If you can, go somewhere else. I recently came to this establishment to fix my window that was no longer rolling up or down. They quoted me a $99 diagnostics fee which I agreed to, thinking it shouldn t be too much more to put my window back in a working track. After diagnostics, they said they could order my part and install it the next day. Okay. They then proceeded to tell me they were going to charge me right over $1,000 to replace this part and put my window back on. For reference, I ve had this replaced elsewhere and it cost me $260 with labor. I was well and prepared to give them more than asking price but instead they chose to try and charge me $800 in labor. I m sure they don t rip people off but I was definitely not one of those people. Also, I chose not to be lazy and fixed it myself. Thank you premium for the encouragement to do it myself.

I came in for a car inspection. I was treated very kindly and provided with fast and efficient service. They know their stuff and never string you along for unnecessary charges. They re an honest company that takes care of you. So glad I came here!

Went in for an inspection and Maggie knocked it out quickly!! She was very kind and funny and helpful. Also the mechanic Tim was awesome and very knowledgeable!!! Definitely will be bringing my car and truck back!!

Hello Everyone! I want to Thank Premium Automotive! for all the help with the repairs on my truck!Premium Automotive fixed what Austin Automotive Specialist in Hutto ! charged me for services and never completed them horrible place!Premium Automotive is for sure the place to bring your vehicle for service if something else is wrong with your vehicle they take the time to show you - call you make sure you are aware - it's your choice to get the repairs done - trust me you wont regret it.They are honest! Ms. Mindy and the staff are amazing!If you live in Taylor, Texas give to your community don't take it anywhere else !Thank you again! Premium Automotive for your great service

[edit:] Dropped off our toy FJ yesterday for a rotate & balance, alignment, and asked to have a known warped rotor identified. They turned all 4 rotors, since all the hardware was recent-ish, and "Marge" is smooth as silk on the whoa again. Nice work PA! - just what's needed, done properly. What more could a car guy ask for.[orig:]Premium Automotive is awesome and has gained a long-term customer. I try to do most of my own maintenance, but there are a few things I cannot do myself. I wrote a detailed note for a few tasks I needed performed and dropped my truck after hours, for whenever they could get to it in the following days. First thing in the morning, the owner called after he and a tech had reviewed my note. We had a great conversation about the work to be done, he understood the details I noted, precipitated by errors from other mechanic shops, and provided a very reasonable estimate of cost and when they could get the work completed. They got the work done quickly, I am confident it was done right, and their customer service was spot on, understanding, and friendly all the way around. This is basically their mission statement from their website, and they've done what they set out to do.Immediately upon returning home, I told my wife that if we ever need any work done that I can't get to, Premium Automotive was the shop to do the work. I will have some tasks to be done on our toy time attack car, hopefully later in the summer, and I know exactly where I'm going!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

I m not sure what is better the friendly smiles or the fast service. Just make sure you arrive before 430 if you want same day state inspection

Premium and Eric love my BMW just as much as I do. The mechanics are professional in service as well as demeanour. Mindy is a very well organised service manager who never has a bad day and always finds an answer to customers needs.

Premium Automotive in Taylor cannot be trusted to provide honest and professional work. My vehicle was not repaired with a quality part. The owner advised he would only replace the part with the same poor-quality part. The owner does not use OEM parts and instead uses inferior-grade parts that may not work with your vehicle. I requested the replacement part to be OEM after having this problem with the inferior part and he refused to do it. The owner argues with you on the phone and does not care if you are satisfied. I cannot believe I was treated so badly after spending $855.00 to replace a $200 part. I would never recommend anyone use Premium Automotive in Taylor.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had never been to this shop but needed timely assistance to check drivability of my auto after an accident. Eric was willing to look at it the very next day for that important check.The car needed body work much more than mechanic work. Eric sorted this out swiftly. Eric checked the mechanical systems as sound and refused to even charge me for the assistance. Even gave me pointers on body shop nearby.Eric really helped me in a stressful situation. Kuddos, for swift service, honest service, impeccable customer service and just genuine kindness.I had other shops turn me down for immediate help -even one refused any assessment after I told them the car needed body work too, at later point. No shop was rude, just not what I needed. I needed to know if it was driveable for safety reasons before sorting the long process of body work. Thank you so very much, Eric!Service: Auto maintenance

They earned my trust. They do great work. Great prices. Great customer service. Very transparent when it comes to describing your auto issues and what they need to do to fix them. Got the job done pretty quick too. Going back and telling friends.

