Stay away from here. I called ahead for a state inspection. Because it was already afternoon, I asked what time they do inspections till. Was told 5:30pm. I arrived at 5:06 and was told they stopped for day. I called to speak with manager and he hung up when I questioned why. Wasted 1.5 hours of my time and by then it was too late to go somewhere else and i drove 40 minute drive each way. Horrible customer service.

Try getting oil filters off. It can t be that hard, people. I ended up going to Strickland brothers here in Taylor and they got it off just fine plus gave me a free air freshener. This was the last straw I ever do business with Jiffy Lube again.

Professional and knowledgeable staff. They are fast, but thorough checking over the fluids, filters and belts. I just needed someone reliable to change out my oil. Thank you to the crew here.

I went last week for an inspection and nobody there was able to do it. I went again today and nobody there was able to do it, so I went to Premium Automotive.. no line.. and within 10 minutes, passed inspection.
