I scheduled an appointment to get a vehicle inspection. They were not only efficient, but they were also very friendly!I have gone there previously to get a multi-point inspection for a Volkswagen Jetta that I was interested in buying (which served as the determining factor to purchasing the vehicle). Joe answered our questions thoroughly and honestly.I definitely recommend coming here for any vehicle maintenance you need, as I will continue to give them business for anything else needed in the future! 10/10!

I have a 1997 f250 with the 5.8 in it.I had Guzman do all the work . I spent several hours up there planning the build with them. The customer service I experienced with them is TOP NOTCHThey stayed in touch the hole time my truck was there I knew everything that was going on the hole time. If anything came up they would let me know and we would decide what direction to go. I will take all my vehicles to them and tell everyone I know to go to them.

I heard many good things about this place so I decided to check it out for myself. Went In yesterday for an oil change and was greeted by the receptionist who then offered me a drink while I waited. The owner came and introduced himself and welcomed me. A few minutes later his son did as well. Top notch customer service and they got me on my way in a short time! I ll definitely spread the word and will return!

Got to give a big shout out to GUZMAN AUTOMOTIVE- I was in town last week to visit my granddaughter and my car needed what I though was brakes and just the front struts done- I called and they got me in that day- they sent me pics and video of what needed to be done and fixed it all the next day! I loved the fact that they were friendly from beginning to end as well as fast and got me back on the road before I had to leave. Will definitely use them again

Excellent service. I was in the area did a Google maps search for automotive repair called the first three shops - was put on the schedule a few days out so I called Guzman automotive spoke to Joe and he said they had a bay open and confirmed that they service front end alignment repairs so I headed that way, and within an hour and a half the service was complete. Very Satisfied with the repair.

This was my first time at the shop and I only needed an inspection. My appointment was at 8:30am, I arrived at 8:28am. My car was taken in and done by 8:45am. The vibe of the waiting area was very nice, cozy and welcoming. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I would give more stars if I could. Highly recommend Guzman Automotive!

Stopped by for an inspection yesterday. I had already paid when they realized that the car had failed. I was told to drive the vehicle and return the next day. When I got home, I received a call stating that I shouldn't have been charged until it had actually passed, and that they felt their service had not been up to their standards. Returned this morning and it passed no problem. The service I received was no less than phenomenal! Pleasant reception walking in the door and they made sure I was squared away and taken care of completely. Definitely a total upgrade for our area for all your automotive service needs!Thanks again,Robert Walla

Jayden and his team at Guzman are amazing! Throughout the process of repairs they kept me updated/informed. I through a wrench in things by bringing my Jeep wrangler in to replace the clutch, oil pan, flywheel, etc. With all the custom work done to my vehicle I knew it would be a challenge but, they didn t hesitate to offer help to me. The turnaround was fast, their warranty is AMAZING, and I will be doing more work with them for my diesel truck soon. Great family business. Thank you for all the hard work!

James and his staff were outstanding from booking to checking out with Erica. Joe got my ticket going and truck was in the shop getting serviced. Irving performed the work on my truck and was very knowledgeable and is certified in the automotive field, this shops technicians are great. He let me know what needed attention now, and what to prepare for in the future which was very helpful. This shop area is still under construction but is up and running for all service needed for your vehicle or service fleet. I would highly recommend Guzman Automotive and will surely be taking my vehicles here moving forward.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Auto battery replacement

Just had my truck in for replacement of upper control arms and alignment. Ran into nightmares with the aftermarket parts that I provided for them to replace. They were able to identify I d gotten the wrong parts. Reordered correct parts and Guzman rushed to get my truck back together for me.They went above and beyond what should have been a simple repair job. Kept me informed the whole way through. And priced the work so reasonably even though I know they had to perform extra work.Anyone in the area, Hutto to Rockdale, Granger to Elgin or beyond, should definitely consider Guzman Automotive for their auto service and repairs. So glad to have them here in Taylor!!!

Superb service is key and that is just what you will get at Guzman Automotive. As a woman I am always worried about being taken advantage of as I know NOTHING about cars and automotive repairs but Guzman Automotive was honest, reliable, have fair prices and explained everything I needed NOW and what to plan for in the future to keep my car running at its best.
