employees were inside of the store stocking merchandise! They knew I needed help too because I asked for help locating a fuse for my car lighter and all he said was "what type and size do you need?" Now if I knew that I wouldn't be here asking you for help...duh! I left and brought my business down the street to Auto Zone who immediately offered me assistance. Thank you Auto Zone!

I know they saw me come in, they didnt even greet me. They pretended like they didnt see me and walked to the back. The store was empty except for 1 other customer. After about 10 minutes a sweet old man helped me.

We went in to get a battery everybody was very kind and the young lady named Kim Harris was very kind smile answered all the questions we have and even let us know that they would install the battery for us very kind person and very kind people

Poor excuse of employees, 2 guys up front working on their own stuff 5 people walk in needing help and finally after 10 min of waiting while Bob was on the phone getting his own stuff fixed, he went and got Kim from the back to get me out of the store. They seriously need new employees there that actually give a damn. One guy straight up said I can't help you and turned a guy away. I think I'll stick with the other auto stores rather then this poor excuse of a store.

Really enjoyed my experience at this auto parts store. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Needed a part for my vehicle, found the part, ordered it and was ready to pick up in 2 days. I give this place 5 's for knowledge, quick service and fast turnaround on the delivery.

Employee, A. Ruiz, helped me re-attach my gas tank filler tube that had dropped down out of sight. He found the two correct bolts and bolted the tube in place. It was a shock to me when attempting to put gas in the truck and not see the yellow gas cap. At age 82 and moving slowly with my cane, Ruiz went out of his normal way to help me. Thank him for me!

They guys are always friendly & willing to go the extra mile to help. Go see Regan very friendly and helps customers as much as he can.Keep up the great job.Prices here are better then Auto Zone.
