They were so knowledgeable. They were helpful! Very nice considerate cleaned up amazingly. They were also funny to talk to. They worked very hard on getting us running. My family is very grateful and would definitely use them again.

We had used another company for an AC install a year ago, and let s just say it was a disaster and a fire waiting to happen. Frankum helped us pinpoint all the problems and code violations and quickly resolved our problems. They were extremely helpful, kind, and professional, not to mention pushing our job through quickly to eliminate any dangers to us or our property. They did a fantastic job. Came out same day to diagnose the situation and order the parts. Then came back two days later and fixed it. He was very friendly and I will use them for all my future ac/heating needs.

These guys went above and beyond when it comes to customer service and job quality. Pedro Rojas came out to do a coil deep clean he was very professional with his work and you can see the quality was amazing. As they left they also wiped the tile floors down where they tracked in some dirt and leaves. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone

Very helpful and knowledgeable about his work. He found a capacitor that had gone bad and tripped a breaker. He changed out the part and cleaned the outside unit and everything is still working. Thanks to Frankum a/c for a job well done.

My AC went out 1st of August called Frankum AC & heating they said they had a unit for me that following day. But this hot they came in and we re done that day! Professional the workers cleaned up after themselves and respectful! I recommend them 100%!

Devin show back up today after receiving the proper fan motor installed it clean the coals and even brought a new air filter to put on the unit. We re in business 100%. Frankum AC came to my house (new construction) and gave me a quote for complete unit and installation. The price was fair and when installation time came, they were on time and did a great job. When start up time came, they were prompt and did a great job of checking the system over and making sure it was all good. My ceiling was wet and Frankum saved the day. Came out within just a few hours. Very responsive, up front and honest company. Harold respected my home and space, wore shoe covers and quickly and superbly fixed the problem in a very short time. The sweet lady Renee that answers the phone is excellent. She is efficient and gets the job done. I highly recommend this company. Look no further. Frankum doesn t give the runaround like some of the others. I really appreciate them. Wow factor is off the charts. I used Harold D.. He told me what he was doing and why. The level of care , service and personal attention is fabulous! I made sure to lock in a maintenance agreement. Had some AC issues and gave these folks a call. The technician showed up and did a thorough examination of my system. He was very courteous and knowledgeable about what he was doing and found whatever was ailing the system right away and repaired it. They're probably the best folks around in doing what they do and this area is very lucky to have them around. So, if you have any AC or heating issues give these folks a call, they'll do you right.

I called Frankum AC for a routine AC maintenance. They came and did the job and said everything was in good working order. Two days later our AC stopped working. I called them to come see what was going on because they had done the maintenance. We ended up having to replace a capacitor. Two weeks after they fixed the capacitor our AC stopped working again. I called someone else to find out what was going on, because I completely do not trust this company at this point. We ended up having to replace a motor. I am not sure what they did during their service but it sabotaged our AC unit, which we had no issues with since we purchased our home two years ago. $1500 in repairs, because of a routine maintenance visit. I would never recommend this company to anyone.Service: A/C preventive maintenance
