Went to O Reilly s a few minutes ago store employee, Andrew, was EXCEPTIONAL!!!! The item I needed was just a simple rear window wiper, but this employee made me feel like I was asking for a motor! SUPER friendly all of the employees there SUPER friendly I will be giving my business to O Reilly s from now on

I visited the O Reilly s in Taylor. I have never had a bad experience with them , but today STEVEN was there and he went above and beyond to assist. He found what I needed . His customer service is exceptional and outstanding. He makes a huge difference. Ty

I was leaving town on Wednesday and my car wouldn't start. I got a jump and went straight to O'Reilly. The very kind assistant manager sold me the correct battery AND installed it for me! Right then with NO hassle or stress. I thank you.

Needed new wiper blades for my 2008 Malibu. The gentleman at the Taylor, Texas, O'Reilly's Auto Parts was extremely patient with my automotive ignorance and took time to identify exactly which ones I needed. And this being Texas, thanks to the other customer who also kindly helped in identifying the brand I already had on my car.

I typically have good luck with getting what I need. On 22 August I ordered a lug nut that was supposed to be in the following day. I went to pick it up on 24 August (even a day after) they could not find it. So, they offered to reorder it. I agreed and they did, so it was supposed to be in today, I just went by and they don t have it again.

Not a huge inventory but usually they can get what you need shipped to the store somewhat fast. Prices are not that competitive. Some really friendly and knowledgeable people and a few that should never deal with people or cars and give very bad advise.

Always impressed with the staff at O Reillys in Taylor Texas.. I had an issue with my alternator 200 miles away and I sent my GF to pick one up in Taylor. They were very helpful to someone who was not knowledgeable (GF) about the product. Then after determining I only had a bad wire, they graciously allowed let her return it. Fast and easy...

This oreilleys was the best one I ve ever visited! I needed a battery replaced in my key fob, and they couldn t find a screwdriver small enough so they found one in the package and opened it for me took my battery out and put the new one in. Some of the best customer service I ve seen in a while!

Arrived around 730pm on sunday 9/3 because I thought my battery was going bad the sales associate tested it and told me that the problem was with my alternator. Monday morning I missed 3 hours of work to take my car to the dealer for warrenty work and found the Battery was bad and got a new one theremaybe some training is in ordernot happy about the run around

Christopher doesn't have time for customers that have made online orders. Disappointed with oreillys in Taylor. We spend alot of money and have accounts but they don't want to solve the situation from the online order. I dont think I have time either.

The employee questioned my veteran status. He even compared my military ID to my drivers license to make sure it was me, I thought this was Texas.

If you're still shopping at AutoZone for car parts you just wasting your money or it better be an emergency. O'Reilly's lifetime warranty really saves you if you own a car for more than a few years. don't forget they have tools to loan just ask at the desk. By the way never buy the cheapest oil filter at any store as they are just junk I'm talking to you FRAM.

The people who work the counter here know about cars, not just how to look something up on the computer. They are always willing to find and/or order difficult to find parts.

Never anyone there that is knowledgeable about any parts, nor do they ever seem to have what i am needing! I hate to say it but i will go into Hutto or Round Rock before i stop here again.

Poor customer service. I found the item I was looking for online, said it was in stock at this location, went to ask for the part and the salesman said they didn't have it. Went back to my truck, ordered it online to pickup in store, and came back 30 minutes later to receive it.
