Absolutely the best vehicle purchasing experience that I have ever had. Great experience buying a truck with this dealership. They have a great sales team. I live in southeast Oklahoma and work in west Texas and this was a 7 hour drive out of my way but worth the drive, there prices were way below any dealership I found in Texas or Oklahoma and Robert and Kyle were both great to deal with during the vehicle purchase. I will be returning after the 1st of the the year to purchase my wife a new vehicle and have recommend them to family and friends.

This is the second vehicle I ve Purchased from here they always have friendly service and always take care of me every time I come. The first time I purchased from Brenda, which is now the finance manager she s always so sweet and so helpful and always gets me the vehicle that I like. It s like she knows me so well She is the finance manager so she made the process so easy and quick go round. Deontae was very helpful helping me find my vehicle this go round. He was very friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommended using them next time you are ready to buy a vehicle! Great job guys!

One of the easiest vehicle transactions ever. Everyone at Nyle Maxwell Jeep was friendly, professional, and engaging. Pierce, our salesman, was awesome from the first phone call and throughout the entire transaction. He is a wealth of knowledge in the Jeep product. Jose and Kyle in Finance were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient, and never once did I feel pressure from anyone. Just an all-around great group of people. Highly recommend!

I have to say, this was not my first car buying experience, however it was the best! Kenny went above and beyond to meet the needs my wife and I were searching for in a car. He got us in at a price we could afford and helped us into a car that was perfect for us. The rating scale doesn t do this man justice, 15/10 rating for his salesmanship and accommodations. My experience at Maxwell in Taylor was great, John Walton, got me into a new used car, there was no hassle, no problems, no worries and in short amount of time. The finance part was as hassle free as the sales part and the warranty is excellent and everyone was nice and took the time to make sure I understood about my warranty... Thank y'all at Maxwell for the best car buying experience.

Was in the market for a used work truck and sick of paying new prices to just beat up everyday. Found a fair deal on a super low mileage pre owned ram 2500 they had on the lot and were willing to actually negotiate a price on. Second pickup I ve purchased from this place. If you want a chill laid back sales guy here ask for Deontae Cobbs!

My initial experience was positive when negotiating the price of our 2024 ram(even though they were asking way more than online price8k more) until we went to sign on the dotted line and the terms changed. I never imagined purchasing gap and maxwell forever plus would bump me 14k more than what we agreed on. This was never discussed to me. I was only informed my monthly payment would go up for little more. I feel like Brenda took advantage of our trust because she never discussed our expensive upgrade. She mentioned road side assistance and lifetime coverage and that's about it. All the signing was rushed and nothing was explained. We walked away believing our loan was 14k less than what it actually was until we read it and realized they charged us for so many extras.. like window tint? We were told it was going to be free... Horrible communication honestly we went back twice to ask them to explain what happened and all they said was if you pay it off sooner you'll pay less.. but I wanted to know why it was 14k more?! If gap and maxwell forever plus is really worth 14k than I have no complaints I guess... BUT I would have APPRECIATED if I was told what I was purchasing and how much and how much my loan actually was. Instead of being blindsided. We were also sent home with no paperwork.. we had to go back and ask for our breakdown

They made it happen. They worked with us consistently, with kindness and understanding and got us in a brand new truck that we love at an unbeatable price. They stayed after hours to let us pick it up, knowing we had a 2.5 hour drive and 3 small kids, and not once did they treat us as if that was an inconvenience. They were patient with us, kind to our children, and I cannot even begin to explain how much easier and more relaxed I felt purchasing here than I have at any other dealership. 10/10 highly recommended.

They don t push you into anything instead explain the process, and get you a car perfect for you. Decided to come here after I totaled my car. (curbs fear me) I knew exactly what vehicle I wanted to take home with me and Brenda in sales made that happen! The process was very fast considering how busy they were, and I was driving off the lot in my brand new Gladiator in under three hours.I d also like to mention Mr. Reyna, the finance manager. He was quick, efficient and friendly. Both him and Brenda made my car buying experience here a breeze and I will definitely be returning for any future vehicles.ps. Brenda has all the best snacks in her office. Definitely worth a mention

Sales process was good. The post purchase service is absolutely horrible. Calls go to voicemail. Text messages go unanswered. Website freezes. Warranty coverage is dependent on me keeping regular maintenance done and it has to be done in this dealership. I can't get in touch with ANYONE to schedule an appointment to keep my maintenance up to date. Ive tried for several days now and no help from anyone.

Dealer was very pushy, knew nothing on the car they where trying to sell.Only offered me a 1,000 on my trade in which was worth over well over 16,000 at the time. They kept pushing me to go through with the deal and to still trade in my vehicle which they claimed they "didn't want" but where very pushy on me using it as a trade in. They went as far as talking down to me along with making rude comments about my car even though I would only be trading in for a car of the same make and model just a few years newer.The dealer tried to make it seem like I knew nothing about my car even though I had it for months at that point and I would drive it on a daily and was well aware of its condition, features along with how much the car would actually be sold for if I gave them it.Overall wouldn't go there unless you're ready to go around and around over the smallest things.

Our experience was as good as it gets. Angel took care of everything and there were no surprises with pricing from the price that was advertised on the internet. We had an appointment set up and we ran a little late, however Angel waited on us because he knew we were coming, even though the place had customers everywhere. Awesome car buying experience.

The Entire Nyle Maxwell Team is Amazing!!!Michael in Sales was Awesome and helped us find the Truck we were looking for!Joseph with insurance dept. was able to save us $300 a month on our Insurance. We have 4x the coverage for less money.From Sales to Finance... they are all great folks...Joseph helping with insurance was the icing on the cake!!!We found our People & New Truck!!
