My driver side brake light was out so I went to get a replacement bulb & was going to try replace it myself. After talking with Raul A. for a moment about what I needed, he replaced it for me. Great customer service.

Raul A was so sweet he helped me with my windshield wipers and when I told him I didn t know anything about cars he helped me check my oil and taught me about checking my oil. I am very grateful I had him help me.

I was having an issue with my car battery yesterday. I went to AutoZone Taylor on a recommendation from family. It was awesome. SO glad I did. Raul went above and beyond to get my battery replaced. Such excellent customer service, beyond friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this location.

After having a great lunch, came out to start my car and the battery was dead. Walked over to AutoZone and Tyler TJ greeted us warmly and grabbed his battery tester. After several attempts to start my car in 100+ degree heat, I decided to replace the battery. Tyler did an awesome job, was very careful with my car, patient with my inexperience, and quickly removed the old battery. Once the new battery was installed, he made sure we were safely on our way. You don't often get service like that these days. Great customer care! Thanks Tyler!!!

I would like to share my experience at Auto Zone at this location in Taylor as one of the most professional employee- Mr Raul Alvarez. I walked in from an extreme hot day in need of a car battery. He took time out to help me choose the right one followed by installation. He was very enthusiastic and driven to solve my issue. Thanks again - Auto Zone!!

I never have a good experience at the Taylor AutoZone. They are either rude or very unhelpful. I left here Thursday and drove to Georgetown instead to be helped I had a battery that needed to be charged but was told j had to go home. Get someone to take it out and then find a way back to get it charged. The irony it needed to be charged to test my alternator. How would you test it without my car?!

I had to go in and get a bulb to replace one that burned out in my vehicle brake light. I also needed some new wiper blades. The man who helped me was extremely courteous. He went above and beyond, even helped me remove my old wiper blades and replace with the ones I bought. I highly recommend this AutoZone!

My car wouldn't start for two days in a row. So, I decided to take it to Autozone to have them check the battery. Turned out I needed a new battery. The customer rep was fabulous. He changed the battery (in a light rain) and had me on the road again in less than 30 minutes. I don't hesitate to recommend this Autozone location.

Came in at around 6:45 pm. My car shut off around 20-30 feet from the store in the parking lot and the sun was going down. The two guys in there had a small line. Of course it took a few minutes to get help. I'm not complaining. I asked for a battery check and alternator check. One of the gentleman asked me to wait a few more minutes and took a returned part. Which is fine, still. I understand having been in the customer service industry for 12 years of my life. The second gentleman finished his customer and came to help me. I explained where my car was stalled and he was fine with walking out to our car even in the dark. He checked the battery it was bad. Then we jumped the car got it closer to the store now that two spots were open next to each other. He quickly helped us buy a new battery get it installed tested and we discovered our darkest fears where really just a bad terminal connection after our old battery being dead. Thank you guys even if you never see this. 2-27-2017

Raul in Taylor is the man! He swapped out both batteries on a Dodge Dully in no time in the rain! I will come only to this dude with all my truck needs!
