We were on the road and had a coolant issue. Called 1 Call RV Services. They said they would be at my RV in 20 minutes. Showed up in 15. These guys fixed my problem as well as helped out with a few other minor issues. It s great to find such good, honest, assistance when you are on the road. I definitely took their business card in case I need help when I m in the area again! Great job!!

We are in a 2007 model and parts were no longer available to fix the central heat, so with some discussion we settled on a unit that they ordered and came out and installed. On the day of installation he also flushed out the water heater that is 2 yrs old and he said it did not need a new anode rod that it was still in good shape. During this time we saw 2 different employees and they are both really nice guys that didn t mind the dog barked every time they knocked on the door or came inside. We were very pleased with the service we received. We will definitely call 1 Call again if we need anymore work done on our 5th wheel during our stay in Temple.

I would not use this company again. Rep came out the first time and did no testing. (Trip charge) recommended a part I didn t need but replaced based on his assessment. Came out the second time (another trip charge) and (actually brought testing meters) and told me I needed an entire new AC unit. Continue to have the same issues as when he came out the first time.

Sean and Waylon were super...they are very good at their job..lots of experience..they taught me and my husband more about the operation of our first(used) RV than the people who sold it to us... recommend this company highly... super super happy with the experience... had them do one problem with our converter ( found out there was none when we purchased) that we had them replace our hot water heater...

I am very pleased with Sean, he fixed my shower leak, checked hot water heater, fixed a smaller leak, looked at roof, told me I need to have floor fixed, is going to get me some other things too, can t say enough Good things about him and his service. Glad Crestview RV recommended him, will Only Use him from Now On. Thank You Sean.

We had a second AC installed and a new winegard TV antenna installed. Sean is extremely thorough and did a great job. We are very pleased with the work that he did for us. These guys are awesome, they showed up when they said they were, got me in quickly, and got my furnace issue fixed easily, even though it was a small fix due to my own fault, he educated me on how the system works and also answered all my other questions. Super nice and will definitely keep them saved for any other problems I may come into. I highly recommend them!Service: Air conditioning

Had 1Call rv come to my location and install a stand alone electric heating system. No more getting up in middle of the night to switch propane tanks. They did a great job, Sean and Waylon. The heater works great and is quiet. I highly recommend this business for all your repair needs or service. Ask about the electric heating. One word, AMAZING! I called Sean to have our travel trailer's systems checked out for an upcoming trip. He set up an appointment and came out and made sure everything was good to go! Our kitchen faucet wasn't working properly so he ordered the part and came back out a couple of days later and fixed the issue without our trailer having to leave our property! I contacted 1 Call RV Services and they got back to me within a few days (I explained it was no emergency when I called). On my appointment day they communicated very well through text and email. They were able to fix my furnace and get it working again. I will definitely use this place again.

The hot water heater element went out on Mother's new travel trailer and we had no way to get it to the dealership. We called these nice young men and they came out and replaced it. They were able to come out within a couple of days so no long wait. They also discussed things that might make her more comfortable while living there. Very nice, neat, and professional. We will use them for any other needs.

I called 1 Call RV Services, LLC at 10 am on a Saturday morning. They had to drive about 40 miles to come out to troubleshoot and repair my A/C unit. At 11:11 am they were at my gate and by 12:20 pm they were done and on their way. My A/C is back in action are ready to roll.Big shout out to this company and Yes I will call them again.Where do you get service like that now days? Outstanding RV technician. I asked him to come look at installing a third AC unit in my fifth wheel. On his way over, I changed plans and also had him check my other two AC units because they were condesating horribly. He checked both of them out, figured out the issue, and fixed it on the spot. He didn't charge an arm and a leg for it either!

Came out to my rv storage unit. I can say it won't be the case for everyone (because of how damaged yours might be) but they were able to save me hundreds of dollars on my awning repair. My awning had been damaged due to storm, but they were able to put it all back and in working condition. Also, helped in a couple other last minute questions I had about our new rv. Super friendly and was more than willing to help out. We will definitely call again next time we have an issue.

My Motor Home AC went out and when we called they came out immediately and diagnosed the problem; needed a new unit. Sean coordinated with the Extended Warranty Company and installed a new unit the next day; only took one hour. All I had to pay was the deductible. Sean and Waylon are great. I called to see about having them come out to check my RV on an issue with my slide out- while they were not able to come out in my time frame they were able to talk me through some easy fixes over the phone. Fast, efficient, and the best part it s mobile! My husband and child recently relocated due to his job and I m a stay at mom. Our air conditioner decided to not work when it was 90+ Outside.On top of that my husband was away and had literally no one to come help me find a solution. Frantic to keep my baby cool I called EVERYWHERE. This was the only business willing to come on a Sunday. So thankful for this company. Plus the price was great!Service: Air conditioning

It was July 4th weekend and my camper had an electrical issue and I could not move my slide outs or raise my leveling jacks up to hook up and leave. I called Tem-Bel Sunday evening and Waylon answered and offered to come then (8pm) and we decide to look at it Monday July 4. He was their right on time and I will tell you he is very trustworthy man and does what he says. He got the problem diagnosed and fixed and even fixed a water leak I had. I am very thankful for Waylon for what he did as he went above and beyond to get me repaired. I will be using Tem-Bel for all my service moving forward and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing good honest work done for an affordable price.Thanks again Waylon for the prompt professional service you provided for me today. We had trouble with a Schwinktek slide retracting when we were getting ready to leave an RV Park in Lampasas, Texas. We also had trouble getting ahold of anyone to come to the park...but 1 Call RV Services answered and set up an appointment with us to stop by and take a look at it. Due to the nature of the slide issue (a job that required jacks and a shop), they were not able to fix it on site, but did get the slide retracted and got us on the road to our next location.
