My husband took my tire for repair because the back passenger s side had a screw in it. Today my car was driving funny. I appreciate that they always get us in without a wait but come on guys! Do better! The tire that was repaired had 49 pounds of pressure!

Was previously promised a free flat repair by one of the owners/workers, but he wasn't there when I needed it. Only worker on site spoke no English and I watched him mount a used tire for a customer without balancing it, while waiting, so went elsewhere.

Charged me $50 for a puncture fix. Way too pricy for a little hole when you can fix it yourself in 10 minutes for like $10. very disappointed with this tiny shop

I was referred here to have my breaks put on. And WOW! I will never go anywhere else for my break and tire needs. I was in and out in 40 minutes!!! They are so nice and friendly, quick with their work, and affordable! I HIGHLY recommend this place!! You won t regret it! Thank you Brothers Tire Shop!

I ve came to this place over 15 times since I e lived in taylor. All patch jobs on different vehicles. The last time I went here I inspected the area and there were nails and sharp metal everywhere! All the things that I would find in my tires every time. I feel like they are throwing nails Into second street also. I just passed by this shop and heard my tire lose air quick, got left on side of the road just outside of taylor changing a tire in 100 plus degree weather and now at pfluger tires down the street getting a new tire. I hope they get investigated soon because this is a huge problem that I m sure not the only one here faces. They had cheap prices, good quick service but I guess that comes at a shady price.

They found a little teeny nail in my tire that was causing an irritating slow leak. They were friendly so I gave a small tip.

They tighten all my tires nuts down over 100 lbs and even stripped one stud down completely! They refused to replace the part they broke saying it was somehow my fault they can t repair cars correctly or own a torque wrench. Don t go to this shop. Next door is a really nice shop that will take care of you right!

It s 8:20 and I just drove here on my donut and they aren t open hours say they open at 8am also what s with all the sharp metal and screws in the parking lot?

Took my car to fix a flat, decided I d rather use fix a flat for a few days until I could make it to Goodyear; Took to Goodyear and they told me my lugs were stripped out.. these guys stripped out 3 of my lugs didn t bother telling me and now I m in the hole $100 for extraction and replacement on top of brand new tire cost. Goodyear showed me the lugs before they even touched it to prove they didn t do it, and Brothers was the last place to touch my tire.If you don t have the right size impact or socket, don t bother even trying to help someone out, because in this case more harm that good was done.

Went to get a trailer tire fixed, guy acted like I was bothering him from his game he was playing on his cell phone. He aired up the tire, heard air and without checking to see where it was coming from said I needed a new tire and went and sat back down on his phone. I took the tire home, checked it myself with soap/water, found the bead was leaking and took it back and asked him to put bead sealer and reseat the bead, he still acted like he didn't want to do and said it wouldn't work cause that wasn't the problem but I wanted to prove him wrong and requested he do it anyways. He said I was wasting my money and went ahead and did it, to his surprise I was right and he said I got lucky. I definitely won't be going back there anymore, very poor customer service!

Literally saved my life. Was able to replace tires same day and extremely fair prices. Professional and friendly. Huge plus is you are supporting local people and not a huge money grubbing chain. Win-Win situation in my book.

I would give them a 4 but one of the technicians broke my sensor in my tire. He then stated it was broken. When went to get my tires done it was not broken nor was my low tire pressure on. Had to go back today because the did not even balance my tires.

Very nice and efficient. Understands exactly what I'm saying and doesn't try to make me spend all my money. Highly highly recommend. Would love to give them more than 5 stars cuz they're worth it.

Went in for a tire rotation and rebalance for my new 2019 vehicle that I purchased brand new for about 4 months now because my car was having a shake to it but when they were all done the shake was even worse so I went back to ask what the problem was and they came up with an assumption that maybe my rim got damaged and wanted to charge me double just to have them rotated back even though the shake to my vehicle got worse... so I went to discount tires in Pflugerville and they were able to fix the bad shake when they did the rotation and balance themselves. I will never come back to this place ever again.

One doesn t speak English in the other one is probably 16. Went to get two tires put on and one ram needed a valve stem which they didn t have. Didn t even know where to get one. $24 to mount and balance, dispose one tire, went around the corner to Wayne s they had everything I needed and charge me 16

Rude employees and not very professional. They tried to make us pay sixty for a mount and balance of two tires. Extremely argumentative when told they gave a different price when told what we needed. Will never go back to this shop..

Went in for tires. Got the wrong size. Called up there to ask if I could get a refund. They said yes over the phone. When I got there the guy refused my refund. And kept my receipt! Just lost 175!

Very friendly and nice. He let me borrow his lug nut wrench when I couldn't bring my car in. And then replaced my tire for pretty cheap.

Don t go here they over charge you for tires and strip out your lugs on your car so u end up paying more for someone else to fix their screw up go to Tire shop off Main Street near McDonald s that guy is fair and know what he is doing

I don't know about Johnny Thomas but the owner knows good English... I've been here many times and have never had a problem!
