Preaching with this: If Wal-Mart chooses to contact me. It should only be from the GM here.Our tech was nice, friendly, attentive. Forgot a detail...not a big deal. Other techs, same thing and tried to help. The "manager" .... WOULD NOT HELP THE LINE OF CUSTOMERS AT THE CHECKOUT FOR AUTO NEEDS!!!! Our tech finished our car in about 30 minutes. We WAITED OVER 30 MINUTES for help....which wasn't by the auto department.1. Another tech called for customer assistance at the counter. This point we were there about 10-15 minutes.2. I called the store myself to ask for them to call for assistance. They immediately did after hanging up. After going on 30 minutes.3. I walked TO ELECTRONICS TO GET HELP. Sandra was absolutely wonderful. She attempted to radio for help....to no avail. Then, proceeded to attempt to help us at the counter. I did an online order....we think it got figured out...a mechanic said online orders are stupid.... We got our keys and went.The "manager" saw us time and time again and still NOTHING!!!!!!! Hire or promote an actual manager!!!!The auto department experience up til checkout was great. Leaving.....good luck.

Good Lord, what a disaster. Opens at 7am, I pull up at 7:05. Three bays with one bay in the middle without a car staged there. I park, go inside to tell them I need a tire repaired. Some woman working around the desk, finally comes around and asks me what do I need. I inform her that I have a tire that's going flat. She say, "Oh, well you need to go back out and get in line." I'm thinking, where is it posted that says to get in line? Would have been nice to see a sign saying that so I didn't waste my time coming in.Anyways, I go back out and get into the center bay line for TIRES because that line is empty. This was about 7:10. I see three employees. One is talking to the person in the car to my right. The other two are milling around slowly picking up trash, moving carts, pretty much doing the stuff they should have done before they left yesterday. 7:25 rolls around and all this time they, all three of them, never even made eye contact with me. They come back to the car on my right and the driver leaves. They pull the car into the bay, talk a bit and then walk off. One of the three finally starts talking to the guy on my left. At this point I figured they must have tired themselves out from all that lack of work and went to take a break. Almost 30 minutes later, no communication, no acknowledgement of my existence. Just absolutely nothing. Good Lord what a worthless place.

Rude employees in the auto area. The only one that was helpful was the guy running the counter who was brand new by the way. The mechanic that we dealt with was the absolute rudest, zero customer service and I would never go back

I actually have had consistently good service here. I don t mind waiting a bit to get my car serviced as long as I have a place to sit and wait. The people have been kind and accommodating. I just think they make it easy for me and so I ll just keep coming back. I do trust them and love that there is a running record of all services done on my car. Very smart of them! AND they re in my neighborhood!Services: Tires, Auto battery replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Auto tire replacement, Battery, Oil change

Took my vehicle to have a new tire put on. The worst part one of the guys damaged my front bumper by hitting their parking sidewalk. Manager said he would fix it. But when I took it in he was like it s been wrecked before. But like I told him but my bumper was not sticking out and I didn t have a dent on it either. But I learn my lesson about ever going to Taylor to get anything done to my vehicle. Everybody needs to check out their vehicle before driving out of there.

Got there at 5pm, waited outside till 530 until someone came to help me. She asked what my tire size was even though she was 2ft from the front tire. She Went to find tires inside. Couldn t find, I found them outside. She had no clue about tires. Asked for 4 tires to be put on and will be done at 645. Calls at 640pm saying they haven t started the job and can t do it today. Wasted 2 hours and my time. Incompetent and terrible service. Never going back again they were the only tire place open on Saturday at 5pm near me. Going to a local guy on Monday morning.Service: Auto tire replacement

Came to get a new tire and no one helped and they wanted me to put my own air in my tire. Never had this problem before at other Walmart locations. Very unprofessional. Bad Customer service. Emmit came out and helped me personally. Thank you five stars for him

went 3/18 for an oil change and tire rotation , seemed like they were rushing and didn t care about the work they were doing . My oil light is already on & I just noticed my splash shield hanging down over my oil pan . 3 screws are missing which would ve never happened if these guys would pay attention to what they are doing.. I ve called to get ahold of the manager and nothing . When I get transferred to the auto center I m on hold someone picks up and just hangs up . Simple avoidable mistake , now I have a damaged splash shield I have to fix myself because they obviously don t seem to care about the issue . I m also missing tire caps ..Services: Tires, Oil change

