Called in advance as drive an Audi... they were honest and said they don't do a lot of them and that I would need to bring my own oil and filter. They recommended local auto supply store to verify correct components. I bought the oil and filter and they changed oil and installed filter for $49.99 while I sat in the car. They were quick and competent. Returned the 0.4 quart not put in and gave a free air freshener. Very nice service people. Highly recommend.

Called ahead of time got the price. Got here, came straight into a bay Ariana verified which oil I wanted without pressure or pursuaian. I got high milage because I have a lot of miles on my truck which is better. She was really nice I got strawberry air freshener they put air in my tires all within 15 min I was in and out. Will definitely come back and 10/10 recommend.

Feb 22, 2024 I went in for an oil change. The crew drained the oil. They did not have the filter in stock. They asked me if I wanted to go to an auto parts store and buy one. I said I can t my care has no oil in it. They went to the store while I sat there. They got the filter but did not know how to change it. So the put new oil in the car with a dirty filter and told me I owe them $80. I spoke with the owner and in the end I agreed to $40. As time has gone on I m not sure why I paid anything since I caused none of it. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Jiffy Lube down the road. The 10 min PARTIAL oil change took 40 minutes.

These guys were great! Plus out of the 3 places I went they were the only ones who knew how to change the oil and filter for my Fiat 500 Turbo.

I love the fact there s a Strickland brothers in taylor considering I live in thorndale. I used to drive to Georgetown location every time I needed an oil change. Everyone in taylor was very nice and helpful. Upon checking out I have a special oil filter which I knew but the charge is significantly higher than Georgetown only to be told it s because they re franchise owned and can make their own prices. Which I get but was disappointing. Otherwise it was a nice and friendly location but oil changes are already expensive so I don t think I ll be back.-Kelsey

I pulled up to the bay, I stayed in my car, a team of technicians went to work right away on my oil change, they had a great attitude and I was done in about 12 minutes, the price was very fair, too. Great job!

My first time It was kool when i pulled up. I was offered water while i waited..But the second time, What I didnt understand is why I was told cash only but once pulled into the bay and after the oil change the technician come asking me about a filter I noticed he didn t have a name tag or unform like I saw them in the very time i came. but I cant forget the gold teeth. I told him no I was totally fine. I just wanted the oil change. He then says , well if you come up here any day after 3 the manager will be gone and he can do it for free because I was beautiful. Then told me he can provide me good smoke or whatever I need because he s the party guy.I dont know what kind of shop yall are running but it needs to be shut down. You guys are lucky my sister didnt call the police when she saw him making a suspicious exchange out of his gas tank. Im looking around like where are the other workers but it was just him and some lady inside. I will never be back..

Arrived at the store on 12/9 @ 1121 am for an inspection. Was told by the rude female doing inspections they stop at 11am. Common sense would tell you most people work Monday-Friday so Saturday would be a busy inspection day. Can't wait for Juffy Lube to open. Never again!

The staff was very helpful and professional. I had questions and a different need and they all went out of their way to help. They were very friendly, courteous, and respectful. I even got to meet the owner who, himself was positive, honorable and supportive. The shop was clean, safe and everyone was approachable. They filled extra fluids and listened and asked questions. I highly recommend their services. I will be going back. It was my first visit but, definitely not my last. Great prices, great service . Thanks for all you do. My oil is brand new.Irene Marapao

Fast and friendly service. You can get your oil changed on your lunch hour with plenty of time to actually eat lunch. Would recommend!

Nice enough techs, but they always forget to give me the veteran discount even though I tell them and present my ID at the beginning. They also didn't have my oil filter either time I went, if you dont take your own supplies its really expensive, and they didn't know how to reset my oil monitoring system. I had to call the Pflugerville location, where I usually go, to get assistance. I think I'll drive the extra miles to continue using the P-ville shop.

If i could give no stars, asked for fuel filter and inspection, girl ask me to get in line for fuel filter change get up to do it and guy says they dont do it, i said it was fine parked truck to wait for inspection and girl walked by me a few times should be been next,girl says i thought you left and it would be another wait waited for 2 hours and still didnt get my inpsection dont waste your time here

I have been to Strickland Bros in Georgetown previously and had a great experience so was excited to see that they opened one in Taylor. I arrived and checked in as needed and was told there were a couple of cars ahead of my for inspection. I then proceeded to wait 1.5 hours and actually watched someone who checked in AFTER me get completed and cashed out. Its hard enough to get this done during their business hours with a job of my own but to be waiting for 1.5 hours and watch them skip you is beyond irritating.Once I finally got finished, the cashier was too busy on the phone to even address me. He just pointed to the pin pad for payment, not great customer service and I was already irritated. Terrible experience.

The people are super nice! My vehicle was ready quickly and I didn t have any issues here. The sweet lady up front was patient as it took me awhile to get my insurance info from my phone. I ll be going back when I need an inspection or an oil change. Thanks Strickland Brothers!

Sloppy, wrong filter, nice and trying to help attitude because they know they have a very poor performance. The work of just an oil change is careless and incompetent. Do not do not go there. Run!

Went for an inspection, the( I guess was a female) was very rude and disrespectful told me to leave. Now to be fair I did say some choice words as well but neither I nor family or friends will ever do business at this place again due to (her?) Attitude.

I went in to get an oil change and inspection and was told that as of today, they no longer do inspections at this location. I still got my oil changed anyway, and I need to find a different place to get my inspection done.
