So very happy with the customer service. It was a quick and easy process. We were in and out in no time. Didn't like the fact we had to have 6 references. Overall, if you are a single owner this place will work with you to see what's best for you. I highly recommend Car-Mart in Taylor. They even let me know of a couple insurance places I could buy online to be able to drive off the lot with the vehicle that day. Thanks to all the staff members. You are much appreciated for helping us be able to get a vehicle big enough for our big family.

We had a great experience with the team at Car Mart. The car was presented well.. no pushy sales people and no promises to get you in over your head in debt. Even when it seemed to take forever for the insurance to go through.. they never hurried us or herded us outDo yourselves a favor and check out the vehicles on offer.. you won't be disappointed we sure weren't.

Very friendly & professional. Not pushy at all. Newer model cars with lower mileage than most "tote the note" lots. My credit isn't very strong & they got me into a vehicle of my choosing. I would definitely recommend America's Car- Mart of Taylor to anyone looking to buy a good used car.

If you re looking for a good used car lot to finance from I recommend this lot 100%! Everyone was extremely kind and made the environment feel like home. They made sure all my questions were answered, I worked with Amy she is very sweet, straightforward and generous. She gave me space when test driving the cars and just overall an amazing person. I recommend her 10/10 all it took was one phone call and they got me into a car, The process was quick and easy and she worked with me on the payments as well as making it extremely affordable! I only put down $800 and I love my car. Thank you so much car mart, definitely recommending family and friends!

This dealership is by far the BEST to work with!! Gigi was awesom from the 1st time she called me!! She went over EVERY single detail from start to finish. I picked out the SUV I wanted over the phone, when I arrived she had aready had it pulled up front with a half tank of gas & very clean. I definitely recommend Car Mart of Taylor!!

The ladies there are phenomenal. My good friend referred me to then and they didn't disappoint. From the moment you walk in, they greet you and are quick to assist you. I love my new truck and so does my daughter. I strongly recommend this place when looking for a vehicle.

They repossessed my vehicle they disconnected cables under my shifter and hood and reconnected them after I paid up. Weeks later the bushing that holds the shift cable to the shifter has broken left me my 5 year old and my 9 month old stranded resulting in us having to Uber home. Now I am being forced to pay for new keys and a tow to pay for something I couldn t have possibly damaged. When I called to talk to someone I was constantly talked over and interrupted and when I said let me speak the lady Sandra intentionally made a lot of noise making it hard for me to be heard. I had family over and my phone was on speaker and they were shocked at how rudely I was treated. A few of my family members work in call centers and said they would lose their jobs if they slammed things around every time they didn t want to hear a customer out. Financially the company will really work with you and manager josue is great but I m not happy with how my car was handled not happy I have to be the one responsible for repair and I m not happy with the way I was treated on the phone

Car-Mart of Taylor is the best shopping spot in Texas. Great vehicles, great customer service, and the put you in the vehicle you want, not the one they want. If you re looking for a vehicle and a friendly company, go to Car-Mart in Taylor, and tell the I sent you.

Buying a car went smoothly. Gg even called her boss to lower the down payment on a Murano. I almost got a Pathfinder but she helped me get something smaller, I'm only 5'2".

I went up here to put down on a car. I have a permit, on the website it says perfect for first time cars for adults to buy their kids etc. I brought my boyfriend to drive off the lot because he has his license. With your permit you can drive with someone in the car that's over 21. AMY that works there got in my face with her hands and told me I was acting crazy because I questioned why the car wouldn't be in my name. I want the footage played and I request that she gets drug tested her words were slurred and she wasn't understanding