They don't value your time. My wife and I got 2 cars. One for oil change and one for tires change. They took 45 mins, no update on tracking so I went to the technician and asked, they said they don't have the oil filter for the first car. So I told my wife to leave with that car. Then for the second one the tire key didn't fit. I told the guy I live 3 mins away and I'll bring the right one. I left and brought the right one within 5 mins sharp. They said I need to join the queue again and it'll take 2 hours. Seriously?? I took half day off of work for this??? Don't you respect customer time? We take time off of work for these things and time off means losing wage. If you cant respect that there is no honor in your work sir.

If I could rate these crooks a zero I would. My husband just went in for the usual oil change and tire rotation. First they lie about the cost of such service and put in a high dollar filter and oil. Then they try to hide the original receipt by throwing it in the trash and printing a new one to wrongfully charge him for the oil & filter he never asked for. Then they conveniently forget to rotate his tires and want to make him wait 30 mins while they service the other customers in line because making him happy wasn t a priority. Then a tech proceeds to slam on the hood of my husbands truck because he was angry. My husband and I have both serviced our vehicles at this very location in Taylor,TX and have never had problems until now. When I receive names for him I will definitely report them to whomever I need to. Customer service means doing what is right by the customer and making them happy. Won t trust these crooks with our vehicles ever again.

Went for an oil change ,got there at 7 when it opened ask also for a tire rotation did my oil change and waited for rotation for my tires for an hour and asked had someone else car on the lift putting new tires. And my car was to the side and still didn t do it . Really bad service! Services: Auto tire replacement, Oil changeServices: Auto tire replacement, Oil change

Service is great , Jennifer is asset to company. All employees work hard to please. Shop was clean inside and out. Oil change for my diesel pickup was only 20min. I will be back again, highly recommend. Thanks guys for a nice experience. Price was fine with me.

I went for routine tire rotation and balance since I had purchased that with my new tires and it was done, just not in the same manner as at other stores. The manager was very friendly and helpful.

Dropped the car around 1:10 pm for a routine oil change...1. They never called me back to notify the car was ready to be picked up.2. Sloppy/careless work. My car is white and they left dirty greasy hand prints on the hood and also inside the door handle where you pull the door shut.Order No. 16086 at Walmart Auto Care Center in Tylor, TX

Terrible experience here. Lady that works up front is nice, however there is a female technician that is absolutely rude and has no business working with the public. I will never go to this Walmart oil change begin, other experiences have been great at other Walmarts.

It seems impossible for Walmart to put a new tire on and rotate tires without having to come back for a balance they forgot or to reorient tire sensors. I strongly recommend you go somewhere else. Any money you think you might save will be eaten up by the extra time and hassle of coming back again.

It was excellent. I got a flat tire. They were friendly and good. They explained everything to me. The waiting area was cool which was a welcome change from the 100 degrees outside.

The Wal-Mart automotive center is finally back open again. They're a little understaffed so you might have to wait a bit longer but they went out of their way to get our tires on quickly.

No sense of urgency with this place. Just needed an oil change and tire patch and I'm still here 3 hours later. Absolutely ridiculous.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Went in for an oil change and came back with a broken door handle. Somehow they managed to break my passenger side door handle and tried to hide it. Had someone else check to see if they changed my filter and they didn t. Should of listened to my friends and went somewhere else

Walmart auto care in Taylor tx was a truly an awful experience. I used to go there all the time I won't anymore. They treated me so badly.

Not really sure ,don't know what happened to the old crew that had been there for a while ,these guys are not very friendly or helpful and have nothing to say about what has happened to my vehicle after a oil change and the oilfilter was not put on appropriately and was leaking oil until I changed it again sooner than needed

Was told to go to o'riley auto parts to get a oil filter and oil then they would do oil change.