Called and spoke with Eric I believe, talked about a break job with parts supplied by myself and some cleaner and what that would run me and how long. Showed up the next morning parts in hand dropped off the ride and it was ready for pick up by 4pm, would have been sooner but there was a slight issue with the lugs and needed to be replaced, so I had to run the dealership thanks to a good friend and was able to get a whole set within minutes. Point of the review is to acknowledge how beneficial having a shop so close to home and a shop that allows you to provide you own parts is truly amazing and these guys really do great work at a great price. Can t get this type of service in the city, only the high rates and long waits for them folks.

I'm VERY impressed. They're professional and inexpensive. The dealership had installed the wrong stabilizer bar bushings and then couldn't seem to figure out why my car creaked and made noises when steering. Within an hour the mechanic at Premium Automotive figured it out. He repaired it by replacing the bushings with the correct ones and my car is now noise free and rides great. Great work guys.

These folks found something another auto repair shop tried to hide in the steering and alignment. I highly recommend Premium Automotive in Taylor, Tx for maintenance. They demonstrated first hand the TECHNETIUM code of Ethics. We have used Premium Auto in Taylor for years as our ONLY vehicle maintenance shop and have always been impressed with their work. However, yesterday they raised the bar even more. My husband, Dave Bogan, brought our F-350 dually to get the oil changed (had an appt @ 2:30). While they were changing the oil they checked the brakes and took a photo and showed him our front brakes were almost completely gone! The mechanic even said he didn t trust the truck s ability to safely get back to where we currently live, over an hour away. They said their schedule was booked yesterday afternoon but could do it today. My husband explained that we were to leave this morning on a week s vacation in our truck (with reservations already made). They asked their crew and someone volunteered to get it done yesterday! YAY for them!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Took my truck in to have it serviced under an extended warranty. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. They were able to look at the truck the next morning and installed the parts right away.After driving the truck for a day, I noticed an issue. I took it back to them and they immediately took a look, diagnosed and rectified the issue. The issue was actually a part that was damaged during installation, which is not ideal, but they took the time to bring me out to the shop and show me what had happened. They took responsibility for and fixed the issue, no questions asked and had me back on the road the same day.You can't ask for anything better than an honest person or business. I would recommend them for any automotive needs.

I have nothing bad to say about my experience here it was amazing ! They got me in and out so quick and was very helpful ! I had plastic pieces popped out due to hitting a raccoon and they popped everything back into place like nothing happened ! Will definitely go back here again ! Very nice people and friendly !

I highly recommend Premium Automotive for all your vehicle needs. In looking for a Repair shop with a rapid return and great prices, I gave Premium Automotive a chance. I quickly found what I was in the market far. They offer exactly what I needed as well as good customer service.I encourage you to give them a try.

For a quick vehicle inspection, they're the place to go. I haven't had any other work done there, but did use them to do a full inspection of a Carvana vehicle I was buying. I noticed a ticking noise in the front left that sounded like a CV axle going out. With Carvana, if failures are found within a certain amount of time, they'll do the repairs at no cost. Got the vehicle back and was told it was just a rock in the tire. Well, covid hit and I didn't get to drive the vehicle very much. Turns out it was the cv axle, but it was too late to make the claim to Carvana. Being that the vehicle has a sturdier drive train, the part alone cost me $900. I had to do the repair myself because I couldn't afford the labor or a shop to trust.