DO NOT GET A CAR HERE. WE PULLED OUT A CAR AND THEN LITERALLY 2 MONTHS LATER THE TRANSMISSION WENT OUT. THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING TO HELP.Some context: we pulled out a car and then within 2 months the car started yanking to the right. We called car mart they said their warranty didn't cover it so we had to pay OUT OF POCKET TO OUR OWN MECHANIC. The mechanic then told us that the transmission was going out and that the engine was messing up. We told car mart and then they decide to say their warranty covered it after WE ALREADY PAID! they took the car and said they were going to fix it. When we asked how long they said it was going to take 3 WEEKS!!! Our only reliable vehicle to and from work and we can't even use it for almost a whole month. So we asked if there was anything they could do such as give us a different vehicle, cut this month's payment or work with us to get a different vehicle. THEY AT FIRST SAID THEY COULD NOW THEY SAID THEY CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!!!!!!! WE HAVENT EVEN HAD THE CAR FOR 2 WHOLE MONTHS!!!!! WHEN WE ASKED ABOUT PAYMENTS BEING DIFFERENT THEY SAID THEY COULDNT DO ANYTHING BECAUSE WE BARELY PULLED THE CAR OUT! THEY KNOWINGLY SELL LEMONS. EVERYONE WHOSE EVER LIVED IN TAYLOR KNOWS THIS. BE WARNED!!!!!! THEY WILL DO NOTHING TO HELP.Edit: I called customer service they did nothing also. DO NOT BELIEVE THE FAKE REVIEWS. THEY WILL DO NOTHING.

I absolutely recommend this business. Everyone was so friendly and professional. Gigi is amazing!!! She was patient and went out of her way to make sure I was absolutely comfortable with the vehicle I was purchasing before I drove it off the lot. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish from their mechanic all the way to the purchasing department. I felt like everyone was completely honest and upfront answering all my questions. This company is a joke the ladies do their job they're nice but once they get you out the door it's not up to them Josue the general manager is a joke they repoed my car over 20 bucks after I called them then I find out they own the record they do in-house financing and if you don't pay on the auction the car and they put you to pay them either way even though they do in-house financing this place is a joke I have a lawsuit with them right now

*LONG REVIEW AHEAD*I am someone that usually DESPISES working with dealerships. I ve had so many bad experiences, mistreatment, neglect, just overall haggling and strong-arming. I hate the process. I do not trust any of them, and I d rather use my vehicle until it runs into the ground. My husband has to pretty much drag me to get anything at all. So that is how this process started, actually. I m an expecting mother and I needed a reliable vehicle before baby arrived. My husband went on the hunt on my behalf and found a great compact SUV at America s Car Mart in Taylor, TX. He spoke with their salesperson, Amy, looked the vehicle over, and told her he d bring me in. Reluctant was an understatement of how I felt when I went up there, but I had a refreshing experience. Amy made the process quick and easy. I was genuinely surprised. I didn t feel bullied, pressured, or neglected. On the contrary, she answered all of the questions I had, set me up for the vehicle (which is in great condition), and worked with me on everything that I needed - from the down payment, to the interest rate, all the way to the term length because I wanted even payment amounts. Josue took our deposit to hold the vehicle since the vehicle didn t have the title yet when we came to set everything up, and we were in and out in an hour. I will say, after we put the deposit down and left, my husband was a little nervous that the vehicle would be sold out from under us - like I said, we ve had some BAD experiences - but they were SO communicative. We went back and checked later to see that they immediately moved the car to the back of the lot, and I even heard them tell other interested customers that it was no longer available with my own ears. Amy checked in with us throughout the week, called us right away when the title came in, and told us everything we d need in advance to make the process as easy as possible. When my husband and I went in to finish the contract and pick up the keys, it was such a pleasant experience. She already had everything set up ready to go before we even stepped foot in the door. She sent us with Nelly to finish the finance and contract signing. There was a small hiccup with their payment system that made us a little worried (it ran our payment and the funds came out, but for whatever reason it was still showing unpaid). Instead of sending us away or making us double pay, Nelly troubleshot the system and called whoever she needed to to make sure we were clear, while Amy worked with us on the contract so we wouldn t have to sit around doing nothing. They got it cleared, and even with the system issue, we were STILL walking out the door with keys in-hand faster than we ever had for a vehicle before.I know this was a long review, but if you made it this far, I just want to make it clear why I am raving about the amazing customer service and treatment we received from Josue, Nelly, and especially Amy, who worked with us from beginning to end. If I had to pick a dealership to go back to, it will be America s Car-Mart in Taylor every single time as long as they re working there. They have won my husband and I over!

Do not buy a car from here. This place sells lemons. I have had 2 friends buy cars from here to return them. I've also had a friend who use to work here for years quit because they were making him sell a truck that had a busted up engine... he quit and went to work elsewhere. This company keeps rebranding so they can sell cars even tho the cars they sell are lemons long run. Over prices pieces of junk that break down in a year. Everyone who lives in Taylor and has always lived in Taylor will tell you don't go here. This place used to be called Taylor Auto Credit and still ran by same people with same cars..
