I love these people. I don't even know them but i love you them. I contemplated trading in my car multiple times and every time i did i would let them know id be coming out there to look at cars but that plan fell through time and time again. I finally came by and got my car the same day! It is the perfect car and for a very reasonable price. They are so nice and helped me out alot with my trade in. They answered all my questions i had without hesitation and really worked with me to get the best deal. So patient! So friendly!

very very great place 10-10 service and 10-10 people they were both up forward and honest about any questions i had and overall i would definitely recommend if your having questions or concerns put them aside i assure you very good business there good quality vehicles and even if a problem comes along they are there to fix it!!!!!

The buying process was made very simple. Paperwork took maybe 10 minutes. I identified a few issues with the vehicle before buying, and they agreed to fix all my concerns. I got the car in a week after all parts were in, and repairs were made. They likely get many of their cars at auction, so give it a good inspection first and they will take care of you.

I can not say enough great things about my car buying process! Definitely have gained loyal life long customers! This was by far the greatest and easiest car buying experience! Dylan and Jake are seriously focused on a great experience! I purchased an old truck from them, and they literally told me, "if we're selling you a vehicle, we want to make sure it runs well first!". I was amazed! I'm satisfied... Not only with my purchase, but the entire experience! I shared my concerns, they were addressed promptly and efficiently. If all salesmen performed this way!? J/S

Dylan at DriveSimple is a car sales genius. He made my out of state vehicle purchase so smooth and easy. The Toyota Sienna I purchased was in great working order and clean. The price was incredible, I got a screaming deal. Communication was done through text and email which made communication documented and convenient for my busy schedule. Bought a 2019 Mercedes Benz CLA sedan from DriveSimple in September. These folks are great to deal with and my experience with them was amazing. They worked to find me the best financing terms available. Gave me more for my Cadillac than some of the other dealers online offered. After we agreed on terms they held the car for me until I arrived at their store. I drove 3 hours to do business with them and the entire experience was great and was worth the trip to DriveSimple. I had a really positive experience getting my 2020 Chevy Trax. Jake and Dylan were very accommodating and helpful and I didn t feel pressured to buy like I have in the past at other dealerships. I made the drive from Austin to their place in Taylor because they have very competitive pricing.

Got a nice Dodge dart here that I really like and so do my kids! The price was right and they had a warranty that was a lot cheaper than other places that I used. I went through Capital One my bank and that was easy to set up for monthly payments. Definitely worth the drive from Georgetown

Dylan was absolutely amazing. Reached out to him via email and we did all the hard work over the phone. Which made car shopping so much easier. These guys strip out all the B.S. and overhead costs typically associated with car dealerships and pass that savings onto their customers with fair prices, no hidden fees, and a smooth transaction process that will save you time and money. Don't expect a glitzy dealership located on prime real estate full of shiny new cars. They are a small operation off the beaten path, but had a nice selection of vehicles that fit what we were shopping for. Some vehicles had a few dents, dings, and blemishes, but some were perfect and the prices were set accordingly.Dylan was our sales rep and he did a great job assisting us with our selection and also in getting us financed. I would buy here again and will definitely keep them in mind the next time I'm in the market for a vehicle.

I bought a car from them for $11,000. about two months later I got a repair bill for just over $11,000. Now I own an $11,000 paperweight. I went to a second shop and got basically the same quote, except they gave me $1,500 off since i'm a US Army Veteran. The only way to get this repaired so that it won't be a huge expense, as I was told by a few people, is to find a re furbished engine and hope the luck of the draw gets me a good engine that won't also break down on me. So the best the warranty would give me is another, likely, bad engine

I recently purchased a car from drive simple . ive bought a few vehicles in my lifetime . and i must say this buying experience with drive simple has been by far the best . ive already started sending friends and coworkers to them . i gave a 5 star for the all around service i received, they were even close but still allowed me to come in and veiw the nice selections on vehicles. We were able to make a decision and all the paperwork was sign and complete Via emails. Took roughly 30 mins .so when i got off work all i had to do was get the keys .. Super fast service highly recommended and i will keep sending business there way .and trust me i also read the good and bad reviews i leave the readers of this review with this alway find out for yourself rather then taking anyone advice about anything ur experience isnt everyone else's people can be very hateful for all the wrong reason we can all complain about something negative are a bad experience. So before we post take a min to think .

I bought a cute lil car from Dylan and Jake and they made it a very easy and straightforward experience for me! I had just come from a bigger dealership where the salesmen and managers where trying to withhold information and didn't want to be honest about what they were actually trying to sell me. They kept saying things like "Oh that is baked into the deal" when I asked about the many extra add ons that I didn't want or need- just to get the MSRP on the car up. At the end of the day, I was prepared to have the same experience at Drive Simple and was pleasantly surprised by how candid and genuine the salesmen were. I would definitely recommend this dealership and you should specifically ask for Dylan to help you with the best deal they could possibly offer.

Literally the second day I had my new car it stalled out on me, and I was told it was just a o2 sensor which i bought myself because they wouldn't get me a new one because their obd scanner was "broken". idk if i belive that but i don't care at this point. I bought the o2 senosor but that was not the problem and I had asked the person who sold me the car if they had checked for vacuum leaks and he told me yes I also bought a map and maf sensor for the car trying to fix it. The car had a major vacuum leak that I had to find myself .While doing this i also found 2 head light bulbs not even pushed into the headlight housing. I also purchased all new tires because one blew out 2 weeks after having the car and while Changing them I could see the steel wires on the inside of all 4 tires. Then 2 months after having the car I had my second cylinder fail on me and the entire engine was ruined. The root of the cause was that the ecu was not tuned for a stock car which completely messed it up. They are obviously not appropriately checking the vehicles they are selling and I would not trust them with anything.

I bought a used car here great deal on the car. Dylan and Jake made the buying process super easy. Dylan did all the paper on a Saturday and I picked up the car and signed paperwork Monday.

This is a pretty amazing place as a used car dealership. Not sure how they get these great cars at such great prices, but they're amazing. Not only that, Jake, the manager, is a really chill guy and super conscientious. He's thorough and honest and fixes anything before you get the car. It's tough to imagine how attentive they were as a small dealership. Maybe they're not very small. It's a pretty good collection of cars.
